I had a great experience with this shop. They were professional and repaired my car well and made it convenient to get a rental car. They kept me informed of the progress to the end. They worked with my insurance and everything went smoothly. I would recommend them

Did great work fixing my car. Would never know it was in an accident. I didn t love that my pick up date kept getting pushed last minute, but every time I called to ask about it or had any questions, Sonia was always super nice and helpful. Was even more excited when I picked my car up and they had cleaned the inside for me! Overall I m very happy with my experience with them!

Went here for a quote after I was rear-ended. The guy who helped me was quick and informative. They got everything processed with State Farm the same day. I will definitely go here again if I ever unfortunately need to.

Very friendly staff. The work was done faster than expected and was excellent. I was rear ended and my coffee spilled everywhere in the car. This team even cleaned that up for me. I would highly recommend

I took my 3 month old 2024 Chevy 2500 in to have a back window replaced and a crease fixed on the side. They said I would get it back December 29 th, I got it back January 9. I had told them I got a message from the app that the battery was extremely low and asked about about that issue. When I picked up my truck, they had it running outside with the keys in it ( not knowing when I would be there. When asked they advised oh we were just warming it up for you . I later found out why when my vehicle would not start. I had to jump it and thinking the alternator would charge it while driving, went to work where I got stranded. My husband had to come out at 945 at night to jump it again and then again in the morning to take it to the Chevy shop. On top of that the sensors were not working and they broke the drivers side seat belt so bad it also had to be replaced. I tried to work it out with them but they refused to take any responsibility for the damage and since I got my coverage on the truck to pay for the Chevy dealers charges, refused any reimbursement for my time off work or for the damages they caused to a 3 month of $70,0000 truck. What pissed me off the most was the dishonesty and the TOTAL DISREGARD for the damages they caused. I would NEVER recommend this company.***Update and rebuttal ..I have called, emailed, stopped by and again tried to call and ask to speak to the owner Brian and still not getting anywhere with even just getting my deductible back. However after all the original damage we found another electrical issue where when they took the bumper off, they forgot to reattach for another $189.00 on top of all the other charges ( the $189.00 they agreed to pay but still refusing any payment or responsinlbility on the rest. If the owner would like to contact me or return my calls I would happily work this out.

Repairs were completed several days before the due date, which was nice. Car was detailed inside and out and looks better than it has in years.

The primary insurance repairs were done well but requested additional paint work was not done due to mix up by Carstar.

I brought in a 2012 Hyundai Sonata that had damage to the front bumper as the result of a tow. I looked it over better just a little while ago and they did a great job! I had some concerns about the car being fixed here and a promissory note to pay for the repairs from the tow company. Both Brian Jr & Brian Sr were very helpful and contacted the tow company and handled the invoice and collected the payment which made things go much smoother and was 1 less thing for me to have to deal with. I feel like you never know what you re walking into you when you go to a new car repair place by this place did really great work. I have a couple things I need to have fixed and I plan on going back very soon!! it was a little bit of a wait to get in, but they do good work so it s perfectly understandable. Just make sure you call a week or 2 before thanks!!!

Went in on the suggestion of our insurance company. The place seemed clean, staff was quick to help. They came out to the car and looked over the damage within minutes of walking in. They explained everything in detail and what they would need to do to make it like it never happened, with what they could see in a walk around. (Let's face it when when get into an accident, we want are car to come back looking like it never happened.) They also explained up front that after they took things apart there may be things they couldn't see, during the walk around, and that they would deal with our insurance company to make sure any extra things needed would be payed before they moved forward. This was helpful because there was more damage then thought, and they took care of everything. We drove in without an appointment. They had a car rental company pick us up and bring us to rental a car. All of this took about 20 minutes from start, to driving our rental car home. The finished product was " as good as new" Let me tell you, we went over the work and couldn't find the smallest problem. No paint over spray, no chips, scratches or out of line body panels. As Good As New. Thanks for a great job

Very happy. Communication & scheduling was very easy. My daughter got into a minor fender bender requiring a new hood & grill. The car was fixed at a reasonable price and they back up their work as the hood needed a minor adjustment which was done promptly and without issue. I got a huge dent on the side of my car that was very noticeable and seemed complicated to fix. CARSTAR got me an appointment to drop my car off the next week and I got my car back a week after that. It looks BRAND NEW!! :) They made this experience so smooth and stress-free, everyone was very nice. I am super happy & I couldn't recommend this place enough!!! :)Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This shop is the one you will want to fix you car. I went with my insurance companies 'recommended' shop and regretted it. The other two times we went with CarStar made us very happy. Accurate estimates, timely repairs, realistic prices, and beautiful outcomes with repairs.

