Absolutely mind blowing. Fixed the front end of my Lexus and they went completely above and beyond. The quality of work is just . new car. Maybe better. Dawid was incredible as was Ryan (I think the owner). Amazing shop. Wow.

This was my first time involved in a car accident so sure enough I had no idea how to go about this. When I went to go check out the body shop, i was impressed right away! The service they provide is outstanding and they answers all my questions! I did use Total Collision for the repairs. They did such a phenomenal job! I am so happy with how my car turned out!! No one likes to hassle with a car accident, but they took all the stress away!I also want to recommend my friend Juan, he was in charge of the car. He took care of all the details with the repair and he did such a great job! I cannot thank them enough!

Our family recently had a mishap with our beloved 200 series Land Cruiser. The damage was isolated to the rear of the truck and drivers quarter panel but fairly deep in the body work. This shop is not so much a body repair shop as it is a body replacement shop. They are not slamming out dents and sheet metal and slapping bondo back over the wrinkles to make it look ok. They are actually replacing the metal with factory new and fixing the truck the right way. Given that i know I want to keep this truck for a very long time, getting this done the right way was important to me. The repairs turned out perfect and I wanted to give kudos to Total Collision and PDR in Arlington Heights for doing a perfect job in bringing our truck back to the way it was! If anyone has body shop business that they need done perfect, don't hesitate to bring your truck in! You can see from the pictures that the paint was a 100% perfect match, which is not easy in a Pearl white 3 stage paint! They handled insurance the whole way, aligned up the appraiser, the whole 9! I took my 2000 Chevy Camaro SS to Total Collision & Repair for rust repair. They did a GREAT job that made it look like New. The repair paint was a perfect match and they included undercoating to help prevent rust from reoccurring. The work was finished as promised and the staff was very friendly. I came in for what I thought was an estimate but Rob said he had time to do the PDR work now. I had a dent on the driver door that I saw every single time I went to open it. The crew there is top notch. Fixed both doors and it looks as if it never happened.The price was very fair and the staff is all-around great.I would recommend this place to anyone for PDR (paintless dent repair).A huge thanks to everyone who made my car get back to normal without gouging me!10/10

I got rear ended recently and found total collision to fix the damage. They are Volkswagen certified (I have a jetta) among other vehicle makes. They were top notch wonderful! They helped assure me and made the situation as stress free as it could be. My car looks brand new! Like nothing happened. They even cleaned it for me inside and out! I showed up looking for an estimate for some damage to the clear coat on my car. They looked it over and fixed it on the spot in just a few minuets!This shop is high-end, nice interior and waiting area, and everyone who worked their was friendly and knowledgeable. I will never go to another auto-body shop besides this one again.Also they have a really cool Snap-On fish tank in the waiting area.

I strongly recommend going to Total Collision. My car was in an accident and I picked this shop to do the repairs. They were upfront with me and kept me informed along the way. Ivan, the manager, was very professional and took the time to explain how the whole process works. Nancy and Laura were very courteous and helped answer my questions. The whole staff was friendly. Professionalism at its FINEST! Easy process from beginning to end. I was the victim of a hit and run and took my car here. Felt like all I did was hand the manager Ivan the keys, and he took care of the rest. Got my car back looking brand new! Total Collision is hands down one of the best body shops in the areas. My wife s brand new Honda CRV car had a scrape on the side mirror due to a carless individual with opening their door. I stopped by and the manager, Ivan was super helpful getting the paperwork ready. Ivan did a great job buffing out the scratch as a temporary fix until he could get the car in for small paint work. These guys are fantastic!! I drove in for an estimate (without appointment) for a small dent on my truck fender. I was promptly greeted by Kyle who looked at my truck quoted me a very fair price. Wait for it* I asked when I could have the work done he replied come back in 30 min. I was blown away 1/2 hour later the job was complete and my truck looked like new again. Maybe I just got lucky with the timing but either way the work was done fast and correctly the first time + they put a lifetime warranty on all their work. State Farm recommended so went there. There for three days.Each day I had to call. First day said was waiting on bumper. It was there for flood damage not a bumper. Second day asked where the water leak was. Told again it was flood damage. Said would get back to me. Third day I took car back and going elsewhere. Owner appears to just sit in waiting room talking to friends.

I have taken two cars to Total for painless dent repairs and they have been great. They did a great job of removing the dents and replacing plastic molding/clips. When I noticed some minor scratches, they did a second buff to remove any residual scratches. Their staff is very nice and their services are very reasonably priced.

Something hit the hood of my car, and I had this annoying visible dent! I immediately took my car to total collusion had dealt with them before, and I liked the previous work. Bob, the coolest guy ever, was there and explained the whole process in detail. Reasonably priced and above all reliable work. I came back to the shop to see Ryan to take an advantage of free PDR offer due to previously missed appointment by the shop. Technician professionally fixed not only the dent I came to the shop to have it fixed but 2 more dents Ryan and technician found. All of this was done for free. I spent under an hour in the shop and during that time Ryan explained to me my options for protecting my car's paint (ceramic coating/wrap differences, advantages). This was my first time dealing with Total Collision. From the start, I was extremely impressed with the customer service and genuine concern and efforts to address my repairs and requests. Yanna Shaw was incredible at facilitating everything. When I got there to pick up my car and look at the work, I was impressed! Rob and his team are excellent at what they do, my car looks perfect!!!!!! I can t even tell there was any damage and it drives perfect. Rob was helpful, thorough, and efficient. So happy I chose Total Collision!I had reached out to Total Collision and several other shops to get a quote for damage on my car door due to a car accident I was in. The owner, Ryan, was by far the most insightful and most eager to help! I brought my car the same day and Juan had looked it over. He was extremely kind and made it very evident that this shop put their customers first. Ryan even followed up a few days later to see if there was anything they could do to help. That's when I knew they were the place for me.When my car was in the shop, Yana called throughout the week and kept me up-to-date on everything. I really appreciated that. Once my car was ready, Ryan notified me and sent pictures of the results. It looked brand new! They waxed and polished the exterior and cleaned the interior as well. They did a fantastic job of fixing my car door.From start to finish, Total Collision went above and beyond. I highly recommend this place! Definitely have a customer for life.

Excellent and super professional service!I heard about this place from my friend in Naperville and, although it is not close to where I live, I went there to do brakes replacement and body dent removal, and was very much surprised by the professionalism of technicians at Total. The repair was done very quickly and I was pleasantly surprised by their job on the body dents - I thought that they would still be visible but they are completely gone now. The guys are magicians! And the price was great too!So, if you look to do any body work or any service repairs on your sleek steel stallion - I highly recommend Total and will gladly come back there myself!
