UPDATE 4/1: i spoke with francisco and he said it was the other small shop. he promised hes gonna take care of this tomorrow and take it to owner. I WILL UPDATE AGAIN TOMORROW TO LET YOU ALL KNOW HOW IT WAS TAKEN CARE OF .if i can give. a 0 i would, a 1 star is not even deserved. my son went in on Thursday and put his car there to fix a tire that was messed up with the rim. They decided to change and rotate the tires without letting my son know.. When my son went to pick up the car , and was driving home he was seeing smoke and smelling burning in his car , parked on side and i went to him along with his mechanic friend. turns out the tired he rotated werent supposed to be changed from back to front as they are bigger than front tires. so the ones that were in back were hitting some metal in front of car and rubbed the tires. the tire he now had is damaged and needs a new tire because of there mistake. so i had my son call him and he was told ya i wasnt aware that it shouldnt have been changed to the back and that they were different sizes. he then tells my son you should have told us , um no you are a tire shop you should know better than my som thats your job, and if you dont you shouldnt be working there. then he tells my son you work at a shop go fix it and change it back.What CUSTOMER SERVICE, i payed you to fix my sons car and take care of it but you damaged it and damaged a tire. we were waiting for a manager call but got none. we are planning on going there and i expect a refund and a new tire for damages that were made and any other damage that appears because of this mistake that is the shops responsibility. here are pics of damage that was doneim trying to upload video s you best believe videos were taken as well.

I am really dissatisfied with this place. I bought 4 used wheels in January 22,2024 and not even 2 months later my wheels are garbage. I know they don t have warranty but 2 months is a ripoff . Worst place ever. Don t bother, they will trick you,. I don t speak English and is a shame they take advantage of people like me.

This is the most scamming place! They absolutely DO NOT honor their warranty. Fransisco Rodriquez is a terrible businessman. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT go here, my warranty says 2 years in writing and they tell me oh it s only for a year! They re trying to mess with my odometer just a bunch of lying POS! I am going to take this to court and I will follow up with this review once that s finished so I can show all of you reading this, proof. Again, FIND ANOTHER PLACE!

SHADY RIP OFF ARTISTS, they will rig or patch 1problem & break 3 other parts on your vehicle purposely. DO NOT EVER go here !!! I took my Honda here for spacers, later to find out they'd put pieces of scrap metal in between my struts. The car hit a small bump & the scrap fell out which dropped the car on my new Pirelli tires. The metal scraped threw the rubber almost causing a VERY SERIOUS accident. I wanted tinted windows, they DROVE my car to EMJ. That's an entirely different company. EVERYTIME, I took my car here, I left with more problems than what I came in with. I took my Cadillac (w/102k on the dash) to them B'cuz I was approved financing. My car sat on their lot more than a month b4 they evn started on it. Eventually the repairs were done in less than 24hrs but, mysteriously my transmission went out the nxt day, my battery was dead, my check engine light is on, my heat didn't work anymore, my radiator started leaking, my leather was very dirty & greasy, I needed to get towed, there was an extra 200 miles on my car & there were immigrant identifications under my floor mat. This caused me to lose my job, neglected my bank account & ruined my credit. I gave them 1star, ONLY B'cuz they had free coffee. I WILL NEVER EVER do business with Chihuahuas shady con men again in my life.Services: Transmission, Tires, Engine repair, Brakes

I would have given 5 stars but there were a couple of things that I wasn't too happy about. We purchased a set of 4 tires about a month ago but one of the tires got a hole on the sidewall so we had no choice but to replace that tire. We came here because I was approved for credit. Instead of getting one new tire we chose to get 4 new tires of a different brand since we didn't really like the quality of the other ones. We can either keep them or sell them to pay for the new ones. However, they did not have the tires in stock and we would have to wait until the next day. Unfortunately, we didn't have a tire since it had a tear on the sidewall it could not be fixed. The woman told us she would let us borrow a used tire and that they wouldn't charge for mounting. I thought oh that's really nice. So we agreed and we went home. Everything was great until this morning when we found the used tire completely flat. I called them and they said I had to get it towed there and that they couldn't help. I went to a nearby shop and they tried to put air in the tire but found the valve stem to be at fault. Seems Chihuahua tech didn't install correctly. Guys at shop helped me no charge and when I arrived at Chihuahua tire I told them what happened but the guy seemed unphased. Ok so we had already paid for the tires that were ordered so I waited for them to install. I get my car back and I seriously thought they put used tires on my car. They were really dirty plus the rims and my steering wheel were all full of greasy fingerprints. Considering this place has been around a while I would have expected better service. The last set of tires I purchased were mounted and balanced at Talachas tire shop a tiny dirty little shop but they treated us well and my tires and rims were not filthy when they finished with my car.