Excellent service everytime I need to bring my car here. This time my fiance had dropped a box on the trunk of my car while trying to put it up in the rafters of the garage. Carstar fixed me right up in about a day and a half. My car looks as good as new. We always bring our cars here. My fiance just had a bad car accident, and they totalled out the car. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

I was recommended to use them by my insurance company. I was extremely satisfied with their services. They even helped assist me with a rental car, and with me not having rental coverage, this took a load off my shoulders. Had someone hit my beloved car and took it here. They looked at my car RIGHT AWAY and were very quick to provide a quote to me the day before Thanksgiving on top of that, and one hour before they closed! I was desperate to get my car back ASAP. I dropped my car off the next week after I decided their quote was fair. It matched Gerber Collision's, but Gerber wouldn't fix my car since they were tied to the other person's insurance (whatever). So, I dropped my car here and they drove it into the shop as soon as I drove off! They said it'd take about 2 1/2 weeks to repair and guess what?! They called me 1 week and 3 days later telling me my car was ready. I picked up my car 5 minutes before they closed and it looked stunning. BRAND NEW. Beautiful work. And, on top of this, the price MATCHED the quote. It didn't go up AT ALL. Great! Then, on top of it, they tell me Enterprise will come and pick up my car from their shop! What?!? I didn't know this. It was my first time with a car rental. They called Enterprise at 5pm, their closing time, and that was that! I will always recommend this place moving forward and definitely, go back, if required.

I loved the service and work here definitely recommend it. Rene was always very helpful, kind and patient towards. I definitely will be back if I am to need any fixings on my car, they went the extra mile and helped us get a rental car from a place that would approve my girlfriend, and gave us a spotless clean car back I loved their service and work

My personal experience was very professional. CARSTAR did excellent work helping during an emergency. I would highly recommend CARSTAR with 10 out of 10 stars. It was a great professional curtesy and the communication was clear and informative. I was hit by another car going 80mph on the highway and the entire side of my van was damaged. My insurance company sent me to Carstar for the repairs. Everyone was so nice and helpful. They coordinated all the insurance, set up my rental car, and got the work done on time! My van looks like new! I highly recommend Carstar North Aurora! Was rearended on June 26 and State Farm recommended this shop. Everything was done in 3 days! Owner and secretary are very nice and will answer all questions you have. My bumper looks even better than when I purchased the car. I even went in with my sensor messed up saying my tire was low and it wasn't. When I drove off with my fixed car it wasn't on. I didn't expect them to go that extra mile. Thank you all so much! Def recommend them!

I recently had my vehicle repaired at CARSTAR and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Every single employee that I encountered was friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to ensure things went as smooth as possible for me. They did a fantastic job repairing my car and it looks great. I m very happy with my CARSTAR experience and I ve found my go-to body shop. Great job!

Brought my car here after an uninsured driver smashed into my rear bumper. This is one of the facilities listed on State farms repair list website, but I did some research to make sure it was a reputable auto repair shop.Brought my car in for a quote, they took a look over and were able to order the parts needed, before i had to drop off my car so i had less time without my car. Parts came within a couple business days, and i dropped it off Wednesday, and it was ready the following Thursday, It was really fast turnaround time, even with the additional parts and damages that needed to be replaced after they did a full inspection.They went out of their way to order new OEM parts instead of used parts from other vendors that would be cheaper, so I'm really appreciative of that, car looked like nothing had happened to it, couldn't have asked for better quality work.

Wonderful people, God sends. I couldn t have asked for a better company. I think that says it all. Blessings to all of you, I will always hold all of you in high regard and I am forever grateful. Angie who is the receptionist here actually sat on the phone with me and listened to my side of the story of how my accident took place and even explained to me patiently ( being a mom herself she told me ) in my frustration how insurance companies work and told me she would pray for me which made a huge impact and gave me clarity to my situation. In life and when all hell freezes over, even complete strangers can help you pick up the broken pieces, even after your car has been wrecked and your at fault. Thank you Angie and thank you to your team of workers for giving me a break this time. I will pay it forward, you better believe I will. and it will come back to you in more ways than one. Your human kindness and empathy is more what I appreciated and of course what you gave to me on top of that goes without saying is priceless to my heart and soul.. and I hope you re all recognized and blessings to all of you and your loved ones.
