Our family has brought all of our cars here for many years for any and every issue we have with the cars. Jeff and his team are very friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Everyone at the shop is a genuinely kind human. They are never pushy or salesy and help us make an informed and wise decision- keeping our cars running and my family safe.

Well, I cannot believe how nice this place is. From red chrysanthemums to green plants and coffee and magazines while you wait, lovely people who spoke to like you were really somebody. And I didn't know about this place! I've lived here for twelve years.

Super fast & friendly service! Tech Steve (pictured) went above & beyond doing my pads & rotors all around on my 17 Fusion Sport! I asked him to paint the calipers red with 2 cans I provided & he put SEVEN coats on each caliper to get them looking incredible! He also installed my Steeda hood struts that I asked him to only if he had time & I'm SO happy right now! Very fair labor rates, clean shop & waiting area. Will be back for sure! Thanks, guys!

Jeff s was first recommended to me 25 years ago. There is no other mechanic shop that treats its customers better than Jeff s Automotive. The owner is a very honest personable and professional man that I have great respect for. I would recommend Jeff s Automotive to anyone and everyone who is looking for a great mechanic. The first repair the shop did for me a week later seemed to have failed Jeff did the whole repair over free of charge. This was not a small expense in fact it was a few thousand dollars since that day I ve never taken my car anywhere else not even for an oil change.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Took in my work van within the same week. Got me back on the road the same day with my power steering pump. My tech, steve, was polite and very knowledgeable. Very professional. I have an 09 Nissan Murano that I ve been taking to Jeff s for the past couple years and I ve been incredibly happy with the work. He and his staff are always friendly, professional, and have consistently been able to meet all of my car s maintenance needs. The quality of work is top notch, and it s always complete when he says it will be, even when I ve had unscheduled issues that require more immediate attention. I trust him and his staff to always give me an honest assessment of what needs to get fixed and what can wait. I first started going to Jeff's Automotive Service a few years ago based on my research of mechanics in the area and I am very glad I did!! I have been a regular client since then due to the excellent experience I have had each and every time. Jeff and his team are very knowledgeable and they pay attention to every detail. They are flexible in scheduling and they complete the work quickly while still maintaining quality. They offer fair prices and are very trustworthy in only recommending work and repairs that need to be done so I am confident in accepting their recommendations every time.Jeff also goes above and beyond in maintaining great customer service and relations. They have driven me to work and back to the shop for pickup on the days my car is in for service and have even gone out of their way to come jump my battery one wintry day when it died in the parking lot at work. I was recently in the market for a used car and brought it into Jeff's for a full inspection to make sure everything was operational - everything checked out satisfactorily and Jeff did the inspection on the house.Needless to say, I will be a lifelong customer at Jeff's due to their service, honesty, and focus on the customer - I highly recommend anyone to check them out!

Jeffs Automotive was a God send. I had 3 quotes and Jeffs Automotive was the best. Not only did I save money but they were very professional and I received my car back at a earlier time than expected. I was very pleased. 5 Star recommendation for quality work, fast service, & best price.

After researching car shops in/near Arlington Heights, we decided to take my wife s Nissan Rogue for its 30K check up here and Yelp did not let us down. When I called for the quote, they estimated it would be approximately $300 for everything, which is a lot cheaper than it would have been at the dealership ($600+). They only had availability on during a time which both my wife and I was at work so we arranged for us to drop the car off the night before and they were happy to accommodate. Went to pick up the car the next day and the bill came out to under $200! Jeff didn t do/recommend anything unnecessary and we got exactly what we asked for at a great price! We will definitely be coming back for any needed repairs.

I find myself in a pinch with a flat tire that needed to be filled up. I stopped in, and they immediately filled my tires without any questions. Very helpful very professional.

We have been using Jeff's for a little over two years. They are honest, good prices, and very accommodating! Even drop my car back off for me with no hassle or cost when I had a newborn. Very friendly and straightforward.

It's honestly refreshing to go to a place that has a moral compass. Steve was the technician that worked on my car. He was upfront, honest, and thorough. I went in after a coolant leak popped up a week after a shoddy repair from a shop that I will not name here. Needless to say, Steve found all problems with my car, fixed what needed to be fixed, and warned me of any future repairs. I have an old vehicle, so it's very important to have someone who knows what they are doing looking out for me. I will definitely be coming back here from this point forward.

Jeff and his entire crew do an amazing job and I have bringing my car there for almost a decade. They are extremely personable and treat you like a neighbor and not a "client." They do not pressure you into making recommended repairs and take their time explaining things to you. Popped in once recently. Jeff and Steve accurately diagnosed my older Honda and repaired what was needed quickly and efficiently. I also know what I will need to do down the line. Highly recommend their service!

I went to Jeff's Automotive Service because of the good reviews and wasn't disappointed.I wanted them to double check a problem I was concerned about and they checked the car and told me everything was fine.Very friendly and helpful service!
