Great experience from start to finish: oil change was fairly quick for a Saturday. The technician noted all fluid (brake, transmission, wiper) levels were checked and good. He suggested the recommended oil type (full synthetic) for my Jeep (consistent w/what my owner s manual says.) I opted for full synthetic; although it costs more, it s higher quality than the blend and allows for longer time between oil changes. My Jeep is happy!

The worst. They replaced my oil filter and screwed it on so tight that my car leaked oil for days took it to the dealer and they found the housing was mangled and ripped causing the filter to not fit flush. Replacing this part has cost me $800. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE THEY DON T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THEY ALSO LEFT A RAG ON MY ENGINE THAT NOBODY NOTICED WHEN I TOOK IT TO ANOTHER JIFFY LUBE TO FIX THE LEAK WHICH THEY DIDN T DO.Edit: jiffy lube is reimbursing me for the cost of the repair, which is admirable, but I still cannot recommend this location because of the incompetence of the employees.

I came to this location for a simple oil change and my car was whistling like a diesel after a few feet of driving. I pulled over at a local gas station to find that they didn't properly align my engine air filter. The top of the engine filter bay came right off with no force. It has four screw that shouldve been fastened in place. I understand why they do inspections on filters and belts but the negligence of not fastening parts after inspection is plain ol negligence. The battery cover was also not fastened properly as well which my 12 year old nephew could put on properly. I am currently checking my car for any other issues they left me with that I did not come in with.Service: Oil change

Went in on a Saturday for an oil change. Before starting they went over everything when me, and I appreciate as a woman that they didn't try to scam me or push other services on me. I was in and out in 30 minutes!

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube. Blake and the whole team explained what my vehicle needed and what could wait. They pointed out that my wiper blade was torn when I hadn't even noticed! I was very thankful they were thorough and quick. I felt it was a good value for the work performed. Everyone was friendly and approachable. Thank you Blake!Service: Oil change

I went to the Jiffy Lube on Dundee, and was told they were out of filters, and I needed to go buy one across the street. I bought a filter, returned, and they said actually we just closed our register. I then went to this location on Rand, and they gave me amazing service to make up for it. Excellent employees. Wonderful experience. Basics (oil change/tire rotation/air filters) plus spark plugs and engine coolant. Team members informed me not all anticipated jobs were needed (hard to find ethics like that these days). Heard this Jiffy Lube was the Best around and they did not disappoint. The people that greeted me in were very nice and guided me into the bay as I sat in my vehicle. They did all the checking of my vehicle while I sat and waited for them to be done they came to me in a nice professional manner and explained everything that my vehicle needed. The guy that was working downstairs went out of his way to check my engine service light and tell me about my exhaust. I remember two of the peoples names the store manager he said his namewas Jim and the guy working downstairs was NICK. I am very pleased with all the service they provided me and the help and the knowledge about my vehicle. This is hands-down the best experience I ve ever had at a Jiffy Lube and I just moved into the area so this will be my go to place. Thank you to all that we re working that day and when my vehicle is being serviced you really did a standup job if I could give you more stars I would.Services: Exhaust, Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Battery, Oil change

This Jiffy Lube is the best! Hands down the most professional and friendliest Juffy Lube I have ever been too. They thoroughly check your car including all lights, brakes, turn signals etc. Topped off all my fluids and told me I didn't need a new air filter yet. What???? Every other Jiffy Lube I have been to tells me I need a new air filter and when I ask to see it they tell me I could probably wait until the next oil change. I really appreciate their honesty! The staff is very attentive and courteous. I highly recommend them!

I don't typically go to Jiffy Lube but found myself in need of quick service. The team did a great job getting me in right away and the service was quick and they did a great job. Quick oil changes, friendly service. You ll pay more than you would at a mechanic but if you need any basic maintenance ASAP or same day, then this is a good choice. No hard upselling either. Will go back here for when I need basic same-day service.

Had our oil changed here in less than 30 min. The guys were curteous and honest. It was so nice that Alex brought our old air filter to us and let us see the new filter being handed to the guy to be sure it was the new one going in. Yeah I could have bought the thing for $10 on Amazon but I didn't have to put it in.The service was dealer level quality and I didn't have to wait two weeks for an appointment. I'll definitely come back with our other car.

