Henry is phenomenal. He's done repairs on both of my vehicles, and on the most recent, he quoted me a price then told me it came in lower because he didn't need to perform one part of the repair. He does wonderful work and isn't just looking out for his bottom line. You'll not be disappointed!

Honest, trust worthy, reliable and dependable as well as decent prices. You need your car fixed for any reason at all? Call Henry because you will not have to worry about getting screwed by a mechanic. Love this shop and love the ppl who work here. What else more can a person ask for?

I had work done on a Nissan with considerable exhaust issues. They performed the repairs quickly and charged a fair price. I was so impressed that I had them repair an oxygen sensor on my Jeep. Again, the repairs were timely and the cost was reasonable.I very rarely give ultimate scores (i.e. five stars on a scale of one to five in this case) but am making an exception due to the service I received.

Henry and his employees are very knowledgeable and experienced with automotive needs, from exhaust, brakes, electrical, A/C, suspension, engine and other repairs as needed. If you encounter an automotive or truck issue he has more then likely dealt with priorly. Reasonable prices with fast services, being in business for as long as He has been also says something for itself. Thanks for all your services you have done for Me and My family through out many many years.

Went in there some time ago to have them build me a catback exhaust similar to OEM but 1/2 bigger on my 97 jeep. Either they didn t want to do it or didn t know how to because they pulled out a parts book. The book only had OEM sizes. I was asking for a custom exhaust but they didn t seem interested in helping me at all. Went to a shop a block away and they took care of me and had my exhaust done within an hour.

This shop is very professional. The Owner treats all of his customers like family and is very welcoming. He shows me the parts that they replace on my vehicle. Explains what they did. Great place to go to. Highly recommended

After visiting a local muffler shop (national "Wizard") and being quoted 1600.00 to replace my cat converter, I went and saw Henry at D & M. He had me drop it off and said he would call with an estimate. 2 hours later he called to let me know nothing was wrong with my converter, rather I only needed to replace a broken flex coupling. He did the work, cleared the check engine light and had me finished by 5 PM. Total cost was 220.00. Very pleased with the quality of work and the great customer service.

I really cannot review the shop's mechanical work, but the customer service is horrible. I called to get a quote on installing an aftermarket performance exhaust on my Dodge Charger. I spoke with Brian and was quoted 150, I was happy with the quote and asked about schedule a time to come in, was told just to call the day before. I call this past Thursday 2/15/18 to bring the car in first thing in the morning. A woman answers and asked what I want. I let know I want to see if I can get in first thing in the morning to have the exhaust installed. She asked my type of car, etc. and tells me to hold on. After being on hold several minutes comes back and says 300. I was a little taken back as that is a double the price and I already had a quote. I let her know I called about a week ago and was quoted 150. She gets all pissy and says."You should have told me you already got an estimate." The attitude coming from the way she said it took me back a little. I replied, that wasn't actually calling for a quote, but to see I could get the car in tomorrow, but was surprised how the quote doubled. She then asked who I spoke with before (with and attitude), let her know it was Brian. She asked if she could have one of the guys call me back. I said sure no problem and provided my cell number. That was over 48 hours ago and still no return call.

Just has my car done for replacing cleanly converter for Honda Accord 2007. Henry was the best, taking care EVERYTHING for me. Price is excellent and work is great.

So I probably drove past D&M (Dad & Mom - seriously! Lol) for 20 years daily before ever becoming a customer and boy did I waste a lot money going elsewhere! In a city of over 200,000 people you don t find honest, expert Service often, however I guarantee you will here. Henry the owner is like that grandpa who can fix anything! I recently had a complete new exhaust from the catalytic converter to the bumper installed and he only charged me $35 in labor!!! I m positive if I had gone to a Midus or Meineike this job would ve been $750-$1000. My total was $393. One of the BEST SMALL BUSINESSES I VE EVER BEEN TO!!!

Talked to Henry charging people $400+ for a factory replacement catylic converter on a 2005 cobalt n/a when the part is 115$ and all he has to do is weld it in. Was told that he will not do the work if you bring the part and that no one will. But thats why every shop i called today offers installation and only charges for labor, and the two other ones i called that dont do installations their prices were about half what he wanted to charge. I went to school to do this and I got taught how to make estimates fill out a labor order, know how to do the work
