Had car towed to APT after an unfortunate incident, but my father and I had a great experience with the owner(Tim)of the company and had no issues retrieving the car at all. Had a great discussion with the gentlemen in regards to the collection of beautiful vehicles he has inside the building as well, take a look inside if you get the chance.In my experience dealing with those involved in this industry, if you treat the person you are talking to with respect and don't throw a temper tantrum about why you're car got towed in the first place... They will go out of their way to help you. We are all simply trying to make a living and put food on the table, so don't forget that.Good guy, good business

The drivers side back end of my Honda Civic was crushed and partially destroyed in a rear end accident in Aurora. I was weary about leaving my car so far away from where I live but I am so happy I did. These guys were absolutely awesome and quick. My car looks like nothing ever happened. Mary in the office was super helpful and sweet. Tim seemed to genuinely care about my car and any concerns I had. He s a down to earth dude with a no bulls*** attitude and I really appreciated that. I will definitely be coming back to these guys with any auto body needs I have in the future!

I was very pleased with the outcome of my repairs to my car. They initially towed it and I was going to go somewhere familiar. Thanks to Drew's excellent customer outreach I decided to give them the job. Tim, Drew and their staff did a great job repairing my car. Thank you.

Great Customer Service! My car was towed here after an accident and Drew helped me to my car to gather my belongings and gave me a good overview of the next step process with my insurance.

Very professional work and employees. The owner Timothy is the best. Had my Nissan Armada fixed here for body and mechanical work. It runs like a new one now. Very happy with the work and will definitely refer this place for all.

Tim & his team were impressiveGentleman who 1st met me upon entering was friendly & inquired about my reason for coming. Met Tim, he showed me his skills in performing superior paint restoration and body shop resources. Good place to do business,!

Auto paint techniques is a firm that I'm very familiar with over the years recently they work on my car and good a fantastic job they did some body work and some paint and it looks absolutely beautiful. They have a facility where they can work on cars paint cars sell cars . He cares about his customers and does a great job

This is a review of the towing portion of their business. Im sure they do great work with paint, i just can't speak to it.If you can't tow a car after a wreck in aurora, the police can call a lot such as this one to remove the vehicle. Aurora should seriously consider removing them from their list of providers as the owner is willing to lie to basically scare people into paying his outlandish fees.I was unable to afford to pay the tow, so i did the standard thing. Tried to sign the title over to them so they can scrap it and recoup their losses. The owner informed me i would still be liable to pay the flat tow fee which i was unable to do. I offered to still do the title and pay the fee next week so he could stop charging storage fees, he declined. The owner informed me that inability to pay would result in fines and fees from the city of aurora and that it would be better to pay his fees and be done with it. I went to the police station immediately after this encounter and they assured me that this is untrue, that aurora now has NOTHING to do with my car (as my colission was not a criminal offense) and that the city/police would do nothing to prosecute me for "vehicle abandonment". Furthermore, if i am not able to pay and he is unwilling to accept the title, all he can do is apply/pay for a junk title and the process on his end takes more time. This is what i will be doing. Just because you are in a position of power over people doesnt give you the right to be unreasonable.Vehicles towed to this lot are not locked behind any kind of fence either, which would make me worry about the safety of my car.Lastly, the tow driver was very courteous and skillful.

I had a crash recently and Auto paint techniques was the towing company. The tow truck driver came and decided to drive the vehicle on to his tow truck without checking whether it could be driveable.After it got towed back to the body shop, the passenger side wheel was bent and the body shop was surprised that the tow truck driver did not chain in and tow it and just drove it.They really need to make sure that the vehicle is driveable before deciding to drive it on to the tow truck to save time!
