Acquaintance with this company did not start very badly, my ambulance bought at an auction stood on the highway and refused to start, a tow truck was called who arrived quickly enough and dragged the car to my house for adequate money. After some time, we agreed with the same guys on the diagnosis and subsequent repair of my ambulance. A tow truck was called and my car went with me to this workshop. In the workshop, I gave a list of work to be done on the machine, as well as a list of known problem areas (damaged right head injector cables, faulty backpressure sensor, fuel pump gaskets, and so on). With the input data, I hoped to simplify and speed up the process of diagnosis and subsequent repair. We agreed that the results of the diagnostics, the list of necessary work, spare parts, their cost will be agreed through text messages. That was decided and I went to California planning to fly in a month and pick up the car. 2 months passed, I did not receive text messages about the progress of work, as it turned out later, because the work was not carried out. I warned the workshop 2 weeks before arrival and asked to start diagnostics and repairs as soon as possible, to which they first told me "yes, yes, we'll start tomorrow" and then completely stopped responding to messages. Arriving at the workshop, I found my car in the same position in which it was left more than two months ago. When asked why nothing had been done, they said that they were busy, and when asked to start repairs as soon as possible, they answered that there was no time to deal with my car yet and it would appear in a week. When asked to suggest a less busy workshop, they said that all workshops are very busy, but I can search.)) I found a workshop located 4 minutes from this one and agreed to start diagnostics and repairs on the same day. When I came back to this workshop and said that I wanted to pick up the car, they told me that I had to pay for the diagnostics (what would be on the diagnostic sheet, I thought, given that I gave them a list of faults)) And now they give me an invoice for paying 400 $ (calculated the cost of an hour of work as $170, although initially they talked about $120 per hour). A "diagnostic sheet" in which it is written that a replacement of the injector control unit is required (2 days later in another workshop they found out that this is complete nonsense and the problem of the engine not starting in the closed wires of the injectors of the right engine head (I spoke about the fact that the wires were damaged at the very beginning when I gave the car ) In short, the advantages of a fast and inexpensive tow truck, but exceptionally poor service and incompetent car repair shop staff.

Fast professional service they have tow services and are very reasonablealways fair in price less than half the cost of the dealer no job to big!! rebuilt the rear end on my conversion van in one 1 day and we did not miss our family vacation Thanks really appreciate it!!They have been repairing my cars and trucks for over 15 years

Would give negative stars if I could!!!DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE MONEY!!!My fiance took her car here paid 80 for the inspection test and these so called "mechanics" write up a repair sheet and it doesn't not even specify which correct parts need replacing. The repairs it needed one the sheet from the "mechainc" said front control arm/tie rod. Just like that. So I called the shop and ask which side was it that needed repairs the passenger or driver side that needed the repairs for the control arm and for the tie rods was it inner or outer tie rods? Both "mechanics" that work there refused to tell me the exact location of the problem UNLESS I PAID AGAIN?!?! I called him 3 times to ask for answers on what I already paid for he still refused to tell me which parts needed replacing. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!!!TAKE YOUR VEHICLES SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Had my VW towed in and they repaired it right, half the price of the dealers. Very nice people to work with.

Great repair service towed my truck in they have their own towing company which is nice and gave me a discount on the towing will definitely be coming back
