I'm seeing everyone say they were charged $2 to get in but when I went, they guy charged me and my buddy $12 cash each and the prices for parts there were horrendous. If you're pulling real things, go to Joliet. Free entry, better prices, better service, and very organized. I wouldn't recommend this junkyard to anybody.

I liked this place but not the 2$ fee per person but it's bss . They have their cars very well organized many cars ranging from 2000's and up very little 90's . I also liked that they have little wagons where you can put your tool/parts so you don't got to carry all of that stuff around. Also there is some decent spacing in the cars and there lifted which makes it easier to pull something out

This is my first time here. Very nice and clean yard. The guy I spoke with at the counter was nice and helpful. I didn't find what I was looking for, but I found something that I wasn't. It's a 45-minute drive for me, but I would go back.

Terrible attitudes. They don t have a clue what the inventory is and prices are very high. I found other used car/junk yards for cheaper and they pull the parts for you. Very disappointing. 125 dollars for a door that I have to go and pull. Yet you re paying 350 for the whole car .

This is the place with the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life.despotic workers give you one price and when you bring the parts they give you another price. I do not recommend it at all.

Love walking their yard, you can find just about anything at great prices and save a lot of money.

I've visited 4 times, they are consistently helpful and friendly when I have questions or need advice. I incorrectly purchased an item and they were nice enough to allow me to swap it out for the correct item. I'm from Boston, MA so maybe it's that midwestern hospitality but either way I like this specific yard.I'm actually heading back there today, they have a number of donor cars specific to my needs.

Did they charge people $2 more for credit card charge? I didn t have cash. 1 person $2 plus a credit card fee of $2 more! Feels like I got ripped off another $2. Later that day I went to another yard and the fee was $2 WITH a credit card. Not much for the inventory. Not a lot of foreign cars. The section is very small.

Can't beat the prices here, $40 for bumpers, free plastic parts, and only $2 to get in.

They are pretty well organized and the place is very clean. They ask for 2 dollars just to enter. After checking out several cars that were like mine I finally got out the part I needed. They then asked me almost the same price I paid for a new part online. I didn't even know if that part worked or not. I do not think I will be going back to this junkyard.

Charge a 2 dollar fee to get in and they have no idea what they have. They are over priced. Tried to charge me 35 dollars for a stock 06 stereo that victory auto sells for 11 bucks.

The place charged $2 dollars to enter and explore. They charged me an additional $12 dollars for the part I needed. It was okay because a new part would be around $35 dollars and I would have to wait to be delivered and everything. The place has all the kinds of cars and parts, just make sure to bring your own tools for parts removal, and also ask the price before start to pick up parts( I believe they will charger more if you don't ask before).

Paid $2 to waste my time finding a driver's side mirror, just the glass part, to be given the price of $14 on top of the 2 i paid to get in. I just walked out. Piece can be purchased new on Amazon for $13.49 unheated

I had never experienced a salvage yard like this before, but found it to be a good experience after I figured out the process. Basically you pay $2 to gain access to the yard. You can go find the years/models you are interested in and then remove parts you want with your own tools. You take all your parts in and check out. Some major parts prices are posted. You can bargain with them when purchasing many parts at one time. I was able to find a truck one year different from mine and salvage many extra parts from it. I saved hundreds of dollars compared to shopping for used and reproduction parts online.

I don't get why this place isn't reviewed better. It's a lot of cars, you go there, get what you need, pay the cashier and leave. What could go wrong with that? Further more they always have a good variety of vehicles, the staff is friendly, they have some of the best prices around, they offer warranties, and one time when I couldn't get something off they oxy cut it for me while I waited.

They allow you to enter for a $2 fee and the prices are very reasonable. I find that they have a good variety of auto parts for you to choose from. I day check them out and try

The place is very similar to other you pull its. The difference is the customer service. The customer service at this Aurora Auto Parts is terrible. As the other reviews said the people are not interested in helping you. They also do not have an inventory, which in my opinion is ridiculous and the fault is management. They should have a method of keeping track of which vehicles come in and out. If they started keeping an inventory i would give them a better review but the customer service sucks.

Really aint much here. Yoy gotta pay a fee to get in and they make up prices just like any just yard but they do it customer by customer. You are much better off going to Joliet u pull it. Much better selection and much better prices. Plus thdy have a bunch of 90s chevy trucks

Its a junk yard!!!! You don't go there for conversations. Although the conversation i had with the dude was pleasant. Had plenty of vans i needed to pick thru. Found the exact part i needed and got it cheap! Works perfect and if it didn't i had 30 days to go get another! I will be coming back!

Don t have a inventoryless of what vehicles are in their yard that you have to show up just find out if there s anything there why everyone else has his ability to see that so you know if your car is there or not

Great prices, fun to walk around and look at all the cars. Cars are relatively well organized, SUVs in one area, imports in another, gm, Ford, Chrysler cars each have a section which makes it easier to determine if they have the vehicle part you are looking for. Open 7 days a week

They charge you to go into the lot. Cost me $4.00 to see if there was a tire for my car. I asked them if they had any and was told we do not keep track of the inventory out there. Well we paid and as soon as we got in we noticed that all the cars have the tires off. Screwed me out of $4.00 and there was little amount of cars there. The City auto junk yard was much nicer and they also charge to look in the lot but at least they have cars.

$2 fee is a VERY bad idea. I'm sure they're losing A LOT of customers simply because of this bogus fee, just to look and see if they even have the part you're looking for.Selection is POOR.Their cars sit there for months and months, so turn around for new inventory is LOW. Yard is NOT well kept, and it's DANGEROUS...there are parts thrown in the aisles that sit there for weeks until a row is changed over...nobody cleans up the rows in between change-overs. In my 50 years, I've been to many junk yards, and this one is at the bottom of my Must-look list of junkyards.

Horrible experience. Asked before paying $4 to enter whether or not they had a 4runner. "Yeah we have them in the middle." Walked around for over 30 min and surprise no 4runner no return on entrance fee. He just walked away from me. Is $4 worth loosing a customer.
