My car needed alignment done so i took it here...oh boy was i wrong!four months after the alignment done, they sent me an oil change coupon. i asked them to check the alignment again as it was still pulling me one-waytwo hours later, when i pick up my car they told me i needed a set of new tries in order to do a proper alignment.i told them why, it wasnt done right? the agent told me your tires were bad! i said no, there were fine before the alignment i saw them and confirmed with the tires shop! NEW! are you telling me now i needed new front ties? he told me yes, i questioned, so it wasnt done properly four months ago? he said well there could be other issue with your car, is an old car you know!i asked like what? he told me he dont really know until i had them to check the car in which will cost me more money!!and why would i do that?!?!cannot believe, AAA, their tech/agent did not apologize, did not take a single ounce of responsibility!in the end, i went in to do a $14.95 oil change, i came out paid the oil change + need to get two new tires from somewhere and probably need to do alignment in another shop! (they did try to charge me more for oil change because even when i dropped off my car i showed the agent my coupon but he fail to apply it!)

I've only been to this place a few times since moving here in 2018.It's always been clean, and well organized. Service personal is normally pretty friendly.They have a nice car service for car repairs and shuttle if you need a ride after dropping car off for service.I'm normally here for maps when I travel.The only reason I have decided to give 4 stars is the fact that every time I have come to this AAA location, there is one person who is always looking at their cell phone, and it happens after each person she helps.I was waiting to pick up maps, and the other counter person was helping a family do passports, as soon as this gal was done with her customer she should of asked me to come forward and helped out, but she went right to looking at her phone and the poor other guy quickly got my maps while waiting for passport photos to print. I thanked him greatly.Normally I would not ding a place for something so minor as being on a cell phone, but I have noticed this person every time I have been here, while customers stood around waiting for help. If I notice it, I'm sure other customers are noticing it.

Beyond upset and disappointed with this company and the car care plus location. I had an oil change about a week ago and then I never received my after summary report so I had to call and then they were able to send it over but when I seen I had an urgent emergency of transmission leak. I immediately called back! I m really furious how the guy didn t even mention anything was seriously wrong before I even checked out . What happened to telling people the serious emergency?? Not only that the roadside assistance is HORRIBLE this company use to be very good but now they are bottom of the barrel. Also Ed is a moron on the phone doesn t know how to properly speak to customers and acts challenged. Where s Marty he actually knows what he s talking about. Won t be trusting them with any service for my vehicles anymore.

We went through AAA travel and Nancy was great in putting our 30th anniversary trip together. Hubby and I chose to go to Hawaii. We had a great time. Saw nothing but beauty from Waikiki to Kaua'i. The people there were very hospitable. 2 days after returning home there was devastating news. Praying for everyone there. We will always remember the beauty.

My car had bad oxygen sensor. They would not fix it because I had some secondary error codes about ECM/PCM being bad. Everyone else is willing to fix my toyota camry 2009. I don't recommend this place to anyone!Also, they are very slow at diagnostics. I took my car in the morning on Saturday at 11AM. I was willing to wait for the whole day for just diagnostic. But, they told me I would need to drop my car off and collect it on Tueday only. How is it fair for taking so long just for a diagnostic!!!

I have been to these fine gentlemen many times over the years as I have an older car. They have always dealt with me fairly and I feel good about the repairs they have made. As a woman it's hard to trust a mechanic because I'm not familiar with engines. But I will continue to go to this shop for the best care I have found. I have also had my son bring his car here and they have done a great job for him as well. Thanks guys!

Very good service. Marty S. the service manager is extremely helpful and well informed. He always explains and gives a detailed quote which makes it easier to decide about the repairs. Quality of work is great. All technicians are highly skilled.

My daughter's minivan was towed there. They called me promptly regarding a complete brake job estimate, but it way too expensive for us. So, eventually we had to have the van towed to our go-to auto service late last night. The brake job was completed about 2 hours ago: total price was $300 cheaper.

Great customer service! Quality outcome. Their road service replaced a battery in less than an hour. Also recently scheduled an appointment at their garage - service fixed my tires - very fast and cost effective. Friendly and helpful office staff too. Thanks!

Scheduled a winter maintenance appointment for my car. Everything was on time and they are very good about explaining what they needed to do or didn t have to do. They have a clean, comfortable waiting room. Had a problem with my break lights today and went to AAA without out an appointment and they checked all the lights in a timely manner and put in new bulbs. Everyone friendly and courteous. Highly recommend them and feel confident in taking my car there.

I had my car break down on my way to work last weekend, and after calling for roadside assistance, Ali was there to tow the car in less than ten minutes. The person on the phone was also very kind and helpful. They also were able to make the repair the next day, and get me back on the road for my shift at work. Marty was very polite, reassuring and informative over the phone and in person. I was very pleased with the service and aid all around, and grateful for the rescue on one of the coldest days of the year. Thank you again to everyone for making such an unforeseen situation survivable.