Michael answers the phone is is very polite with excellent customer service skills. Immediately sells me on the idea of the service and what they do. I go there, and get my oil changed. Those guys/gals are amazing. I am serious. Explained everything they were doing and didn't try to hide me in a room while they worked on the car. Cleaned the inside, outside, filled all the fluids and walked me through the process. I appreciate these guys a lot and will definitely be back next time to change my oil there. Thank you for the good experience.

Your team tested my battery and said it was good. I'm not sure what the technician was doing, but he had something hooked up to my battery and asked what i had on in the car. My lights were set to auto so i turned them off. After they finished changing my oil, my car all of the sudden would not start. The tech jumped it and the car seemed to be ok. Over the next few days, my car struggled to start until the battery completely would not charge and all of my safety systems shut down. I took the car to the dealer who told me the batter was shorted... so my $100 oil change cost me $300.Service: Oil change

First time visiting this shop for an oil change. There were no lines and was greeted outside. The worker said your oil change is $86.99 pull right in. After the regular light check they started the oil change. They use an exact process to extract oil. I asked about this and they said this is used to save time to drain the oil. He said they are the only ones who use this and otherwise it would take an hour to drain the oil. Never heard this before and it has never taken that long in the past 30 years of oil changes. They did the usual up sell of my relatively clean air filter. For a $95 oil change I would have expected for them to check my tire pressure and vacuum like other places do. Overall a decent experience.

Jim was a true and honest professional had a lot of work done there wiper bladesRadiator flushed oil change checked all fluids definitely recommended. Wish I could add a second review on Google for same place but cannot so I will amend this review and add that I went there today to have oil changed, spark plugs replaced and headlight lenses cleaned in a word this is my second trip to this location FANTASTIC!!!

The mechanics were not very friendly here, one smelled like he hadn't bathed in weeks. Nobody offered to run any additional checks on my car for additional services that may have been needed. I paid about the same amount that I normally would have at Valvoline, and they are way more professional and thorough. I only came here because of the location and I didn't feel like driving further away to Valvoline, I will not be back here.Service: Oil change

I needed an oil change fast and was worried because a snow storm was coming into town overnight. Luckily, Jiffy Lube was open and Alex helped our family out. He has a sense of humor and made us feel at ease. We knew we were in good hands. I highly suggest this Jiffy Lube for efficient service.

Thank you to Steven, Alexis, and Nick! I came in because I needed a quick oil change and was hearing a weird noise. I was coming to northern Chicago to visit my sibling and I was worried about my long journey home. I found out what was happening to my car and they made it safe for me to head home! With all the knowledge I was given I will be a better car consumer and I felt I was really taken care of! Go see these guys! They will take care of you! great humor, customer service, explanations, and overall a pleasurable experience!

This Jiffy Lube has one of the absolute WORST customer service people working for them. Notice I didn't say the whole shop was bad as I've dealt with awesome reps before at the place. It was just one person. The "Lead Customer Service Associate" named Alex is the rudest person I've ever met. Twice I've been there and twice she's had a chip on her shoulder to the point where she literally told another associate that she didn't want to talk to me...while I was standing 3 feet away from her.Never going there, or maybe even any Jiffy Lube again. I've seen other reviews praising her. Maybe they got the good Alex but I definitely got the rude one. She seriously needs to be trained on etiquette and being courteous!!!

Awesome customer service! Ended up here on accident after I had pre scheduled a vehicle inspection at the Pep Boys across the street and they turned me away because they were too busy. I drove 40+ mins through traffic. Made sure to get there on time after getting a text from them to do so. Then I called Jiffy Lube, they said they could get me in right away. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable when I got there. I even stayed for a little bit to talk cars with the technician. Definitely recommend this place!

The reason am giving 1 rating is....there is no lesser rating available. They are so unprofessional am surprised to see the high overall rating they have....I went for a simple oil change and the guy didnt know how how to open the cap and he ripped it off. I had to tow the car to a mechanic and my entire weekend was lost on this and had to spend a lot to get it fixed . I am going to put the bills and take it Jiffy to re-imburse.There's an aged person who seem to be ok...but unfortunately the guys working for him are very unprofessionalI wont recommend this placeService: Oil change

Extremely nice personnel. They did an excelent job for me. This is one of the vest Jiffy lubes I've ever visited in Chicagoland. Especially, Kyra Davis was such a nice and kind person I will wait with impatience to come back to this store again