Do not recommend. I tried giving them business and asked a question over the phone and I ABSOLUTELY HAVE to go to the shop to get an answer to my question. They apparently can t tell me sizes of spacers they have through the phone yet they only have 3 sizes. Absolutely ridiculous, and I explained I live 45 minutes away and do not want to waste my time if they don t have them. Sucks but I m not bringing them any business.

Took my truck in at 8am and was told it will be ready by 12pmCalled at 3pm and they said my truck was being aligned and I had a feeling they hadn't even moved my truck from the parking lotI drove to the shop around 4pm and my truck was sitting outside and they told me they were having trouble with another truck. Instead of telling me they were to busy to work on it they decided to lie and waste my whole day waiting for my truck. I could have taken my truck to another shop.Will never take my truck back to this shop.Service: Wheel alignment

Stay away from this place do yourself a favor they had me wait for 4 hours to get the car in and I was okay with that. Then they finally came back and quoted me an obscure amount of money so i said thank you but ill just take my vehicle and go on my way. Well the car was aligned because I did it yesterday at another shop. When I drove off my steering was completely off so I pulled over and and checked if it was even safe to drive. Checked my wheels and sure enough right front wheel lug nuts were loose. Rim center cap all scratched up including the rim.These are the kind of places where people go to get ripped off. STAY AWAY TRUST ME!Service: Steering & suspension replacement

Took my car here for an oil change and to fix my a/c and heater and they did an amazing job! Gave me an excellent price for all of it as well. They're very professional and explained to me exactly what was wrong. I will definitely be coming here from now on!

I am beyond satisfied with the work they have done with my Jeep. Not only is it a family-owned shop but they treat you like your family. They treated me as if I was a top priority when they were busy and got me done so fast. I just love when businesses say what they're going to do and do it, It defines their integrity. Not only that but they offer financing and I was able to get some extra accessories for my Jeep. Francisco is the man and his wife Nubia is the magic behind it all !!! Go here for rims tires sounds anything!

Consumers beware! This place will sell you refurbished wheels without telling you! I purchased a set of new off road wheels and one wheel was a different color and had dings. I went back and they said they would send it back to manufacturer. I picked up my wheel 2 weeks later and was obvious they had a local shop powder coat it, I even saw the wheel posted on FB from local powder coating page.

Don't go here. Straight rip-off. Charged me $750 to install lower control arms and I later found out that the right was on the left and the left on the right. When I brought it to their attention, I got the run around. The part cost $60 on Amazon. I got charged $240. If you call, you will stay on hold. Very bad practices and culture.

I took my car in there for alignment, i have to say that i own an all wheel drive vehicle which means that all four tires need to be aligned. I took it two times because I could feel the pull to the right. I went back to complain and the told me that they only do the front side! Today my expensive tires are gone due to this place not doing the procedures right trying to save time and money! I trusted this guys my passengers and my own safety! Never ever coming back!

This place and Daniel were amazing!! Sunday night I spent out in the snow and tore my rim up. Monday I called. Daniel said yes, come right in, we can help you Ms. Did an amazing job, took my Rim from trash and repaired it!!! I was also very happy to hear they offer other services such as, rims, radio installation, alarms and even window tinting. Prices are amazing and service is there! Just call and Tell them Britt sent you ha ha!

The manager Francisco was extremely unprofessional and conducted himself without integrity. My experience was so unpleasant. He had no regard for me as a paying customer and completely took advantage. Bad business I had to go back several times to get 1 thing fixed because they couldn t get it right. When I bought them the part they destroyed it then told me it wasn t the right part so I couldn t even return it. No refund, no replacement and no fixed car. He dismissed me and sent me on my way. Potential customers BEWARE!!!

