I called for removal of worn out wheel locks and they said yes bring the car. The locks were promptly removed. I also brought two new tires with me which were quickly installed so this continues to be my go to tire maintenance shop. Good job brother

I just love these guys so much! Ive come here several times since 2015 and i am always pleased with the experience. They go above and beyond to help others. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs tires!

steering wheel was shaking after i got a used tire in. went to mavis and she said it wasn t balanced, they added 20 extra PSI and 0 weight was added

Don't waste your time trying to go to this guy shop most of the stuff that he sale is garbage. When I call looking for a used tire, he say that he has the right size tire and almost new, when I got there he was tried to give me garbage tires, please don't waste your time with this guy, thanks

Needed a new tire ASAP. Used the second can of Fix A Flat just to get there hoping to God they could get it done at 5 pm when they close at 6. I was immediately asked what I needed and my car was up on a jack in 3 minutes. He cleaned my rim and got me the exact type/size/speed rating tire I needed installed in MINUTES. I was in, fixed, paid and out in a total of 20 minutes. PLUS the price was beyond fair. AMAZING. I'll absolutely be going back.

Gentleman I believe was owner very friendly outgoing. Needed 2 tires balanced and had a decent truck tire almost new needed to get rid of. He called it even. Most would still charge for balance job and take tire. Anyway thought fair man. Will definitely go back when due for new tires

From beginning to end, excellent service! Fair and very reasonably priced. They repaired and replaced a tire in just under 15 min. I was the last customer of the day on Friday 3/6/20. these guys are very good at what they do working hard all the way to end of their shifts. I saw a lot of smiling faces, happy customers. I didn t have any cash to tip the mechanic, felt bad!

I wish they had negative stars..I should have listened to the reviews - hind sight... Not only was Luis completely INAPPROPRIATE with making comments seeing as I'm a female, but once I mentioned I had a boyfriend it all went down hill. It should not have taken over 2 days to repair what needed to be done first off. Secondly I needed an alignment, which was $100 - which was also on my receipt - IT WAS NEVER DONE! He called and said he wanted to replace a line because it was "rusty" and I could pick it up on Monday after I gave the go ahead. I advised him that I couldn't wait until Monday and not to do the work. He said I could pick it up Sunday & that he would be there between 9 & 11 - I get a text saying he was there and only gave me 5 minutes to get to the shop because he had to pick up his kid. When I argued and reminded him that he told me when he was going to be at the shop he says snidely "Don't worry about personal life" Well I'm the customer - YOU are providing me a service - not to mention while picking it up on Sunday he says that he did me a favor and replaced it anyways. I would rather pay double than what I did to not get jerked around.

Update your hours online just wasted my time driving to your business. Online say Sundays open close at 6. But at business door say closed all day

Went to the Elgin location after calling to confirm they had the tire I needed, which they did. After waiting an hour, they said that the tire turned out to be defective. They called this Aurora location asking if they had my tire size in stock. The Elgin guy even asked if an Aurora guy could hand-check the state of the tire, which got a green light. They even said they have multiple. I drive 45 minutes over to the Aurora shop. Wait 20 minutes for someone to come out and assist. They inform me 45 minutes later that the tire they put on actually has a nail in it. Now about to make a 45 minute drive back to Elgin for my refund. I really don't understand who is checking stock and why they are doing such an incompetent job. I'll give Miguel in Elgin credit for being pretty nice. Aside from that, it looks like you run the risk of wasting most of your day and travel costs going with this company. Helpful staff on the front-end in Elgin, but it's clear something needs to change behind the scenes.

Went in at 11am for a wheel alignment. Owner told me to come back at 1PM and they will take me in. Went in at 1. Took me in and receptionist said it will be 1 hour or 1.5 hours max. Waited 3 whole hours to be told that my car was not even in the garage yet. Once told of this they said they will start the alignment very soon. I wasn t going to wait until closing. I don t know why they had me come in so early if they couldn t have taken me at the specified time they asked me to come at. Waste of my time.

Went in asked if they had a certain tire available. Worker asked to see the rim and I assumed it was to make sure it fit the rim. He went ahead and put a tire that was 245 on the rim even though i had asked for a size 235. I then said I asked for something else and he said that he had already done the hard work and labor putting the tire. Basically made me pay for a tire I didn t even need. And turns out he had put the tire on backwards, very disappointing. Honestly don t waste your time or money here!

