Got my tire replaced with an alignment. They did a good job and were friendly, the only thing that bothered me was the fact that I also wanted to get my headlights and turn signal replaced, I had the parts I just needed the labor done. I have a Honda Civic that needs the front bumper totally removed in order to replace the lights. Very stupid by Honda I don t know why they manufactured it this way. They first quoted me over $400 for just that labor. The employee then talked to the manager and they said they can do it for $350. I appreciated that but that s simply too much money for something like that. I booked an appointment with my mechanic, saw him the next week. It took him an hour and a half and he did it for $200. I understand it s a big business and their hands are kind of tied when it comes to discounts, it s system generated. Otherwise I had a very good experience here.

Very good place! Went to get an oil change and the employees were extremely helpful. They work very hard and quick got done in 35 mins or less. Brian is the guy to go to, he will speak politely and make sure your needs are taken care of. Definitely going to come again for more maintenance work.

Big thank you to William! I drove my car through a pothole coming off 53 and one of my tires was immediately loosing air, I went to a tire shop across the street from this Midas location only to be told they were booked for the day. I stopped at Midas and William and his team took care of me right away when I walked through the door. Took the time to assess the damage to my tire and gave me options, they did not have the size tire my car needed and requested the spare to be installed for now, usually any other shop will charge you for taking their time to look at your car and for installing a spare but he went above and beyond and did not charge me a single dime. I really appreciate William and team!

Couldn t make this up if I tried. My son s car got brake work done for 766.67. Even though every other Midas in the area takes American Express they wouldn t. Ok fine. I give him my other card to put in his Apple Pay. The assist manager then has him run it five times because it isnt going thorough but it was. Five times actually. So now I have 5 charges on my card. Ok. So then they won t release the car because THEIR system wasn t working. I ve been charged five times, they literally have all my personal info, offered to give them my license. Offered to give them credit cards. Nope won t do any of that. I was told to just wait until tomorrow. I literally had to call the police to get my sons car released after being charged five times for the work. The assistant manager made zero attempt to make the situation right. There were 10-15 things we could have done to get my car and ensure they get paid but instead we just got it s not my fault . Literally had to get the Arlington Heights police to go up there to get my car released. I would think twice before selecting this Midas. Too many others in the area that have competence.

10/10 will recommend this place. Had an emergency and Brian walked me through the exact cause, physically pointed out how it can be fixed and looked for the most cost effective method to get me back on the road. Can t thank him enough for the white glove treatment.

I took my car to the dealer because the cover under my car was hanging few days after snow storm and oil change at the dealer. The dealer told me to expect to pay more than USD 300. I decided to go to Midas at 797 W Algonquin Rd, Arlington Heights, IL 60005 and they fixed the issue immediately without appointment to my full satisfaction. Thanks William Odisho for excellent service.

Terrible experience. Wasted my time and money for the estimate. I had problem with my brake locking up. I replaced all 4 brake rotors,,pads and flexible brake line, yet the wheel was still locking up. So I took my car to them. The manager called me and said the car is perfectly fine, that means that they didn't even drive to confirm my complain. Then they recommend to replace brake pads, brake house and flush brake fluid, which I already did. I told the manager it might be something wrong with ABS. He didn't want to listen, so took my car back. I ended up at the Ford dealership in Arlington Heights and surely enough the ABS was bad

Been going to Midas - Arlington Heights for years! Their top notch care and customer service keeps me coming back! The staff is super knowledgeable and fair. Always have a great experience wether it s engine work, alignments, tires, or simply an oil change. (And I ve had all that work done there)From the Techs to the Management, Midas - Arlington Heights is by far the best in the area! Don t hesitate to stop by!! A++++ Rating from me. Just went in to get a brake light replaced, and Store Manager William got me in immediately to get this done, even though they were extremely busy! To some, doing something quick regardless of being busy may not sound like a big deal, but it kind of is. I had a stroke, but before that I was a manager at an auto shop myself. If you take care of a lot of people with small things, it can push everything else back. On a day with bad weather and a lot of people coming in for wipers and small bulbs, these small things really add up. With how busy they were, they are still prepared to handle everyone with everything, big and small. Before my stroke, this was my job. I ran a bigger shop, and this is a tricky thing to handle. It s tough to impress me, but William did with ease!

