It was the worst of places. Having a break chamber changes took 4 hours and 17 minutes to complete.These people I saw more going to the restroom, and coming into the office than actually doing any work.Foe the cost if repairs was overcharged which should have been an hour at most.Don't go there unless you have plenty of time to spare.

We called ahead to reserve a time, we checked in 30 minutes later, they had us in the shop within 2 hours when they said it'd be a 4 hour wait. Additionally, they found an airbag leak and was able to find a part & replace it within 2 more hours. Great service, great price, and still on the road by morning. Would stop there again. Their mechanics are awesome! #ValkyrieQueenLogistics

Never use Loves/Speedco for repairs, everyone is paid hourly not commission, meaning there isn t any incentive for people to learn new things to better themselves. So you have a bunch of newbies that aren t very capable. Only use if it s an emergency, extremely disappointed in service. Not to mention the very long wait times.

Worst service providers ever.I went in on Friday evening around 7:30pm for a reefer oil change and the guy said it s a 2 hour wait and they kept me waiting for almost 5 hours and then they said they can t do it today it can only be done in the morning at 7am. When I asked why they kept me waiting and why they didn t told me earlier when I visited 3 times to check in for the wait timings the guy lied to face and said i gave them the wrong number they tried but they couldn t reach me and when i asked them to show me the check in paper where they wrote my number or they had my company s contact why didn t they call them they just said we don t know where it is now .Never trust them they may keep you waiting whole night and not do what needed to be done on your equipment.Service: Oil change

Replace blown drive tire. Limped the truck to shop. Good price on drive tire in and out less than 1 hour. The only reason didn't give them 5 stars because I told shop manager I was taking old tire with me 3 times after job was done gave my credit card then they printed the receipt charged me for tire disposal. Well took old tire out of rack left it there.

i came to the place 1:30 mins before they close. But the guy at front desk told me that they are not able to make it happen even though there is nobody in the waiting list. They are just so lazy

Showed up Easter morning with a bad tire that needed to be fixed and Nick got me in a bay and fixed it. in one hour I was rolling. Thanks a lot

Waited in line to get an oil change for roughly two hours to get pulled in and wait in the lobby another two hours to find out they couldn't do an oil change. I had asked the guy that I checked in with to make sure they had everything they needed. What a joke.
