Needed two new tires and was able to get my car serviced within 2 days. They were very friendly and helpful and explained everything with detail. They were also conscious of my time and kept me updated on how hold it would take.

Went in to get my valve replaced on my tire because I had new tires installed in October from here. The day after I left the tire was loosing air pressure. Filled it up every other day and figured it was from the cold. I went to put air in the other day and pushed on the valve and it was leaking from the bottom of the valve but the service manager said they could break over time it s been 3 months after they replaced my valve my auto start on my car isn t working. After further research googling while I was waiting for my ride before I left their shop a tech walked out to my car and sabotaged the auto start resetting while clicking on and off 4 times. Now I need to go get my auto start reprogrammed. My auto start doesn t work at all anymore after they touched it and I seen the tech reset it. Do not use this place. Awfully unprofessional and the icing on the cake is when I picked up my car from them the dude in front of me in line was commenting on how they forgot a brake fluid cap and made it leak all on his cars engine bay. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere!

I had a flat tire on Sunday and drove to the closet Tire/Auto Care place. I was not too sure if the tire could be replaced, patched or completely broken? They said they were short staffed today and completely booked but can come again..They said they could fill the tire back up.. They tried to fill it back up with air but could not be repaired.. I was stuck and stranded and I just needed a tire to be put back on..So I asked Estaban if he could just put on another tire for me just to get home and get it into Tesla Service repair.. He said yes and he could tell I was very desperate since I was with my son and we were just trying to get back home..This place was a life saver since it was cold, and we were another hour away from home. Estaban was short staffed since someone called off and they were really busy. But they went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me out quickly to get back on the road..It wasn't the exact size correctly but I just needed a tire to get back on since I had no spare. I appreciate him and his staff taking me in with no appointment, and getting me back on the road. I wanted to give them a tip for his generosity and kindness helping me when he didn't haven too, but he refused in taking a tip.. Great guys and appreciate their hard work when understaffed and busy schedule! THANKS AGAIN!

Amazing staff at this location!!!! I had a sudden brake issue and they had it fixed in almost no time at all! The brakes are better than they have ever been!

I recently had work done on three cars.Tires, alignment, a/c repair and oil changes. Everything either met or exceeded my expectations.Carlos and his crew are hard working, honest and informative. I will continue to do business with them.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Air conditioning

I came in to get some tires mounted on new wheels. The manager was extremely nice and was able to fit it into their day. Overall very pleased with the service and personal. Definitely will check them out next time I need tires for a project or daily.

Everybody here was so nice. I went in for a nail in the tire and an oil leak and although the oil leak wasn't something they could complete there, they were very honest and even took me back to show me what they were seeing. Luckily, my issue was under warranty with the dealer but I still greatly appreciate their explanations and help when dealing with the issue. I will definitely return here in the future :)Service: Tires

The guys helped me here when others wouldn't touch a part I brought in without charging me an arm and a leg for 5 minutes of work. Then they declined to bill me even though I insisted on paying at least something. I ended up leaving a tip on the counter and walked out. I will definitely be back.

Highly recommend Firestone for all your car needs. Brought our 2018 Jeep Renegade in for an oil change and tire rotation. Carlos took care of us and treated us like family. He was polite and explained everything including routine inspection of tread depth since we thought we might have needed new tires soon. We will be lifelong customers because being treated right and fair prices are important, especially considering how expensive everything is now.Services: Tires, Oil change

Installed new struts and needed an alignment, in a hurry. Against my better judgement, went to Firestone, because they re close.After the alignment my car still wondered all over the road. Went to a different place and had it re-aligned. Night and day difference.So disappointed/disgusted with Firestone I m not trying to get a refund with their 90 warranty. They likely screw the improved alignment I got.I ll just write off Firestone for anything in the future. Suggest you do the same.

Took my car in, respectful of the property in the vehicle. Quickly and efficiently found the issue. Fixed multiple things in a short time. The guys in the back working on the cars do a great job. Marc, Ruben & Kyle are exceptional mechanics. Will take my vehicle back here and highly recommend if you're looking for a shop. Extremely professional. Thank you very much for the stellar service.

