S & J Auto is truly a family owned place - as in they treat you like family as soon as you walk into the door. I was referred there by a client and since then have referred my own friends and clients there. They do an excellent job repairing vehicles - whether it's fixing small dents and scrapes before a lease turn in or a serious repair involving the insurance company - the car looks brand new when completed. They also do complete vehicle detailing and had my car looking like it was in the dealer showroom! The owner Jimmy is a pleasure to work with and really does care for his customers cars as if they were his own. Thanks guys!

Jimmy is amazing. Took my Lexus their for front end damage. They only use Lexus parts and the final job was amazing. My car looked brand new again. Great service and Jimmy is awesome! I would highly recommend them for any body work that you need.

Absolutely dissatisfied with S&J auto shop and Jim and Dennis who run the shop. Jim over promises and under delivers. Shop is completely outdated with technology. Anyway, my car was damaged in the crash, and Jim took the job of fixing my car promising he will do excellent work. He seemed trustworthy so I agreed. After couple of days of my car being in their shop I came in to ask about the estimate they submitted to the insurance company and if items we discussed prior were included in it such as my damaged horn. I spoke to Dennis who got very offensive and told me abruptly that the estimate is B2B and what's in it is not my business. I wanted to move my car to another repair shop after being deceived by the owners. They wanted to charge me $675 in storage fees if I change. So I was forced to keep my car there. Couple days later, I received a call from Jim telling me they will put back the damaged front hood and bumper of my car so I can drive of the lot and return my rental car. He used an excuse that he has 10 cars in front of me and cannot perform the work. I picked up the car. Luckily, my rental company allowed me to keep my rental car for discounted rate as I did not feel safe driving reassembaled, damaged vehicle. Since then I found a professional auto repair shop that is technologically forward with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I am so glad I do not have to deal with Jim and Dennis throughout this stressful process!!!!

It's not flashy like a lot of other body shops but they do amazing work like the snazzy-looking ones do! Note that the office entrance is actually behind the building (take a right on Ridge then a quick right to access the entrance). Jimmy (the owner) has been doing this a lonnnng time and will take good care of you!

I had a detail here but realized a week later how poorly it was done. They left endless swirls in the paint and the car looks way worse than if i had NOT done the detail. They don't use natural light in their shop, it's dark, and they likely have no idea it was done poorly.

I had a great experience with them, someone rear ended me and they took care of my Charger. I got it back in 8 days and the communication was excellent.

Repair was done on time and at the estimated cost. Everything looked good enough that we are now going back with another repair.

Not friendly & didn't explain things appropriately. Also had to wait an unacceptable amount of time to get car fixed
