I went in for a broken windshield wiper blade. The gentleman guided my purchase of one new blade and assembled it behind the counter. Then, he walked out to my car and installed it, without me having to ask. Next, he asked me to test it. Gave me a thumbs up and said to have a good evening. Great customer service. I will recommend!

I work in the customer service industry, so I understand customer zeal. Unfortunately, this location doesn't the meaning of customer zeal. I went to purchase black latex gloves, as you can see in pic below, the are priced $24.99. When it's time to purchase the gloves, the employee stated the gloves are $34.99. I explained to him every glove in that section is priced at $24.99. He wouldn't honor the displayed price and would rather keep $10 versus keeping a customer. Unbelievable! Since COVID, based on their price, these particular gloves jumped $20. I will be taking my business to Advanced Auto.

I ve been coming to this autozone for about 5 years now whether it be for brake pads, rotors, wiper blades, tools, batteries, or anything else. I was just here in March to get the Duralast Gold rotors and elite brake pads to do a brake job for someone, honestly wish I got those on my car because the person I did it for has extremely smooth and quiet stopping power now compared to my car, I bought the plain duralast rotors for my car in December but went with akebono brake pads from Napa. The coated gold rotors are great especially with the elite pads so next time I ll use that combo on my car. I ve never really had problems coming here. I have noticed the employees have changed ( some new faces ) I came in last week to get a AGM battery for my car. I work at a dealership in Naperville and they only have flooded batteries, there was a girl working there who seemed new or at least I ve never seen her before, she was EXTREMELY NICE and helped me out, she gave me whatever tools I needed and had an AWESOME attitude. Keep her forever and give her a raise! You guys need more people like her, her customer service was amazing best I ve seen in the 5 years I ve come here. Wish I knew her name to shout her out like she deserves. I will keep coming back to this autozone for sure!

Miguel was GREAT!!!I needed my car battery changed and he installed it and educated me on why the battery was bad. Excellent SERVICE !!!

This is the second time I visited this store location and again not happy. I had the same customer service person and both situations I walked away with nothing but frustration. A couple months ago I came for a new battery and to get it installed. I nearly had the batter bought and when it came to him seeing under the hood, he said "I am not doing that forryo, that's too much to take off before I get to where the battery goes. Fast forward to this morning I came in for a low beam headlight. When he came out to my car and looked under the hood he took the cap off and goes "sorry, I can't help you". Apparently he doesn't want my business or money so I am staying far away from here. Customer service skills are lacking and in your role you need to have better people skills. What a joke when I can easily go to another location and they will help.

This place is great. Amazing service and very knowledgeable staff. Their store manager is doing a great job! I would especially like to say one in particular employee, Chris, went above and beyond with his stellar customer service. He was very buff anf handsome!! 10/10 would go again.

This place is great, for someone who loves their car they have been great for parts. Louis I believe it was helped me out today and he was fantastic! I am really over baring on who works on my car as I usually am the one to work on it, however I was out and needed to switch out my battery and did not have my tools. He came out and helped me do it all while having a great friendly conversation! My pontiac grand prix now has a new battery and I will always come to that location for the parts I need for her! Thanks again!

I think they should have workers that know at least basic stuff about cars most of the people that work at the most of the stores they have no idea what's going on with cars

Carmen was amazing, really helped us out when our car battery went dead. She even installed the new one for us within a few minutes. I always knew I could rely on autozone, and I have never been let down.

Always great experience here. They diagnosed my engine light, and sold me the part that was faulty. All for the price of buying the same part from anywhere else.

Came up to see if they could help take off my license plates off. I had the front half way off. And, help put on the new. But it seemed like he didn't want to get the plate off. I came once before to you to buy a battery. Thought they would help install it. But wouldn't. So, I went some where else. And, gave my business.

Every time I go in there the staff is either in the back or out to lunch I think. Can't get anyone to come to the front so I can pay for the item I just picked up. Second time I've put my item back and walked out. There won't be a third. There isn't an employment problem. There's a generational issue with lazy employees.

I was low on fuel , with my daughter in the car with me , it was pouring outside and, my windshield wipers weren t working I had such a horrible day today I started crying to a worker I didn t know who works at Auto Zone she helped me with my windshield wipers it was raining super hard outside and she got super wet yet she didn t leave until she was able to help me . Her name is MELISSA to the Manager at Auto Zone Melissa went out of her way to help me even with the weather conditions she really deserves a raise . She really made my day . May God bless her Always !

AutoZone Auto Parts � 3045 E New York St -- Drew who was working at the AZ store on New York street provided outstanding service. (I guess he normally works at Bolingbrook store). My twins girls were heading back to ISU late Sunday afternoon when their battery died. I drove to AZ on New York street and Drew was on top of it and found a battery (2012 Buick Lacrosse) for me asap and then proceeded to install it asap. Excellent customer service. I dont know Drews last name but know he was there vs. Bolingbrook store... Give him a Bonus in December and letter of appreciation!..

Had to do a return on a set of headlight bulbs. Package was opened and did not receive any issues with open item. Bought oil and filter for my cavalier reasonably priced.

Gave wrong parts after looking in the system the make and model. Did not realize rotors were wrong until the car was taken apart! Get your stuff together!! Need better people working!
