I visited store #2547 on Farnsworth, today. I had the pleasure to be assisted by an employee by the name of Jack. This young man was awesome! He found the correct product (turn signal bulb) and then installed it for me! It was tricky due to the positioning. He persevered and got it done! Jack definitely went above and beyond! Thank you!!!

whenever my friend and i need help with our car stuff, the worker Damien always helps us with what we need and also gives us car advice. he should get a raise !!

Worst costumer service! I went to get my starter checked to see if that was the problem and if it was to buy it right there and then. But they don t have the people capacitated for that it looked likeThey did not know what they where doing at all . All they said is that they can t check it because they have a lot of costumers so what was I ? Not a costumer not good .

Went here to get an check engine light diagnosed. It was FREE and so easy to do. They even printed out the codes and possible causes for me to take to my mechanic. Recommend highly.

Nice people. Quick service. Good selection. Pricier than other auto places but it's nice that you can check the inventory online before you drive there and they can have it ready for you too. So it's kind of worth the extra money you spend.

Went here at 8a and they were closed. They didn't even open the door. They just waved us away. Had to drive all the way to Walmart. I had no taillights ugh. Called and they said they were having technical issues again. Would've been nice to maybe post a sign on the door stating this.

Would rate lower but does not have that option. Customer service suckes. Caters to the mexicans. One representative was helping me and left to assist a Mexican couple. So, it pays off to be anice illegal in this country.

Took her too long to find the order I had placed a day before. You can find a lot of things for your car here. If they don't have it in the store they will find it for you by calling other stores.

Location is constantly understaffed .Saturday and there's one person behind the counter 10 people in line..this happens most weekends. Napa it is.