Overpricing and taxing on everything. I took my vehicle in to for them to see what the problem was with my car and they wanted to change me almost 3000 dollars. Ridiculous prices. They also charge me 45 dollars for my car to get checked out and they did not even want to give me a note of the things that were wrong with my car so I can get it fixed. Nor did they tell me it will be 45 dollars, they told me before I took it in. 45 dollars not even Firestone charge that much. Next time let people know you re going charge before.

Excellent service ! I went for used tires and each time they give dependable tires and also will.inform you of issues they may find before they proceed. Very price friendly !

Walked in without an appointment to get my flailing exhaust pipe fixed and I was bewildered by the service I received. Right from the manager to the cashier. Everyone was very welcoming and very helpful.Got it fixed in no time and got my money's worth as well.Definitely recommend it to all those who want to get their cars fixed.You guys rock!

This is one of the best auto care and tire shops in America!The service is excellent, the staff is friendly and the get the job done fast and right the first time.They can service virtually any make and model vehicle and if you need tires (new or used)... this is is definitely the place to go!I give them five stars!

Local auto shop, did a great job with my brake work although it cost me over $2000. I'm not very saavy in car repair cost but, make sure to do your due diligence. They have financing option and, I felt with my drive style I really needed major work done because of wear & tear I put on my car. Next time in was another $1000 fix for electrical problem. I started getting frustrated that my car was needing more and more work as if they were sabotaging my car to get more business because of the good credit. Final straw with this place was being quoted $1000 for radiator repair, I look on AutoZone site to see radiator cost for my car is less than $200 maybe another $100 for accessories. So what? $700 labor? Highway robbery! They did try to go down a bit to $780 because of previous business with them. Must be I'm not Mexican I don't get the deals but hell I'm not rich either. Having my radiator repaired elsewhere for less than $550 after telling my family about this experience. I will not be returning to this shop after I'm finished with previous financed repairs. The finance is a rip off as well you pay more through the taxes.

Called and asked about getting 2 tires mounted and balance and was told $20ea. After they had already started a guy came out and asked if I wanted the tires balanced and I said of course I do and he goes oh it s $7 extra. Well what was I supposed to do at that point ?? Shop is very dirty and extremely messy. I would never trust them to do anything more than tires at best. Very misleading.

I would recommend this up to anyone. Customer service is terrible and they have a lack of respect of loyalty and respect to their customers. They also put my tires on backwards so I had to come back the next day for them to fix it after waiting six hours for new rims to get put on my vehicle and then overcharged For the rims for a mistake they made. As I sat there waiting for my vehicle to get fixed I heard three other customers talking about how they messed up their car and they weren t going to fix it. Overall this establishment is horrible and is a Very terrible place to purchase anything Or have anything fixed.

This place was my worst nightmare. I took in my car for new tires, I noticed they have a sign that says certified mechanics, so I told the Owner of another problem with my car, the battery kept draining and I asked him if he could diagnose it. I also asked him if he works with this type of car (E320 Mercedes Benz) and he said yes and affirmed that his mechanics are certified and that he is very strict with them. He called me to let me know what the diagnose was ( Radio Amp, and the driver seat control module) said that he was going to replace them and that should fix the problem, so I trusted him. Well they kept my car for a week and a half where i kept calling every day to find out if the car was ready. They just kept on giving me the run around, like it would be ready later today but they would call me later and said it would be ready tomorrow, So I had enough and decided to go to the shop unannounced, and to my surprise they burned out my fuel pump, exposed all the wire harness, didn't place them back, wires were all over behind the panels, damaged the brand new battery. They also disconnected my radio and knocked a couple of buttons off my radio, damaged the passenger seat control module as well, the car was all dirty with grease all over the inside, scratched my left rear door and placed it out of adjustment, scratched my right rear door handle, Broke my front bumper trim. Broke my left rear interior wood trim, and didn't fix anything, on the contrary they caused me all this damage to my car. I drove it to them and I ended towing it out of there shop. directly to the Mercedes Benz Dealer, where they had to replace and repair all the damages they did to my car. and the cost was to me $2,300 for the shoddy work done by Chihuahua Tire Shop. I would definitely give them Zero stars if the system would have this option. I'm telling you guys don't risk you car or your wallet with these guys. And if you do it's at your own risk!!! I had read there reviews and noticed that they had a lots of bad reviews but I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt. "BIG MISTAKE" on my part. But I learned my lesson, Dis-honest, very unprofessional!!!