I was from out-of-town & needed my car serviced in a timely manner. I was greeted with a friendly smile from Alberto who took the time to explain what he would be doing with my car. He went the extra mile to ensure I got a good deal on the parts that I needed & my car was completed the following day. I highly recommend this place for their excellent work & customer service.

AAA is a life saver! This location has great customer service, I was squeezed in without having to beg, my car was fixed and is back running in great condition. They always make me feel welcomed and are very knowledgeable. I been with AAA for 9 years and will continue to be. This is a holiday week and didn't think any mechanic would be able to assist me, AAA always make miracles happen!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Oil change

This AAA branch warrants a review. Every time I enter their establishment, I'm greeted warmly by the receptionist and nearby insurance agents within seconds of stepping inside. It has a bright, airy, pristine and well maintained area to wait in while your car is being serviced. The clerks behind the service counter are nothing less than profession and seem to deliver their customer service with a sense of ownership and pride. The way the details of the work done on my car, and their recommendations for other services my car will need, is exemplary.The AAACar Care plus at this location is one I feel assured that I can trust. Keep up the work!

Edwin, as well as this location, was such an amazing place to work with! Many different places kept telling me that different things needed to be fixed but Edwin was very straight forward, honest, and explained clearly what needed to be done. I felt like I could trust this place with all of my car problems and is my new go-to repair and maintenance shop! Thank you Edwin and your group for your kindness and advice!

I made an appointment with Alberto to get an alignment done on my 2015 Honda Civic Si. I must say that I am VERY pleased with the service done. Alberto demonstrated to me my spec sheet before the alignment was done and explained to me what was causing my steering wheel to be pulling to one side. They were able to fix my issue and even went above and beyond to check underneath my vehicle and ensure that all was in great condition. I left feeling like I was taken care of and pleased. Alberto definitely got the job done right I must also add in that their mens washroom was IMMACULATE and smelled amazing, Whatever that smell is, I would like that in my vehicle.

Went to this place to replace battery for my car. Compared to other places, this turned out to be the cheapest option for good quality battery due to AAA membership. Service was prompt and good. Mechanics were knowledgeable about battery they are replacing with. My overall experience was nice and I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who want to replace their car battery :) I do not know about other services like Oil change, wheel alignment and cannot comment on same.

Service advisor: Edwin was very informative with all the needs on my car. He knew I couldnt afford it all at once so he explained and helped prioritize the most important things that should be done first. Any coupon available he tried helping me save some money. And he also made sure I had an appointment so that I was able to get in and out and avoid waiting long periods of time.

I have been going here for a couple of years now and they have been very professional, quick, honest and very competitive in pricing. They have gone out of their way to ensure I did not pay for things that were not necessary.There is a poor review on here that states they did not perform a tire rotation with an oil change. They were upset because they paid for it, but for as long as I have been going to them, the tire rotation is free with the oil change. So while I can see being upset if the rotation was not done, they do not charge for it.

Good place to go for information on your benefits from being a AAA member. Knowledgeable staff for the insurance and travel sides. The service center here is ok. They get the job done but took longer than it should have. It was about an hour and 15 minutes to have my oil changed, get my tires rotated and get my engine air filter replaced. It would have been faster to do it at home.

My Honda S2000 needed an alignment badly so I gave this location a call. Alberto was able to get me in the next day at 11AM for an alignment. My car has aftermarket suspension and requires more aggressive alignment specs than OEM. The tech Miguel was able to get me dialed in all within an hours work. I highly recommend this place for an alignment. They use Hunter equipment to set alignment here.

Paid for a oil change with tire rotation. Noticed when I got home the tires were not rotated, even though on my receipt it states that they were (LIE). I called them and they told me the technician forgot to rotate them. Well I'll "forget" AAA the next time I look for an oil change.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Professional, polite, and very clean Facility. Service advisor Edwin scheduled me for an Alignment very quickly. Joe T was my technician on my Alignment and I have never been more Pleased with work received on my vehicle. This is my new repair shop. Thanks AAA Fox Valley Car Care!

I have had nothing but the best service here! They provide excellent Customer Care service, are prompt and do what they promise. Marty has given me honest feedback on my vehicles, has been very helpful about what I will need for the future and hoping to take my car another 100,000 miles. AAA all the way!

I took my car from Naperville to Denver and back for a vacation. Needless to say with all those rocky roads, my car was pulling right. I called to see if I could make an appointment and Alberto was able to squeeze me in. He was incredibly friendly through the entire situation. Alberto was generous enough to take some time to explain to me how an alignment works from a technical standpoint which I thought was amazing customer service. Rather than just pulling wool over my eyes and saying I needed XYZ like other people/places have done in the past, he was honest and made sure I was well informed every step of the way. The entire service was insanely fast as well. I would 100% recommend Alberto to handle all your service needs cause I know hes the only guy I'm trusting now. Hes earned it.

Always very friendly and willing to help. Got an oil change. Good prices. They beet most places. Good experience always. Have had other repairs done there. The price it what they tell you and have it ready when they say.
