Ridiculous customer service .looks like they don t care at all not sure if it s owner or employee they lost $4000 in sales .took my car to other shop .

We recently had transmission trouble with our work van. Ed and his staff were quickly able to address the problem and get us back on the road. Ed was upfront with the cost and the repairs!Additionally, they found other issues and were able to fix them immediately which saved us from future downtime. Limped my 03 Tahoe here, Ed knew exactly what happened based off the symptoms. He quoted to rebuild my transmission and the final price stayed true. Turn around time was a few days and kept me updated daily. Truck runs like a champ again!

I had an issue with my Nissan transmission and I brought it in. They advised me to go to Nissan first and make sure that it was not under any warrant. I was doubtful but brought it into Nissan and the transmission was under extended warranty.I really appreciate that their honesty saved me over 3k even though they could have said nothing and gotten another sale. These guys are good people.

I had been having issues with my transmission, but couldn't get anyone to duplicate the problem. My vehicle was taken to Bell's Transmission from Carmax. I dealt with Ed the entire time and he kept me updated with the progress of the repairs. He dealt with my extended warranty to get the repairs covered. Very professional and helpful.

My husband's Chevy HHR had been experiencing transmission slippage since February, 2019 but our mechanic and two other repair shops could not find the problem. Contacted Schaumberg Carmax where car was purchased and they put him in touch with Bell Transmissions, who do all of CarMax's transmission work.Ed was very helpful and his techs were able to finally duplicate and locate the problem, which turned out to be an unusual one. He kept in touch with us the whole time, explaining the process, and got the repair covered under our CarMax warranty.Thanks very much to Ed and all the folks at Bell. We will be recommending you to everyone we know who needs transmission work!

My battery died a few blocks away and I came here by chance. Luckily, they were able to locate a new battery for my car quickly and install it for me. They even checked my alternator to make sure that was not draining my battery and topped off my oil. Although they do charge a $55 fee for looking at your car, they apply it to any repairs you have done. I recommend them because they were very nice and even have free wifi to use while you wait.

My husband has a '12 Chevy Silverado 2500HD. The trans went out on my way home from work. He had it towed in around 4:30pm on a Monday. They had to completely rebuild the transmission. He payed and picked up the keys at 2pm, two days later, on Wednesday. Ed suggested they put in some parts that were extra heavy duty being that the bed of the truck has 1800 lbs of tools, welding machine, other equipment. He agreed to their suggestion. It's been nearly three weeks and the truck is running great. I strongly recommend this place to get your trans fixed. This is the second vehicle he has had them work on.

Had my transmission replaced here last year, saw small leaks in parking spots recently. They checked for issues and was very pleased to know it was only the seal plug causing the problem. They replaced the plug and filled the fluid at No Charge. Thank you Bill for the fast and courteous service.

I had some issues with my Rogue and took it in to be checked out. It did turn out that it was my transmission. Ed was very helpful in explaining my car's transmission problem to me as well as obtaining a new one and having it installed and tested. He was very helpful and professional.

They change out the transmission fluid on my 2013 Toyota Tacoma. Nice to work with a shop that knows what they are doing!
