Im giving 1 star last night i went there to get my oil changed 01/03/2024 around 4:45pm i was really happy with fast service and left shop. Now im pissed. they broke my filter box s lock 2 of them its leaking air now. Now i have get this thing replaced. they offered me get air filter replaced since i know how i figured buy from auto store replace for myself. After i got my oil changed i straight went to autozone buy couple filter tried change mine today. It was filter cover box lock was broken and its leaking air. It s actually really basic lock every shop guy suppose to know it.Im uploading everything here. I gues they mad and broke my staff since i decided change my filter on my own

I have been going to Aurora Oil & Lube for a few years now. They always go above and beyond and their customer service is excellent. The facility is clean and I am always in and out in no time at all!! Highly recommended!!

Bad service and excuses not to take a customer. I called in spoke with the manager and he said to come before 5:40 I told him I was 5 mins away. I get there and they make excuses not to service my car. Be honest upfront and not make people waste their time.

This by far one of the best car service I've had,they were efficient fast friendly and very respectful workers. Thanks to BOB the manager he made sure everything was taking Care and also told me things about my car that I didn't even know. I highly recommend this location

I love this place! Been coming here for 10 years! Love all the guys that work here! They are amazing and never felt like they were trying to sell me something I didn't need. They understand the love one can have for their car! Will keep bringing Stella (my car) here for her oil changes!

I will never go to another place to get my oil changed. This is the only place I trust to get any problem diagnosed and to get to get my vehicle looked at. I have been coming here for a while now and have full confidence in the team here. Fair prices, great employees who remember you and are experts in their craft. Every time I m here, they go above and beyond in providing exceptional service. Thank you for all that you do!

I used this business for the first time last week. They were efficient and knowledgeable. I was told about 2 things on my car to keep my eye on but that did not need immediate service. I also asked about a light that i thought was out, my tech took a look, adjusted it, and it went back to working just fine. I felt like they were honest and I will definitely be recommending them and going back .Service: Oil change

My husband and I have been coming here for years and we have such a pleasant experience every time. Everyone that works here is unbelievably kind, and you can really sense the honesty within them. We feel our car is truly cared for when we come in.We are very grateful to have found this place!They also add on coupons without even asking so that is just awesome!Thank you so much to everyone that works here! You are all great!

Over the years this Aurora, IL location has given our car great care. Although my issue is related to the lack of transparency. Upon payment the attendant was asked (by me) why he was reading my credit card number (a loud) over the phone? The attendant stated the card reader wasn't working. However, I'm not satisfied with not being told in advance. The climate today is filled with fraud and one hack after another. My credit card is being read by him (J), to another person, not over a secure line either. The attendant (J) appeared annoyed by me asking. I know security issues are a constant threat. My question is why wasn't I asked before (J) called in my digits? It was a breach of privacy! No doubt as a corporation they guard their security. I tried to seek clarity on line and found none! I left my concerns in "Contact Us", I'm still waiting for a reply!

Took my van in for an oil change and the recite told me they checked my coolant and other oils all at acceptable levels but when my cars coolant was bone dry. Do not take your car to this establishment.

Ok but overfilled my engine oil. EDIT: Forgot to mention that I also had the radiator flushed here on my Mitsubishi Montero and they overfilled that too. The line burst and the car stopped because it overheated. After towing and repair elsewhere, bringing the car back to them and I was told the thermostat failed and that they weren't responsible . Almost each time you go there, the staff has changed. If you use this place, be cautious because the staff does not appear to be professional or certified.

I would never bring my car here again. They do not check steering fluid as their website claims and I have mechanics that can prove it. I had to quit driving my car because of the steering problems and I just brought my car here shortly before I had to stop using it. It sat for 2 years before a mechanic finally looked at the steering and said there was almost no power steering fluid in there which he said shouldn t have been affected by sitting all that time. If they do check that every time I should get a refund for all the faulty oil changes it got over the years.

The manager was friendly, honest, and helpful. They got the job done quickly and even applied a coupon for me when I paid. I had the option of waiting in a waiting room, outdoors on a patio, or in my car. I will definitely be back. They did a great job.

