If I could I would rate it zero star. Bought a car that stop working less than a month after purchase. Called to ask for help and obviously dealer was not responsible for anything - got their money already, why bother help a customer. Plates and registration did not arrive until 2 months after purchase and every time I called, response was after 4-6 days. Believe me... You will regret buying from them big time. Find a dealer that is reliable. From my own experience, Driveway deals is not!

I took my son to Driveway Deals looking for his first car. Luis helpes us and I was very pleased with the experience. He was very friendly, kind and easy to work with. I would definitely look there again for a used car.

A Hilariously Awful Car Dealer Experience!Oh boy, where do I even begin with this car dealership? My experience was so bad that it made me question my life choices. If you're looking for a car that sucks in every possible way, congratulations! You've come to the right place!Let's start with the staff. I've never encountered a group of people so apathetic and unhelpful in my life. It's like they were trained to be the opposite of customer service. I swear, their idea of a warm welcome is a half-hearted grunt and a disinterested gaze. It's almost impressive how effortlessly they manage to suck the joy out of car buying.Now, let's talk about the cars themselves. I'll admit, I wasn't expecting luxury vehicles here, but I didn't think I'd be stepping into a time machine that transported me back to the Stone Age. The cars on display seemed like they were plucked straight out of a scrapyard. I half expected Fred Flintstone to come rolling by, using his feet to propel one of those rusted relics.And the prices! Oh boy, don't get me started on the prices. It's like they took a dartboard, threw a bunch of random numbers on it, and said, "That'll be the cost of this piece of junk!" I wouldn't be surprised if they tried to sell me a Flintstones car with a six-figure price tag. Talk about a rip-off!But wait, there's more! If you think the cars looked bad, just wait until you test drive one. It's as if they've concocted a secret recipe for discomfort and disappointment. The engine noises alone were enough to make my ears bleed. The suspension felt like it was made out of rubber bands, and the seats were about as comfortable as a bed of nails. Who needs chiropractors when you can buy a car from this place and experience back pain for the rest of your life?To top it all off, their after-sales service is a joke. I had the misfortune of needing some repairs done, and their idea of fixing things was to slap a piece of duct tape on it and wish me luck. It's like they learned their trade from a YouTube tutorial titled "How to Make Cars Worse."Overall, if you're looking for a laughably terrible car-buying experience and a vehicle that will make you question your sanity, this dealership is the place for you. Just be prepared to have your dreams shattered and your wallet emptied. Good luck, brave souls who dare to venture into this abyss of automotive misfortune!

A few months ago I bought my vehicle at Driveway and the truth is I was very satisfied because they spoke to me honestly about the information about the vehicle, the treatment was excellent, I am really satisfied with my car, with their service and with the opportunity to have good credit, well, thank you I'm getting new credit cards

I don't see anything wrong with this place but I've called and texted and its been months and they never called back. They're way too far away to just stop by so I've decided to give them time to call me back like they said they would. Also I would check with a different mechanic if you buy a car here, they told me they had a mechanic check it over and that they had an oil change, but when I got the car it needed an oil change like a week later.
