I dropped my car off at 7am, called at 3pm and they didn t have a status on my car. At 3:30, they sent me a report, an estimate and let me keep my car there over the weekend. The people behind the desk were very friendly too!I d guess they didn t check my car until I called, but they provided an excellent service at a reasonable price. I d gladly go back there next time I need my car checked out! I ll just be sure to call earlier.

We have used K auto multiple times now and they are our trusted mechanics for life- They always do an amazing job explaining everything and letting us know what work will be done before starting and helping us figure out exactly what needs to be done when our budget has been tight. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Always use K Auto. Kevin, Joe and Nick were amazing with my new Jeep. They fixed things the Jeep dealer could not. So happy I went to K instead of the dealership.

Friendly and professional. They took me home to Luther Village and picked me up after the work was done at no extra charge. I recommend K Auto highly. Needless to say, work was done flawlessly.

Good reliable mechanic shop. We took my son s car here to be fixed and it s running even better than ever. I ll bring any one of my cars anytime I need to and I would also recommend this shop to anyone.

Money is more important than the customer here.I had nearly $2,000 worth of work done here. Within a few weeks, my AC stopped working. I have an older car so won't blame KAuto for the many repairs, but they were still pricy and not that friendly when dealing with me.I went back to them, and they wanted to charge me over $2,000 to completely repair the AC unit. They even charged me over $80 for a diagnosis after I spent so much money on them for a prior repair.I took it to another mechanic for a second opinion/look. He did the diagnosis for free without me even going to him prior. He said all the repairs they recommended here weren't needed and ended up fixing my issue for less than half the price.I wouldn't recommend getting many major repairs done here as they will probably overdiagnose and overcharge you.

I had na emergency when my tire got punctured and without any hesitation, they accepted my car for service right after I called them. Brought my wife s car in 15 minutes before close and they were able to get it done and have me out of there in 25 minutes. Great guys to bring your vehicles to and service is absolutely amazing. Will be using them for both of my vehicles in the future!

I absolutely love everyone who works here. As a woman, they never talk down to me (I have been talked down to at other shops). They've been very generous with rental cars and are clean, kind, and professional. During lockdown, they completely wiped down the inside of my car as I watched from the waiting room. K Auto Repair is a top notch shop. From Kevin at the front desk to the technicians that service the autos and trucks. Our family has been using the shop for several years with no complaints. The work is always professionally performed with cost estimates predetermined and provided before any work is performed. Work is performed in a timely manner and when problems arise the shop works to minimize any inconveniences. First time visit and they did not disappoint! Great, honest assessment of the condition of my vehicle and a willingness to take the time to talk through all potential options. I felt the team at K Auto wanted to help me more than they wanted to profit from me. That's rare in today's world, and exactly the reason why I will return to K Auto again. Great group of folks to do business with, even when the news about your vehicle isn't great.

I've been a K Auto customer for years. They always stand behind their work and don't push products and services that aren't necessary. If they see an issue that needs addressing, they let you know the severity and if it should be serviced right away or if you can hold off for a few months. They're also really nice people that have your best interest at heart and make sure that you're satisfied. Highly recommended!

My first time coming to K Auto repair, and I don t think I would come anywhere else! After having some issues with installation of items from the dealership, K Auto Repair was able to save the day. They fixed my issue and also walked me through other issues that they noticed without pressuring me to have those done at that time. Hands down the best mechanic shop I've ever been to. I'm not that old, and I haven't been to a lot of mechanic shops, but these guys are awesome. they are very upfront with you about costs, time frames, and then they do their best to exceed your expectations. I was told of all of depressing issues that were going on with my car, and which one should be taken care of first. this place understands how customer service should work better than anywhere else I've every been. 6/5
