My SUV was making noises, as if something was popping or breaking when turning and someone suggested it was one thing and we bought the parts. We took it in and inquired about it and they said they'd take a look at it. The next day the called us and told us it was ready. When we picked up they basically said they replaced the parts but that's wasn't what was making the noise and they even implied that they knew that before they installed the new parts. They ended up saying the it was the engine and that it needed a new piece for support. We bought the piece and took back to them. They didn't call us to tell us it was ready, when we called to follow up, they just said it was ready. At first, everything seemed fine and we didn't hear the noises. Within hours we started hearing them again. We took it back and asked them to check it again. After a week of not hearing from them, we called and they said they hadn't worked on it because it snowed. Another week went by and we ended up showing up and they had the truck in the shop but said there was nothing wrong with it. I DON'T RECOMMED these people AT ALL. They're not honest and don't seem to know how to actually fix cars. They're in the business of lying to make money.

I would give zero starts if I could went there they re to get my car fixed and they didn t even fix the main problem and I told them to call me before they do anything but they never did and wasted my whole time. Never go I wouldn t want even my enemies going here!!!

So I leave my car here to get something fix ( at 10:00 a.m.) and then I call in to see if its fixed and ready for me to take to work(at 6:30 p.m). Then they tell me they couldn't find the part that they need from any junkyard place so they need to put a new one in. And so I tell them well once you get the part ill take it back in Becuase I need my car for work. But they tell me that I can't take it Becuase they took out the part I needed fix out and they just have it sitting there till tomorrow till they get the part. And they didn't call me to tell me they were going to take the part out or leave a voice mail at all. And I'm pissed Becuase how are they going to take something out of my car when they don't have the part to put in?!?! Highly don't recommend this place at all. They'll make you have your car sitting there for a whole day. In which I bet they just use your car to drive around in with out you knowing.

Took my car to find out why it doesn't turn on at times they kept it 4 days checked on it 2 days after and was told it was fixed they just used it to get parts and to check it out ,was asked to leave it another day to make sure it was fixed correctly.Went back 2 days later half a tank gone and was charged$360 asked for a receipt and given a blank paper with nothing but the owed amount asked to talk to the mechanic the guy with a ponytail came out and argued I owed them he couldn't tell me what he installed or fixed on it so I paid the tow and said when they have the answer on what was fixed call me I'd be in to pay.I never received a call because they did anything to my car but waste gas.Watch out for this place or better yet don't go there.

Lleve mi carro porque se calent� me.dijeron.que el motor estaba da�ado le dije que lo cambiaran primero dijo que 2500 estuvo mi carro 4 meses en el.tallaer cuando por fin lo �ban a entregar dijeron que la transmisi�n estaba da�ada ya hab�an cobrado el dinero de 2500 subi� a 3600 tube que llevar el carro a transmisi�n ramirez donde dijeron que el que cambio el moto hab�a da�ado la transmisi�n fueron otros 2000 dolares el motor sufre fallos da�o muchos cables y hace corto en muchos sensores 13 c�digos marca el motor no se los recomiendo debo aclarar que el due�o del lugar es una persona amable a tenido buenos y malos mec�nico pero este que tiene actualmente es el peor que a tenidoService: Engine repair

Roban tu dinero nunca tienen cambio si te van a cobrar 250 y no llevas cambio y le das 300 nunca te dan tus 50 para tras e ido m�s de 8 veses y nunca tienen mi cambio. El le cambio mi alternador que seg�n estaba da�ado . Mi carro se volvi� apagar despu�s de 3 d�as ellos nunca cambiaron mi alternador solo cambiaron unos cables me cobraron un alternador nuevo y compraron uno en el yonk

Very bad service, I took my truck and they said that in 4 hours they would have it ready, then they said that the problem was the gas pump and then that it was not the computer. It lasted several days with my truck and they couldn't fix it and they came back the same. quickly just the nameMuy mal servicio lleve mi camioneta y medijeron que en 4 horas la tendrian lista luego medijeron que el problema era la bomba de gasoina y luego que no que era la computadora total duro varios dias con mi camioneta y no la pudo arreglar y mela rregreso igual.de rapido solo el nombre

Without a doubt they have had good and bad workers but the owner continues to do a good job and serves with the kindness and respect that characterizes him.Sin lugar a duda han tenido buenos y malos trabajadores pero su propietario sigue asiendo un buen trabajo y atendiendo con la amabilidad y respeto que lo caracteriza

Gente bien tranza. En verdad no recomiendo que vayan aqui. Se llaman El rapido pero no tienen nada de rapido tampoco.I dont recommend coming here. Please dont waste your time on these rip offs.
