I called to try to schedule an appointment to have a code in my car diagnosed and was treated very rudely by the guy who answered the phone. Not only did he seem annoyed by me asking their hours and what they have open as far as appointments goes. I advised I don t get off work until 3:30 But instead of telling me a good time of the day that I could drop me vehicle all off he proceeded to rudely tell me that I got my car scanned at autozone and diagnoses take time . I know diagnoses takes time and I fully expected to leave my car overnight. The whole interaction with this shop was uncomfortable from start to finish. I hope that they don t treat or speak to anyone else the way they did to me today. You ll never get my business. If you don t want to answer then phone and be friendly to customers hire someone who can provide better customer service than that. On top of the rudeness they blatantly lied to me and said they weren t open weekends. according to google they are indeeed open today, unbelievable.

Thanks to Joe at Scarsdale Auto Repair for helping out a friend from out of town last Monday. His car wouldn't start on Sunday so we towed it to the Scarsdale shop and Joe said he'd find time Monday to see what he could do...by 3:00 my friend was on his way home. He said his car is running better than ever! Fair pricing too!

I have taken our cars to Scarsdale for over 20 years. They have serviced 5 of our cars over that time and have allowed us to keep used cars much longer than ever expected. Ben and his team have been excellent in all repairs and service. Honest with service assessments and at a fair price. Highly recommend these guys to anyone.

Great experience. No hassles. Joe diagnosed a slow leak by finding a nail in inner sidewall of tire. No charge for diagnosis. Had two new tires installed the next day at a very fair price.

I went for an oil change and to check my brakes. The costumer service was misleading and when I went to check out they tried to charge me additional fees. I went to another establishment for my brakes and they were half the cost. In addition, I have family in the neighborhood who have noticed they charge double for most services. Lastly, I found out they didn't put my oil cover back on after they did the oil change, which resulted in all of my oil drained out. I loved the convenient location but will not be servicing my car, nor getting gas from this untruthful and morally questionable establishment.

My vehicle had a misfire in one of the cylinders. Now they could tried to sell me an expensive cylinder head replacement job, however, they investigated every possible cause and were able to find a low cost solution. Always pleased with their service.
