Great place with great gear and great service, if they don't have it in stock they will get it fast within A-day or 2 they even let me take stuff home for my kids to try on since they were busy with school and sports.

Terrible customer service. I was sent the wrong helmet and then received a attitude from them. I was told he would send me a prepaid return label. that I would have to go out of my way to send back the helmet that they shipped incorrectly. Then when I told them I wish they had just sent the correct helmet in the first place as I have an event I bought the helmet for. He got more of an attitude and told me I need to go through Amazon and hung up.

Very pleased with the customer service. I had to rush order a part, and Alex, who took my phone order, was helpful and knowledgeable. Here s the part that impressed me: I called Alex the morning after placing the order to check on it because I hadn t received the confirmation email. He sent me the email but also said I know you are on a time crunch for this order, so I ve already checked that it made the delivery truck last night and it will be to you today. He d already checked on it before I called because he knew we needed it before we left for vacation. Great customer service, Alex, you saved vacation! (Ordered the part around 2pm one day and had it by 6pm the next day).

AVOID THIS BUSINESS! They make you pay return freight bill AND a 20% restock fee. What a RIP off! Guess they really pay well my restock fee was 26. And some change. They can do business as they wish. But I will be bad mouthing them every chance I get. These are the facts. Eric from Lombard IL

MxGear is terrible, BUYER BEWARE!!! Awful customer service and even worse communication. Their return policy is a joke. There are so many better companies to do business with so steer clear of MX Gear!

After calling the company, the customer service was great. I needed quite a few items and they had it all in stock. Shipped out that day and arrived a day later. I'll be contacting them for all my motorcycle needs.