Everyone here was so helpful. Ruben was very accurate, honest, and straightforward. I was treated like a valued customer.I had an emergency that resulted in a tow situation. Ruben assured my family everything would be alright over the phone, that I was in good hands.After getting my car sent to Firestone, I was able to get the tire work completed at the shop before transferring the vehicle to a new shop that handles more extensive repairs.Ruben and Mark, thank you both so much for your help; your commitment to your customers exemplifies customer service. This is my third time visiting this Firestone; every time I get work completed, you all do such a professional job. I will be back for a forth time.Thank you so much,

I had some work done on my car here, and I highly recommend it. They helped me choose the best set of tires for my car. I ended up getting a summer set and a winter set for my car. I highly recommend going here and the people who work there are some of the most friendliest and helpful people! This is the place to go for me when I need tires and alignment as well as other things for my car!

Ruben and his team installed a set of 4 new tires on my car last week. They got it done in a timely manner with great workmanship and friendly service! I'll be sending recommendations his way and will definitely be back when I need to purchase another set in the future.

Super friendly service! I had a pointed tip screw in my tire and needed service fast, this guy always fits me in! And NO CHARGE! I was SO happy to find out that when you purchase their tires you don't have to pay for the repair, ( depending on the severity and it has to be in the safe zone).

I recently bought a used vehicle, I had a few questions and the store manager (Ruben) went above and beyond on answering them.He checked it out and gave me a detailed list of possible concerns.Great service! They inspected my AC System, I was thinking maybe a recharge bottle from the parts store would do the trick but I was wrong. Ruben explained everything clearly.Lastly, got my wheels balanced and I was on my way.

Drove over there after discovering I had a screw in my tire and it was losing air fast. It was an hour before they closed and they managed to get me in and replace my tire. $99 for the tire and a 50,000mile warranty. I believe it was $137 in final price with labor and taxes.Staff was friendly and polite.

I called and spoke to the manager and was able to quickly schedule an appointment for a tire change. Upon arrival I was taken care of immediately and my car was in and out of the shop in no time. Excellent service and great prices I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get their car serviced.

I can not stress enough how this place talks to you like a human being and not money walking around. Store manager Ruben is the best guy to talk to when it comes to understanding whats going with your vehicle. He was really honest about what was going on with my suspension and fix it in no time. Highly recommend this place for those who get ripped off or car wasnt done right at first. Firestone in North Aurora is the way to go .!

Great customer service! Great people too! My car was too low to fit onto the alignment rack and instead of having me go to another shop, they helped me remove my front bumper to achieve proper clearance and then helped me reinstall it too.

I took my car for service in April for a firestone tire package, alignment, and a brake service. The service was fantastic the manager Ruben Guzman was more than helpful, he was able explain why maintenance is so important and he recommended me a lifetime warranty alignment package. Definitely would recommend this place.

Spent hours waiting to get tires put on after I already had made an appointment. Furthermore, I have had multiple problems with the nozzles that were installed, as they have been leaking in the same exact place every time. When I inquired about fixing one of these leaking nozzles, I was told that I would be charged because I had another shop patch up the nozzle on a completely different tire. Do yourself a favor and go to the Meineke down the street, you'll probably end up there anyway if you buy tires from this Firestone.

Horrible customer service! I tried to schedule an appointment through the app and no contacted me to confirm or reschedule. So I called the store and spoke with someone and scheduled an appointment. When I showed up for my appointment I was told they wouldn't be able to get to me and that was because I scheduled it through the app. I tried to explain that I spoke to someone and scheduled this appointment, but they could care less. There's plenty of other places where they know how to treat their customers properly.

First off, they do not respect customer's cars. Every car I saw being moved including my own was driven very hard just to move it a few feet. My next complaint is the biggest. They knew what vehicle I was bringing. I get there and they say it might be too big to fit on the lift. Then they tell me it's too big for the alignment machine. I had already been told they could put on the tires and do the alignment. So if you have a big truck (mine is a 1999 super duty) don't even bother with this shop. They'll say they can do the work even when they know what you're bringing then you get there and they can't. Will never return to this location.

Manager Ryan and his crew provide excellent service and go the extra mile to make sure I'm satisfied with the repair and price. I drive Uber and my car is my livelihood. Its always running right because of their attention to detail and diagnostic ability. I won't go anywhere else.

Unprofessional in every sense!!!!! Made an appointment to bring my car in at 7am and my car wasn t looked at until close to 12 pm and then was told that the part had to be ordered from the dealership. Cool! Made another appointment and Was told to bring my car in to be fixed, and was told that the part wasn t in. Say the guy was so suppose to bring the part in a day before so a call would have been nice to let me know in advance that the part wasn t in.

Friendly staff , helps you as soon as they see you walk in the door .It s been about a year now and I m glad to say I have all my 4 vehicles register at this location .Always gets my cars running in the same day !Manager is always checking in to see the clients are happy with service !Keep up the good work !
