I love Extra Space Storage! This is the second time I've used them and it has been a breeze. Kevin is super helpful and friendly and made both my move-in and move-out experiences quick and easy. Highly recommend!

Signed up for a locker at $135 in November. For the month of March I got charged $251. When I called to see what was up they told me my new rate is $230 and that they sent a post card at the end of Jan. I never got a post card but I can't say whether or not it was ever actually sent. But also why not email that? Just know they can and will change the rate on you.

Fantastic customer service getting everything setup, got my unit withing minutes of signing the lease. Clean space and secure access. Highly recommend.

This has got to be one of the cleanest and well kept facilities I have ever seen. The staff are very nice and explain ALL of the information and policies. I was shown the difference in unit sizes and got to make an informed decision. I'm so happy to store my items in a great place.

Kevin is always really helpful and a pleasure to deal with. He always gets back to you when promised and is very organized. I am particularly grateful as I am in a different state and have to do things remotely, so his help is very much appreciated.

Excellent customer service, extremely clean facilities & was able to set up everything online on a Sunday. Rented a second unit with Pattie who was an absolute pleasure to work with & was very helpful.

It was so easy to find the unit we needed (and quickly!) as our move to Illinois was a quick decision. Having this taken care of and knowing our belongings are in a safe place is just one less thing to worry about! The staff is friendly, attentive and super helpful. So glad we chose Extra Space Storage for our storage needs!

Smooth process; but you have to buy a lock from them and price went up a dollar in less than 24 hours even though they indicated they will save your quotes for a day.**Edit, Kevin honored the price the lady the day before gave me over the phone and even credited me for the difference.

We had a little hiccup having moving in on Sunday and doing our application online, manager Kevin contacted me first thing Monday morning, EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, AMAZING with his communication, please don t ever lose him, it is hard to find someone with his level of customer service!

Love the storage unit facility and assistance. It's clean and in a very nice location. I'd recommend climate controlled. Much better than the outdoor units.

In another life we rented a unit from this location and they were fantastic back then - very customer service oriented! The building was always super clean, all of the facilities were always in tip-top shape and in good repair, and the staff was always super nice and very helpful (we once had an employee that was showing up for their shift offer to help move stuff with us from the car before their shift started).My wife and I had an unexpected change in life plans and ended up needing a storage unit in the area again, so we called them to see what was available. We were lucky to get one of the few remaining units that matched our needs. Getting signed up again was super quick and easy, and everything was ready for us when we arrived at the storage unit. I can clearly see that everything is exactly as I remembered it, very clean, well functioning facility and the staff are still super friendly and helpful.If I had to summarize, you can just tell that the folks who run this facility care about their customers, and they care about their facilities. We've seen many storage facilities in our past and to this date Extra Space is by far the best we've had the pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend them!

Beautiful, clean building with easy accessibility. Pattie was so kind, patient and thorough while answering all my questions. Both Pattie and Kevin were friendly and very helpful when we visited our unit the first time. The location feels safe, is well-lit and the service is fantastic. Thanks, Pattie and Kevin!

Kevin is fantastic! We were in a pinch looking for a large storage space when every place nearby was filled to max capacity. Kevin kept me on a cancellation list and called right away when one became available. Signing up was quick and easy and Kevin was an absolute delight to work with. The space was ready to go the next day after the previous tenant moved out and super clean. A lock is included with your monthly rate and the property seems well kept. Overall, a great experience! Thanks again, Kevin!

Having rented from several storage companies in the past, I am quite pleased with Extra Space Storage. Everything can be accomplished online with their easy and clear web pages. The units are clean inside and outside. I have felt safe even when accessing my unit later in the evening. I also appreciate the great management communication with Kevin who is thoughtful, very aware of customer needs and courteous.

I Love this place. I needed extra storage space and this place is so clean. Kevin is the best. He really looks out for you. One time my husband didn't lock out storage all the way and he let me know. That's was so unexpected and we were very greatful for that. He is always so helpful in making sure we have to best rate for our unit. He is always amazingly helpful and very knowledgeable about the units. He makes this experience so easy. Thanks for everything Kevin.

Kevin was very kind & helpful in getting my info updated & ensuring I received my billing communications. Every employee I encounter is always extremely helpful and patient with any issue I have which are addressed immediately. So appreciated!!!
