I want to commend this great company for a job well done and specifically the dispatcher Carmen. Ms. Carmen is always helpful and courteous whenever I call about questions for my dad's rides. She is kind and patient with us. Without this company, my dad would not be able to get to his appointments safely and On time.

I had a great experience with Freedom 1st Transportation. Kim is the best. She will try her best to accommodate u on making sure u have a ride when needed. My last ride I had to 2 different people for pick & drop off and I had no complaints. I recommend this transportation company.

We used your service today to get my mom to a scheduled doctor's appointment in the Orland Park area. First, the driver arrived 15 minutes late for the initial pickup. Therefore, we arrived late to the appointment. The appointment lasted one hour and 15 minutes. Upon leaving the office, the driver and vehicle were nowhere to be found. We called the contact number we were given to check on the ride home. The woman we spoke to informed us, rather rudely, that drivers do not wait past the scheduled pick up time. However, we were never told there was a time or deadline for the departure back. She then told us we needed to find our own way back, they couldn't help. Thankfully, we found a different ambulatory service to provide us a ride back. It was a 3 hour wait for this new driving arrangement. I do not recommend this company.

If I could give no stars I would. Company scams older people out of money. My father paid for a private transportation and didn't get what he paid for. He was also late for his appointment because we had to go way north to pick up someone else. They also planned to drop him off last after everyone else. Manager referred to my dad as "DUDE" maybe make sure your drivers don't have you on speaker phone ...Definitely will not be using them again.

My friend pat is very happy with freedom first. She has many friends that she highly recommends freedom first. The driver is so nice and helps pat as things are needed. Not to mention telling her friends who to call.thanks so much!

They took a long time in training me and getting a vehicle for me. I left within a month of starting with them. You will not get traditional type of breaks during your day either.

Freedom 1st Transportation is a fantastic company to work with. My husband broke his ankle and was non weight bearing for 4 weeks. He is a large man, 6 ft, 380 lbs, so there was no way that I could transport him to and from his medical appointments. Freedom 1st transportation was third company we have used, and they are by far the best! Their lift powered medivan was far safer than the others we rode in. The cost of the services was very economical ,since we are self paying for them. I guess 3rd time really is the charm. We definitely will be using Freedom 1st for our future needs.

All of the drivers and office personnel are fantastic. I have received wonderful customer service, drivers are friendly, polite, patient, understanding and professional. They provide assistance to me when I need it. I have had several occasions where I needed to leave work well before the regular scheduled trip time, and they moved the drivers' routes and schedules to ensure that I was picked up as soon as possible. I am so very grateful to everyone for each kindness.

We use Freedom 1st anytime we need transportation for my Mother-in-law. She is very pleased with the way she is treated and the friendly and professional drivers. She tends to be a little picky and has never had a complaint about this service. We would recommend Freedom 1st for any medical or social transportation needs for you or your loved one.

We used Freedom 1st Transportation twice in one week to transport my Aunt who is a wheel chair to two memorial services that involved three stops. They were on time, patient, careful and kind. We were extremely happy with their service.

Freedom always puts the safety of their riders first! My daughter had been using their services for several years via pace, as much as we enjoy the ride in kane program cost savings,, we have elected to just use Freedom solely. This is due to their ongoing commitment to safe drivers, setting realistic travel times, providing true " Door to Door" services for those who need assistance and communication. Drivers always greet us with a smile, helpful and just all around pleasant. .Freedom allows my 25y old daughtersto have the freedom to commute to work and doctors and other activities, as an independent woman. Thank you freedom for always having class, manners, safety and integrity

Freedom First is a team of professionals. From the person that answered my questions and took the reservation, through the driver that graciously escorted my mom and secured her in the van. I went with and was pleased with the service. Mom said he (the driver) was "raised right" which means she felt respected and this is the highest compliment from her!

I thankful for you helping me to to make sure I get to work. I recommend Freedom First Transpotation to everyone. They are the best transportation company in the whole wide world. Way to go Freedom!

Very dangerous drivers!Tailgated me for a number of miles in the far right lane even though I was traveling at speed limit in moderate heavy traffic. Then passed me on the right han shoulder.Owner was very responsive to my concerns.

Really wish 0 stars was an option!! We were supposed to be picked up at 6:00am this morning for an 8:30am flight from ORD. We called 3 times and no one picked up. Finally we got a call saying our driver OVERSLEPT!!!!!!!!! By the time he would have gotten here, we would miss the flight. My poor father is on a wheelchair and we sat outside in the garage for over an hour waiting. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

I have rode with Freedom First through the Ride in Kane program in my area and the drivers have been friendly, helpful, and reassured my confidence in making sure I would be ahead of time for my appointment.

The last 3 out of 4 times I have used Freedom they were more than 30 minutes late and one of those times they were an hour late. Each time, I was late for my doctor appointment or getting home.