Midas in Rolling Meadows, General Manager, William, was so nice just now. I had accidentally driven over a tree branch a few miles away and it was stuck under my car. I could hear it dragging along on the ground but I could not reach it. William was very nice and went under my car in the cold and pulled it right out! Thank you, William!!

Was in town for the weekend and woke up with a flat tire. Called around and everyone was 2+ hours. Stopped by and William told us 30 minutes to 1 hour and had us out in about 15 minutes! Highly recommend!

Went in without an appointment for a leak in my tire this morning. Brian got my car in right away and was able to show me the issue and explain why it couldn't just be patched. He looked at different options for replacement with me and allowed me time to call about my warranty since I had pretty recently purchased my car. After finding out it would be covered by my warranty, he still helped by refilling the tire to get me over to the dealer safely. He was very kind and very honest! Highly recommend.

My tire blew out on the interstate while I was on my way out of state. I was really in a pinch, and the guys at this Midas location hooked me up. They knew I was in a hurry and got me in and out with a new tire in record time! I was greatly appreciative of their service, and I highly recommend this location.

The mechanics and manager at Midas identified a problem with my car that the actual dealership could not properly identify TWICE. I didn't trust the diagnosis/price I got from the dealership since they missed it the first time around and gave me a crazy high quote the second time around, so I brought the paperwork and my car to Midas for a second look. Midas staff talked me through their findings and explained the layers of testing they did to confirm the diagnosis, which was totally different than what the dealership quoted. Sure enough, after Midas did the repairs, the car is now running perfectly again. These guys are honest, trustworthy, friendly, highly communicative, and even had my car fixed the same day. They even waited a few minutes after close for me to get the car so I wouldn't be without it over the holiday weekend. From the service writer to the mechanics to the manager, these guys are TOP NOTCH and I will never take any of my cars anywhere else again. The dealership would have had me $4000 in the hole for a repair the car didn't even need! Meanwhile, the Midas team took the time to figure out the problem and get us on our way for much less.

Wow Wow Wow This shop is amazing. They went above and beyond to get me back on the road.Both front tires had screws and a tire plug all within a week.., called these guys and spoke with William at around 10:30am. My tire size wasn't in stock BUT they had a worker out making a run and were able to get 2 tires delivered. I dropped my my vehicle off at 11, and 90 minutes later it was parked and ready for pickup!Everyone was extremely professional and the shop was clean! I highly suggest this fine establishment P.S Brian also helped on a separate occasion, with equal kindness and willingness to help in any way!Service: Tires

This whole team is amazing. I have been coming to this shop. All of them are knowledgeable, friendly and proactive. As someone who worries about my car, they always put me at ease when I go there for an oil change, new tires or brakes or even things that are more complicated. They even fixed an issue caused when I unfortunately decided to go somewhere else to get my car fixed. I won't make that same mistake twice! Went to Mavis across the street because of competitive price. I learned really quick that the term "you get what you pay for" still festers truth in today's society. I'm a car guy myself so alot of the part replacements I did myself. However, I didn't have the equipment available to do an alignment and it had to be done ASAP. I had alot of positive camber on top of the fact that Mavis attempted and failed to do the alignment before and messed up the steering wheel and tossed me aside. The personnel at Midas let me know that they had a 16mm camber bolt available and if I wanted to take care of it today, they can get it done. I allowed them to do 4 wheel alignment and camber adjustment. I paid double of what Mavis would have charged but I was in good hands with experienced and friendly staff. I'm glad I came back to Midas for repairs I don't have the ability to do myself... and quite honestly, I was reminded why I shouldn't have ever left. Thanks again Midas! I'll be bringing my charger next!

William and his team provided excellent service! They took me in 10 minutes before close of business. I was in fear that my engine was shot because a ton of white smoke was coming out of my tail pipe and I could no longer accelerate my car. They reassured me that it wasnt as serious upon assessment, that I d accidentally overfilled engine with oil and would need to get it flushed. Ultimately had to get the spark plugs replaced. They kept the car over the weekend and by Monday, I was all set. Running like new money!Services: Engine repair, Oil change

My battery died with no warning and could not be switched out at home due because it needed to be accessed on a lift. My husband called and Brian took the car in the same morning after having it towed there. We've been using Midas ever since our favorite auto shop nearby changed owners and brought in their own staff. Business Owners take note; customers will take their business where the staff do amazing work. We couldn't be more grateful. Both our cars are serviced here and we'll keep using this Midas location.
