Our Limo delivered an easy experience from start to finish - from booking to the actual car service. We use them for airport to/from transport. Great communication, their vehicles were top notch luxury, and the service was excellent! I definitely recommend Our Limo!

We used Our Limo for airport transportation to O hare and they exceeded my expectations. They were polite, prompt, and kept in contact with us from drop off to pick up when we came back. Will definitely use them again.

While everyone I've driven with has been very nice and set up is easy. I needed to cancel my ride and was unable to get a full refund. I canceled a week in advance of the trip. I ended up having to pay $70. I was told it's a "fee from using a credit card." It will deter me from booking with them in the future. I thought others should know. You will not get a full refund if you need to cancel.

I have used My Limo several times for airport rides and they always exceed my expectations. My last flight was cancelled and rescheduled several times coming back into O Hare and Mike worked with me to get us home from the airport. I can t say enough good things about the staff and the company. I wish I could give them more than 5 .

Using Our Limo made our recent trip to and from O'Hare less stressful. We didn't have to worry about parking, or about being jet-lagged and too tired to drive after our flight home. We hope to use them again in the future. The only hiccup we ran into was waiting at the airport for an hour for the driver to arrive.

Whitney was very easy to work with. I Scheduled car service for my daughter and son-in-law following their wedding reception in September. Our limo was prompt and very professional for our late night transport to the O Hare area. I Do recommend calling because I had no follow-up from filling out the online request form, but overall a good experience!

Our experience with Our Limo was wonderful. We had a large group so we required two vehicles which Mike assured me would be no problem when booking. The drivers all text me before pick up both for departure and before arriving back at the airport. Our drivers, Gregory and Will, were very courteous and loaded all luggage for us for both trips. When we arrived back at the airport, Gregory was patient as we dealt with a lost bag issue and called me to help me figure out how to direct him to where we were. Both vehicles were clean and supplied water bottles. When we first got in, Will showed me how to hook my phone up to the stereo so we could play our own music without me even asking. The payment process was very simple online. I will gladly recommend Our Limo to all of our friends and use them for any time we are heading to the airport.

Update: again we used our limo with our family of 6 going to o hare. We needed a limo and a luggage car. Tim and rick were great and on time. Got us to the airport perfectly timed and safe. Another great trip thanks to them and can t wait to book again.***********We used Our Limo roundtrip to O hare and they were great! On time for pick up and drop off. Easy to find at the airport and stayed in communication the entire time. Very clean limo! Will be using them for all of our future limo needs.

I was very satisfied with Our Limo. Kendall was great to work with. Greg was great also...he was very accommodating and understanding regarding our flight scheduleOur flight out was changed at a late notice and he accommodated us. Then our return flight was delayed and then late. Each time I reached out with a question or anything I got an immediate response. I have already recommended Our Limo to a friend.Thank you!

We had the best experience with Our Limo! They arrived right on time (I d say even a little early) and got us to the airport on time. We had 4 adults and a child, so we had a lot of luggage and a stroller. They made sure there was enough space for all of our luggage. The pricing was very reasonable as well. I would recommend Our Limo to anyone and will definitely be using them in the future!

As always, everything was perfect. Kendall was fantastic in setting up the details. Gregory was great. He was on time picking us up. In fact he was a little early which was great. He had said he would make a stop along the way for us, although we canceled that ourselves. We had to take two car seats with us, so we wrote our names on them, and when he returned to pick us up at the airport, they were already in the car waiting for us. Gregory stayed in touch when we landed and was at the door in no time. Got us all home safe and sound. We have used Our Limo before and will definitely use them again. I highly recommend them.

We ve used Our Limo numerous times for transportation both to/from Chicago airportsand all of our experiences have been flawless. We ve had both Mike and Whitney (Owners) as our drivers and they are always on-time with a smile on their face. I would unconditionally recommend Our Limo for any of your transportation needs!!!

We were more than pleased with the service provided by Our Limo. Our driver, Gregory, was fantastic. He was skilled both in driving and in making us feel safe and comfortable. He had our drop-offs and pick-ups planned in advance and everything went perfectly.

We had a great experience with Our Limo! Our limo driver and trail car driver were both on time and very courteous. Despite heavy traffic near O'Hare, our driver continued to look for the fastest route. We were comfortable in our limo, and our kids really enjoyed the ride. Our drivers were also on time upon our return flight, and it was so nice to relax rather than drive ourselves home after a nine-hour flight. My husband and I highly recommend Our Limo!!

Our driver Rick was aware of the delay of our flight, communicated well with us and was right on time picking us up. Both drivers were very polite and punctual. They both made our trip so much easier getting us to the airport and back! Highly rated and will use again!

Another great round trip to/from Midway! Communication is great as of booking day and when it s pick up time! Mike arrived early and got us to our destination safely. This was our 3rd (?) time booking with Our Limo and will definitely be calling on them again next time.

Excellent Service. Our train was 7 hours late..Our Limo kept in contact with us through out delay..could not have been more accommodating.. Will definitely use again! Rick our driver was terrific especially during the delay..

Our Limo to the rescue! We initially booked with an un reliable company apparently because they canceled our original party bus for airport pick up and drop off- lying to me that it was previously booked and they had not checked that- on BOTH my dates (ummmm that s your whole job when booking reservations is to input it based on availability .and I made the reservation 2 months prior to this and they call me the week of our trip, and wanted to put us instead in a limo and luggage car (which they knew was not our 1st choice otherwise we would have went with Our Limo to begin with). They left this on a voicemail and didn t offer any discount for the inconvenience and instead tried stating the new price for the Limo and luggage car like they were doing me a favor bc it would save me money to do it that way. Not the point. I m sure they felt I would just say ok and they d make my money plus what they made from booking out the party bus out from under me. So instead I called Mike at Our Limo to see if they still had their limo and luggage car available for our dates and thank goodness they did- Mike and his wife made special arrangements to make sure we had a ride to and from even with it being Father s Day weekend. Their price was cheaper than the unreliable company s quote plus I felt good to give my business to someone that stated they wouldn t cancel on us or do something shady like the other company did. It s sad that companies do things like that to people. All for the almighty dollar in the end. I m glad Our Limo is local and now closer in the Bradley area so please use them!! Very nice people!

We had a great experience with Our Limo! The day of our departure our driver was about 30 minutes early to allow plenty of time to load our bags and leave the house at our desired time. Great price and great service!

What a GREAT trip! Tim made it a fabulously friendly ride to ORD and got to meet Mike and Whitney for the ride home! Caught an earlier flight and Our Limo took the change in stride! These folks never disappoint...on time, great driving, fun conversation, AND a bottle of water! They hit a "10" on all measures!
