I recently dispatched one of our drivers to Mavis Tires in Arlington Heights for a routine tire inspection. Regrettably, the experience fell far short of our expectations, primarily due to the unprofessional attitude displayed by Mavis employees.Despite our clear request for a tire inspection, it became apparent that Mavis Tires had neglected to carry out this basic service. This oversight reflects poorly on their attention to detail and adherence to customer requests. As a manager, I prioritize efficiency and reliability in our service providers, qualities that were sorely lacking in this instance.Equally concerning was the dismissive attitude exhibited by the staff at Mavis Tires. Rather than acknowledging their mistake and working to rectify the situation, they seemed indifferent to our concerns. This lack of accountability and customer care is disappointing and does not align with the level of service we expect from our vendors.Moving forward, it's imperative that Mavis Tires address these issues to uphold their reputation as a reputable service provider. This includes implementing measures to ensure that all requested services are fulfilled promptly and accurately. Additionally, there should be a renewed emphasis on cultivating a customer-centric culture, where clients are valued and their concerns are taken seriously.In light of this disappointing experience, I will be exploring alternative options for our tire service needs.Cassidy Tires, renowned for their commitment to customer satisfaction and professionalism so we will be giving them a try.

I came in on a Friday afternoon with an appointment to change one tire. For those who know the basics about car repair, you know changing a single tire doesn t take more than 45 minutes. I waited over two hours for my service to be done. Again, noteworthy to mention that I had an appointment booked in advance.This wait time seemed to be a norm with this business because I witnessed many frustrated customers waiting and leaving. The individuals working at the front had a lot of patience and were kind; however, their customer service from the scheduling/waiting perspective really needs to be looked into.The service was fine and the issue with my vehicle is fixed.

Great service and experience. Got a nail in my tire the night before the Jeep Toys for Tots run. Nick took care of my tire and I'll make the event! Special thanks to the lovely store manager that started the Holiday Season with her generosity. When it's time for show tires, I know where I'm taking my business.

Bob was extremely helpful and thorough. I experienced an issue with the delivery of my tires via Amazon and Bob was patient and assisted me on the issue. I highly recommend this location. Thanks again Bob and your dynamic staff!

10/10 experience if you need your brakes done! I was able to make an appointment for same day online on a Sunday no less (lucky, because they were busy!) but I walked in and Kevin and Kenny were super helpful and got me in and got my brakes all fixed up! My brakes were squeaky and they replaced my rotors, brake pads, brake flush and even patched up a nail in my tire. All that at all a great price! Highly recommend!

Always the nicest service, besides just being close to home. Never even bothered to ask the prices no more, as it s very trustable.Just had a leaking tire, went in, store manager is Melissa. Not much ask, just mentioned the leaking tire. They tried to patch first, said no need to replace, even though they could just replace.You know the surprise? They didn t charge me anything. So I have to write this review.Btw, air pumping is free outside.

Had a minor issue with one of my tires. This team were more than accommodating. The properly diagnosis my issue after I was turned away from another local shop. They fixed the issue and got us back on the road very quickly.

I had to change a donut spare tire to a full size tire. Came in with no appointment. They were able to quickly accommodate me and had the tire that my car needed. Kenny got me in and out in less than 45 mins.Exceptional fast service. Very competitive prices as well.

My mechanic Kevin was awesome, he completely saved my day. He squeeze me in, and personally fixed my problem. He also made sure he did full inspection before giving back to me, just in case everything else was OK. I truly appreciate you. Thank you.

It was great to stop by at this location, i came for my uber vehicle inspection and Kevin was on top it. He made sure that I have convenience and my time is respected. He was also friendly and knowledgeable, I recommend Kevin and this location of Mavis to stop by at anytime and your time and money will be valued. They are lucky to have an employee like Kevin.

My husband just took my car there and they would rather upsell than have any business at all. We just needed a tire patched but was told it could not be done. That was understood but they proceeded to tell my husband that he would need to buy all 4 tires which 3 were replaced a little over a year ago. It s sad the economy has come to this.He ended up taking it to Just Tires and they are currently replacing the ONE tire.

Able to place an appointment online but the place was at capacity. Kevin & Kenny along with the mechanics were straight forward on pricing & wait times. People were getting upset but you want the car to be maintained properly so I appreciate the help!

After I replaced tires, I had a low pressure tire warning sign so went back. They told me to drive for a few hours and it will go off. After 3 hours, I still had the warning sign, so I went back. They told me they had to close the store and told me to return tomorrow, but I told them I had to travel to Los Angeles. They told me to return after the trip. When I returned from LA, I still had the warning sign, so I went to the shop; they simply reset something, and the warning sign was turned off, but it came back on after a few minutes. So I went to another mechanic shop, and it was finally repaired in few minutes.They made me come three times because they couldn't remedy a small issue that they produced.

I am deeply disappointed with the service I received at this shop. Despite being quoted for a 40-minute job, it took a staggering 4 hours to complete. The incompetence and lack of communication displayed by the staff was appalling, if they just told me that this could take 3-4 hrs, I would have made some arrangements, I missed an appointment because of them and to add insult to injury they forgot to do the wheel alignment, for which I came in at this place. This shop's lack professionalism and has no clear communication between mechanics, manager and coustmer. I will never back to this place and advise the same to anyone thinking of going there.

Always coming back to this place. All of those guy s know how to handle clients and on my last visit Kenny helped me a lot with passing inspection for Uber. He really took his time to explain everything what was incorrect with my vehicle. So I can be ready for my work. Thank you one more time.

Bob and crew were very transparent in telling me multiple employees had called off and that a slow leak repair would be a while since there was only mechanic for all of the jobs. It did of course take a while but it's all good. I waited til the end of the day and, understanding of the inconvenience, they opted to not charge me at all for the repair. Really appreciate the help and communication guys, thank you!

Had an appointment first thing in the morning for an emergency tire replacement. It was imperative to be in and out in good time since my wife had to be at work. The gentleman at the desk, Kenny, was friendly and helpful. We even got an opportunity to watch how he handled an irate customer who obviously didn't understand if air escapes your tire while putting air in... it might trigger your TPMS. I.e. the free air pump did not break the car.We were in and out in good time.Will be back for future tire purchases and possibly routine break work as well.

Took my Tesla Model Y and they have the attachments and changed out the rims and tires and the pressure was spot on. Great service from Bob and everyone else and team even told me about lug nut covers. Very helpful and will come back again!!!

I came in with my wife's vehicle that had a screw in the tread and they made the repair. Time went by and the tire appeared to have another issue with it so I brought the car back in to review what may be the issue. After doing a pressure test they did not find any problem so I went back home to only find the problem was still there. After returning again they diagnosed that issue was the original repair so their team made the fix and they did not charge me except for the original visit. This store care about the quality of their product and service they provide. I'd recommend their service for your tire needs.

Keep it short and sweet. Kenny wasn't helpful at all nor did he seem like he cared. Brendan on the other hand was very attentive, polite and made sure my new tire was put on. Thank you Brendan!
