Always appreciate their consistent, high-quality service, prompt and friendly communication, and their commitment to recommending fixes they would do for their own vehicles (not just to nickel and dime you). Solution oriented and excellent in their trade that s why they re the first ones we call when there s something wrong with our cars.

Worst customer service that will get you out of control and best place to rip you off and lie to you about anything. used this place twice and that's all they are going to see out me of me.. my money will be spent for sure but in other places not here. shame on management..

Took my car on short notice with an issue I had with a previous shop. No questions asked! Very friendly staff and really go above and beyond. They explain the issues in detail and very knowledgeable. They definitely earned my trust! 100 percent recommend and will be going back for any future related issues and services!

Absolutely top-notch service at Real Autohaus! Jimmy has been making sure my cars stay in great shape for many years, and the whole staff there are very professional, including their talented mechanics. I bring my foreign cars as well as classic cars to them and remain highly satisfied!

A little pricey, but what isn t these days? Customer service was amazing. Truck runs like a dream now. Real Autohaus performed basically a mini overhaul to my engine finding more problems the further they went in and did not charge extra for diagnosis and trouble shooting. I feel good about the work that they did and about the three year warranty.

Exceptional service! Friendly staff! Quality service to my vehicle! They have always discussed in depth the service needed to my car and gave me a print out of the recommendations, so there is no question about what was discussed during my visit!

Horrible Experience, Customer Service is absolutely garbage and they want to take money from their customers. I had a coupon for a 'Fall Inspection Free' to get my vehicle inspected, when I went there they said that was only 'Visual Check' and for 'In-Depth' (where they would have to take out the tires, to see inside) check they would charge me $82.50. In the coupon itself it said 'Check Brakes and Tires' along with other checks where it is impossible to do a 'Visual Check' they described.I would never go here again.

Please stay away from this shop they do horrible work and they overpriced I brought 2 of my vehicles and I still need to bring them back so they can fix there mistake they are always talking about there master technician but he is no master only master he is messing up cars. I will definitely not be going back and I will give them zero stars in google review

I brought 3 of our cars in this shop for an oil change and whatever else it needed just a few days ago. The only good thing about this place was they were friendly but I felt ripped off! My mechanic of over 15 yrs retired and I was hoping that this would be my next mechanic. BIG NO!My 2016 MX5 only had 24K miles and they recommended work that was not yet due. I trusted their recommendations and went ahead with the services and checked later. They also said I needed new tires but I'm about to get winter tires so thank goodness I declined this service. On my way home today from Christmas gathering, my tire pressure indicator went off on the expressway, and I had to exit in a strange place. My car was just at the shop, how can 3 of my tires have dangerously low tire pressure??? While filling air into my tires, I also noticed that my car still had a good amount of thread on them. I don't need new tires but they could have put some air in it!2nd car was our 2001 MX5. My husband followed me home after picking it up. The break lights were out. Another thing they didn't check that my old mechanic would have caught.3rd car was 2012 Rav4. I knew this car needed a new O� sensor, and the tire pressure was low as well. I got it back right away and they said they didn't find anything else that the car needed.I'm not going back to this shop again. They are as good as any mechanic for a car that doesn't need any real work. In my opinion this place is friendly but not honest, also not thorough! Go somewhere else.

The team over at Real Autohaus Automotive Arlington Heights is a force and a dream team. From the quality of repair, prompt response, professionalism and integrity! It s pretty difficult in finding a mechanic team like this. This has been the best place I ve had ever taken my car for service , staff are great, very organized, on top of things as in making sure your vehicle is in top notch. Communication with customer was excellent . Always kept me informed with my repair. 100% will recommend this location to anyone.