My Hyundai burns oil like you wouldn t believe and the young man I dealt with set my oil change to 1500 miles so I am reminded to go in and get it checked. He knew a lot about my vehicle (Hyundai Tucson)and my concerns with it and this just helped give me piece of mind so I don t run into a problem with running real low and finding out the hard way. Thank you sooo much!! I definitely recommend this place and will be back!Service: Oil change

Just went here for the first time. Excellent service. Dealt with Dave, the Assistant Manager. He was very friendly and excellent customer service.The give you a choice of what oil change you want. They check and top off your fluids. He noticed that there could be a problem with my radiator, so we're going to keep an eye on that.He suggested the battery be replaced. Showed me the charge. Had that done and the air filter replaced.I did ask for the wiper blades to be replaced and that wasn't done and I even forgot to ask about it.I'd go here again.

Let me start by saying that I come here for my regular oil changes since I bought my car last year, however the customer service I received today was horrendous!!! And out of line! So they sell there service by saying you can stop by anytime in between oil changes and get air, head lights and windshield wipers checked/replaced anytime. So today I noticed my tire was low and on the dash my pressure light was on. On top of it all I have a car full of kids for my sons birthday so I stopped by to just get air in the tire, and today they had two cars in the bay and one in front of me. So after a 15min wait I asked one of the guys could I just get some air in my tire and he was about to do it until the manager said something and then he told me I would have to continue to wait. So my kids in the car were getting anxious. So I pulled around got the managers attention and asked him if I could just get some air in my one tire, and before I could finish telling him anything he tells me very rudely What am I suppose to do just let you cut in front of everyone else? Really what happened to men helping women out? or above and beyond customer service? So I flipped him the bird and pulled off!!!! I m sick of it!!! I m an ER nurse and this pandemic has definitely been a challenge for me and I don t get to treat people like this I may be the same person that may have to save his life or need to be the nurse to bring him straight to the back to be seen without explanation to a crowded waiting room as to why he s cutting in line (happens to me on a regular) He had no compassion for me as I m expected to have daily even when I don t feel like it! Look you can spend your money here the do a good job but after today they ve lost me as a customer, and as a woman I m floored at his service, attitude, and mouth.Service: Oil change

I recommend this place to everyone I know who is looking for a regular place for oil changes. My mechanic requires an appointment so I had to find some place else. I've been coming here for years. The staff changes frequently but everyone here is courteous and helpful. They upsell but aren't pushy. They are fast but thorough. I like that I can stop in and top off fluids. On my most recent visit they didn't open promptly; the guys were waiting for someone with keys to arrive. Normally that would bother me, but we have good history so it wasn't a big deal this once.

Dealt with the manager on duty, Jon. He was awesome. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. He was extremely educated on cars and did a really good job. I just moved here and with the service I've gotten today, I will be definitely be back!

Great service. Indoor and outdoor waiting areas. Everyone there is super friendly and they never recommend unnecessary fixes. Fair prices, excellent service, fast and local. 5 years running with them and 4 cars. Couldn't be happier. Thanks!

I had a coupon for $9.00 off and was charged extra for a half quart of oil that was concerning because I have taken my vehicle to Jiffy lube and Firestone and was not charged extra for a half quart of oil and was never told that my vehicle needed a half quart more. I was charges $6.99 I will never take my SUV there again. Lastly I was not aware of the charge until it was time for me to pay.

I took my car here to try out a locally owned business and because a review said they had reasonable prices. The service was ok, but the prices were really high. The basic oil change was $40, and full synthetic oil would have been $70, and for that price the only other fluid they put in is wiper fluid. I would not go back again.

This place is awesome not sure who the manager was but he pulled through and was knowledgeable about my 97 4Runner I will never step foot in another jiffy lube in my life go here if you are looking for quality and 100% comfort. Stopped in for a basic oil change. I was in and out in under 20 minutes. There is a heated waiting area with a TV, an activity table for kids, complimentary coffee. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. If we hadn't moved further away, this would be my go to place.

Went there 1 whole hour before closing after calling hours before to make sure it was OK for me to come when I get there 1 employee emerges from the under car bay after 10 mins of waiting they tell me they have a special project to do and they are closed

I have come to this location to service both my car and my wife's car for over 4 years! I have yet to be disappointed . I truly appreciate John's overall dedication to making sure my car is in top notch shape. He has always encouraged me come back for free oil and washer top offs and never complains at all despite how busy they are here at times. I have happily waited 20 minutes before to have my oil changed because I know good things come to those who wait. I highly recommend giving John and his team a try here at Aurora oil . When you come here make sure to take a moment to realize the small things these guys do to make sure your car is up to par with working lights signals and filters. If you think this review is fake call me and we can meet up and talk about how great this place is. By the way there is a foot massager in the waiting room. "Mic drop"