They sold me a used tire. Put it on in a hurry. Failed to seal it on both sides. Tire fell off the rim... When I called to let them know what happened, he was like I close in 10 minutes. I had to go to Walmart and buy a new tire because I couldn't make it to them in 10 minutes. I do not recommend them.

My grandmother went here to just get a tire change that was suppose to be for 1 hour, it took 3.These people tried to charge her over $1200 for unnecessary work.It gets better, as soon as she pulls away from the packing lot there's a fraudulent charge on her card. Her bank let her know that they always have problems at this place.And if they ever remove a part from your car and you ask for it back, they'll come up with excuses on why they can't give it to you or try to charge you for your own car part.Don't go here.

I'm all for supporting local businesses. But when you attempt to get over on the people that do so it must be acknowledged. From false advertising to ridiculous up charging , I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone with a vehicle. Two stars only because I had no issues with the front desk. But if management allows and promotes the type of customer service Francisco attempted to display throughout The rest of their techs, I wouldn't be surprised if more reviews such as mine continue to come. Beyond the pricing, it's the principle of how you treat your customers to keep them coming back. Bad business practices will not win anyone over.

solid shop for tires, especially used tires and repairs, great prices and fast work of good quality. Have been a customer a handful of times and have not been disappointed. Cannot comment on any other services, they have only done tires and light suspension work for me.

Chiwawa most dubious humans on earth especially the fat lady at the front desk. They gave me 4 different bills for brakes. $800, $1200, $900 and $1500. Please safe ur money and time ang go to pep boys. Most honest people. This shop is meant for Mexicans crocks

This place is outstanding. It was raining, it was cold, and my sister had a flat tire on the highway. Went to help her, put the spare doughnut, and headed to Chihuahua tires to get the tire fixed. I was wet, cold, miserable, and I got there about 5 minutes before they closed. Waited for them to finish with two other customers then they helped me, without complaining, or any attitude, by then it was a good half an hour past their closing time. Can't say enough good things about them, they are professional, hard-working, and polite. Will definitely use them again.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!I went in to get a used tire on my car temporarily. The "Mechanic" also offered to fix a bent rim. At cost. So I asked for 2 used tires and fix a bent rim.He fixes the rim! Changes the wrong tire. I want the old tire back. He cannot find the tire that he changed.Gives me a horrible tire, that was not mine. Find out later he over wrenched my lock nut stripping it.If I got a flat. I would have been screwed!!!Remember that. People with kids!!!Bottom line is this place took advantage. Cost me twice as much to fix what they wrecked!!!Do not be a fool like me! AVOID!!!!

Unprofessional, called for some quotes on a tire. Must've been Sha nay nay that answered the phone. She was eating food and smacking her lips while talking and was also too lazy to even look up a tire size and give me a quote. Won't be spending my hard earned money here with trashy people like that.

Place are so expensive and guys take forever. To check your car.I take my car to this place just for the heater not heat up and they charge $500. Bucks and car still not working. A took it back to shop and again want to charge 600 bucks to change water pump

Hitting a curb, I bent a wheel rim. Two shops advised that I would have to replace the wheel ($150 used, $350 new, plus balancing and mounting). Chihuahua utilized a specialized machine which corrected the dent in the wheel to perfectly round. Total cost - $60. Service was prompt, professional, and very friendly. Thank you, Chihuahua!

I dropped my car off March 15 2018. Never got any communication on why my car was taking so long. I had to call and got it will be ready in 2 days or it will be ready next week. It's now April 4 my car is finally done. Never will I recommend anyone to this shop. I don't even get a discount for the long wait. Thank God I didn't have to rent a car.

I arrived to the small shop with no customer but I saw a guy working in a shop. I told him a need a new tire then, a I got a replied of give me a minute. After awhile 1 customer arrived and he accepted though I know I was there first. I let him finished it. Then just right after He's done in the car another customer arrived then he let the customer park to the shop forgetting about me. When I approached Him whats going on, I've been waiting. Then He replied with attitude "where are you and I should say something." Terrible and very unorganized place. Whats more annoying is, instead of apologetic he asked me "if I can speak or understand english." Wow!... But look the way he talked a short cut English. Don't buy here they dont know customer service. I've learned that he's related.to the owner. Its either a son or a brother.