I took my car in for an oil change Monday morning. I was told it would be ready later that afternoon, but I needed my car back sooner and they were able to accommodate me, which I really appreciated. Also, they honored the promotional price even though I had misplaced the flier. Great service, and I ll definitely be taking my car back!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Real Autohaus is now my go to shop for all my automotive repair needs.I brought my Cadillac in because it was making a strange noise. My service advisor, Mark, listened attentively to my concern, and once my car was diagnosed, he explained the issue in a clear and concise way. He then called my extended warranty company and was able to get all the repairs covered.When I brought my car back in after the parts had arrived, I was expecting for them to work on it for a few days, but the very talented technician, Lance Neighbors, finished my car the same day! When I drove it home it felt brand new.Mark and the service manager, Jimmy, kept me updated the whole time and always answered the phone when I had a question.Getting my car repaired has always been a stressful and aggravating experience, but the team at Real Autohaus made me feel at ease through the whole process.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Steering & suspension replacement, Wheel alignment, Vehicle safety inspection

Conveniently located near my home so easy to get to and from once dropping off the car. Gave me a detailed report of issues they found and they did not pressure me to do work I couldn't have done at the time. Easy to schedule and very efficient. Traveling cross-country and I needed help with an exhaust leak on short notice. They got me in, fixed the problem, and back on the road in about an hour! Very friendly and professional. The repair was done well at a fair price.

I took my 1998 Mercedes SL500 in for a suspension upgrade using my own supplied parts. Eric was extremely nice when speaking on the phone and ver professional when I came in to drop off my car.While checking me in, Justin, the mechanic that serviced my car, came out and greeted me. He grabbed the keys and brought the vehicle into a service bay and put it on a lift. After a few minutes, he called me out to the shop and went over everything that he inspected and covered what his "game plan" was. I asked him some questions about other work I was planning on doing and he was very honest in voicing his opinion about what needed to be done versus a "why bother doing it".I know my way around cars, especially this one. I take it to a pro if the job is too complex for my shadetree mechanic ways. He did not try to feed me unneeded services, he did not try to convince me that additional work needed to be done, he just focused on the bits that were causing the issues (valve cover gaskets and rear differential mounts).All in all, I am extremely pleased with this place. Honest, nice, timely, and trustworthy. They even got me an Uber ride home after I dropped my car off. Thanks Eric and Justin!PS, as far as pricing goes, the rate is $140/hr. While I would not say that is cheap, it is Mercedes service. Unfortunately, with these cars, you have to pay to play. And it's cheaper than the dealership.

On a recommendation, I've had occossion to have Real Autohaus service both of my vehicles. Both times Jimmy and Mark have been courteous, professional and informative every step of the service process. Estimates were thorough with no hidden costs and all work was completed timely.I will definitely be using Real Autohaus for all of my future auto needs.

Jimmy and the group at Real Autohaus met with two of our company vehicles recently. Understanding they are aging yet still needed equipment, Jimmy quickly problem-solved, offered options and repaired both to get us back on track with our business needs when they happen. I ve been there a couple of times to fix up my Mini Cooper, they fixed the fog light and then oil change. The experience was always great! Zero pressure to do any unnecessary extra repairs & etc. they are really honest, and as a deaf person, they do communicate on text & send updates & photos. It make things so much easier. I ll keep bringing my Mini to them & the prices are reasonable and I love that you can bring your own parts. But the waiting room is really small, but there are shops and restaurants within walking distance that you can go to while waiting.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Shout out to Jimmy and the crew. I have used them in the past and will always continue to. I brought my car in. Knowing it needed some maintenance. I brought a vehicle that I was intending on purchasing to them for a inspection. The experience was well worth the time and money. Very detailed routine, they took the time to explain the finding and gave me insight on repair cost and labor. I left their establishment feeling confident in knowing the type of vehicle I was purchasing. I will most definitely recommend there service to anyone.

Service here was great. After getting quoted an insane amount for a sensor shortage at my dealer, I decided to call around for prices. After a few calls to different shops, I spoke with Justin and he was extremely helpful and patient with my questions upfront. I saved myself some time and decide to get my repair done here. Drop off process was quick and easy, and my repair was done same day within a couple hours. Would definitely recommend the autohaus to anyone in need of a repair, especially on a foreign make. I ll be using them again for any further services. Thanks!

Excellent customer service keep you informed about your vehicle all around work at a fair price. They don't try to up sell you or talk you into fixing things that don't need it. I will definitely keep coming back and I highly recommend this shop!
