I had called ahead to see if they were busy, they made sure to tell me they accept walk-ins. I was very happy to hear, I didn t wanna catch them at a bad time. I had Kyle help me with my tires, pricing, and tire longevity. He was very nice, kind, professional and a very good customer service provider. My experience was pretty good, had to wait an hour for my new tires which is the typical so no complaints. Hopefully my tires will last me!

I had a great experience. I came in because one tire seemed to have a lower PSI than the rest. They checked it, found a nail in the tire, and repaired it for free. I was in and out in 30 minutes and paid nothing. Amazing service! I will absolutely use them when I need new tires in the future.

Made an appt and car not brought back for service for 25 minutes, when inquired about it staff was rude! Why bother with making an appt ????

I was charged $172.00 to have four tires mounted and balanced. I thought that was a little excessive , however since I was already there I let them proceed. That said, I would definitely recommend to anyone else that you call and shop around first if you're looking for a better price.Discount Tire might not be the be the cheapest place to have tires installed that were not purchased from them. Otherwise, they are very reputable and did and excellent job in mounting and balancing my tires!

I have been using this tire shop for years with great results until now. This shop is understaffed and over worked with inexperienced employees. I brought in a very expensive set of wheels to have new tire pressure monitors installed. I had my own brand of choice for this that I supplied ($63 on Amazon for 4 pack) and chose not to pay $60 a piece for the ones they sell. After having a long conversation and explaining to the tech how these work and yes, they will work for my car. I actually had to show them how to use the device that reads the sensor. They went to work on my car, and managed to scratch in inside barrels of every wheel. They used a screwdriver to remove old weights and the bronze powder coating on my wheels was damaged. After that whomever was balancing the wheels must not of had the upper body strength to get the wheel on balancer without banging the wheel barrels all over the machine. EVERY wheel had cosmetic damage to insides. I had to make them redo rear ones due to idiotic placement of balancing weights. I would not take a wheel barrow tire to this shop or franchise to work on ever again. Go up the road to the Firestone store for better service.

Real quick service, specially if you do your appointment and purchase online, the only thing inwill recommend it is to be more careful because you can scratch the rims, mine had 2 scratches (no big deal because my rims are) and clean the rims and tires after your services.......

I had my tire replaced about a month ago. 3 weeks after it was replaced the tires fell off while I was driving down eola rd! My 2 small children and I were in the vehicle and thankfully I was able to control it to avoid other vehicles and get it out of the intersection without anyone being physically harmed. Ironically I was driving to look into trading this car in. I had to pay for a tow to the dealership, I lost my trade in value and I lost all negotiating power on a new car. Discount tire is refusing to pay any of these lost costs. I am awaiting a result from the email I just send with all my photos from the accident to see if they will reconsider. The neglect of discount tire endangered myself and my children and now I ll most likely need to hire an attorney to recover the lost cost.

Have been coming here for over a decade now with all my vehicles. Customer service here is great! Even went to a competitor and they didn't have the knowledge and/or the 30day exchange plan on new wheels/tires that Discount Tire has.Their sales associate, Katie, even helped me save extra $$ on new tires by advising me about online sales vs store bought sales.

I usually go to another discount tire but this one is close to my job. I ve been here a few times and every time I feel these guys go above and beyond to make my customer experience great.

Seriously annoying coming here.I understand if it s busy but this time it s not even busy they have one car in pit.Even you come 30min early before your appointment they don t take your car in on time.If you ask them what is going on they don t have answer.Literally looking each other like blank faces.They took my car after 45min wait and then took them 15min for all rotation & balancing.On top of it they put scratches on my black rims what s the rush.

Went above and beyond, the manager Al was fantastic and took care of us like no other business ever has that I can remember. I had an issue with some work on a 3500 Dodge dually but it was taken care of beyond my expectations. thank you so much!!!!

Got a flat 30 miles from home. Forgot to call until I was 15 minutes away in the Lyft. They had my tire in stock and confirmed replacement coverage . Short wait to be helped on arrival, and from the time the tow truck driver dropped off my vehicle to the time I left, 25 minutes. Staff was courteous and professional, as always.

Fantastic service today. The nail in my tire was removed & the tire patched in less time than expected. All staff were very polite and courteous. I ve been a customer for many years and will never go anywhere else!

I ve been to multiple discount tire locations. They re usually my go to. I moved a year ago and don t live that close anymore so when my tire just went flat I tried a local place. They told me they thoroughly checked my tire and there was no holes or reason for it to go flat so they sent me home. I woke up the next morning and it was flat again. We decided to just make the trip and go to discount tire. This location fit us in todayand immediately found a nail in my tire. I m so thankful with how thorough everyone at discount tire is.

Setting up an appointment is pointless...didn't take my vehicle in till almost 20 minutes later. Personnel can have better customer service.

Scheduled an appointment to have a set of new tires put on for 10:15 on Saturday April 29 2023. I arrive on time and talk to an associate then they proceeded to get my keys from me and get some information off of my vehicle. After about 10 min or so he returns and tells me they cannot put on the tires on my vehicle because their computer won t let them due to not being factory size even though I had the EXACT same tire size and brand on the truck already!! I was told over the phone when I scheduled the appointment that it was no problem whatsoever even not being factory size and that the tires were in stock. After I was told it couldn t be done I didn t argue and just left however I am very upset as I drove an hour to get to this location because they had the tires in stock and was told they could do it but evidently that was not the case when I arrived. I ended up calling another major tire shop. They had them in stock for about the same price and were able to put them on with no issues whatsoever and also checked my alignment the same day. Needless to say that the other shop has gained a new customer while discount tire lost out on a long time customer and $1800 tire sale.Service: Tires
