Definitely 5 stars for JR Auto Collision. Car was done within a week. Pleasurable to work with and the finished product was amazing. I m a very particular person and wasn t expecting such a great job. Far superior to any other body shop I ve ever worked with in the past. Thanks JR Auto Collision!!!

Very good service and communication. The car was repaired and returned in great condition (very clean). We recommend it to others. If I need to look for a workshop in the future, I know where to call.

Would highly recommend this place. Repair car shops can sometimes be a nightmare but this place made things go so smoothly. They dealt with the insurance company in an amazing way and helped with anything they asked for(even if the request was ridiculous). If you need anything done with your car, I can not stress enough, COME HERE!

Highly recommend JR Auto Collision if you need bodywork on your car. Had front bumper cover, grill, headlight, windshield and passenger door repaired/replaced and you cannot tell there was any work done to the car - looks like new! Excellent work and great staff to work with as well.

It's a good thing I called first instead of driving there for any estimate. The guy I got on the phone was horrific. He was unfriendly and unprofessional. "Sorry, but we're super backed up..."I'll take my car elsewhere.

Had a repair I needed done, while also trying to address an issue with the alignment of my bumper that this shop had placed back on my car. I was accused of lying, without any proper justification for a statement like that to be made. I was completely disrespected. Regardless of this shop owner or managers accusation, I had nothing to lie about. Disgusted by this person s response and attitude, and was the last thing I needed on top of on what was one of the most difficult days of my life. Word of advice, avoid bringing in your car to this shop - at your own risk.

I wanted to wait a few days after my service to post my review to see how the work is holding up: So far so good! I'm grateful for the good work J. R. Auto Repair did with my car while working with my insurance. The folks at the shop were kind and considerate, and I recommend them.I used J. R. The team at J.R. Auto Collision Repair were such a delight to work with amid a fairly lousy car situation. The estimate was way off as there was additional damage underneath my car, but that was to be expected per my initial consultation.Not only is my 2020 coupe back in almost new condition, I picked it up and it was spotless inside and outside. I took my car to J.R. Auto Collision Repair to have the front bumper replaced on my Ford Fusion. I was greeted by Ben, who was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me an estimate in less than 20 minutes. Within 24 hours, my car looked like new, with the bumper perfectly matching the rest of the car. Excellent workmanship at a reasonable price.

It's never fun when you have to take your car to the body shop after an accident but the team at J.R. was terrific to work with. They helped explain the process, kept me informed during the repairs and did a top quality job. No waiting for an estimate. I received an appointment within a few days for body work. So courteous and professional. I needed a new bumper which required painting to match the car. A perfect match! I also received a new tail light. When I dropped off car, I was given a courtesy ride to an auto rental. When I picked up my car, I was able to leave the rental with J.R. They also cleaned the interior and exterior of my car! Thank you J.R. I worked with Jim. He made the experience stress free. Megan is a great receptionist. Thank you J.R. They scratched my car. And out should've been 2-3 days but it took a week. Who's to say that my car would've not gotten scratched had it not been there the extra 4-5 daysUPDATE 9/14Took my car in to the shop and they took accountability in their mistake and fixed the problem and even touched up on another smaller blemish that I knew I had prior. No arguments. This showed good values, accountability, and got character. After everything said and done, these guys help people get their babies (cars) back to normal. JR Auto Collision was recommended by neighbors after our car was rear ended. It also turned out to be a preferred shop of our insurance carrier, State Farm. They did a great job repairing, replacing and repainting parts needed on our Hyundai Santa Fe. When we got it back, it looked like new. It took a little longer than expected due to parts not being available, but was worth the wait.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Took my car to get an estimate on damage from an accident in May. Never heard anything in about a month. Called them back and got accused of not giving the right info (gave everything that was given to me from my insurance along from the accident) Owner said he left a voicemail regarding all of this but last voicemail I received was in the early month, nothing from him. Very unprofessional and accusing customers. Would not trust them with any vehicle

Exceptional customer service, workmanship, and expertise! I took my brand new Cadillac SRX here after it had been rear-ended, causing over $8,000 worth of damage. Jeff was easy to work with, responsive, and kept me in the loop the entire time my car was in the shop. He worked with the insurance company and made certain that my car had only quality replacement parts used! My car looks beautiful, all of the parts look great, and he got my insurance to cover an additional $3,000 in damages that they originally under-quoted. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know!! Thanks Jeff!!

I was so disappointed in my experience with JR Auto- i selected the repair shop because of the amazing reviews. I have to believe there has been a staff or management change that's impacted their level of service. To recap my experience:- we were told car repair would take 5 days, it took 21- we never received a call or update in those 21 days unless we initiated contact- an incorrect bill was submitted to insurance that missed some of the costs so a new report had to be drafted- this caused a delay. Mistakes happen, but the auto shop was not transparent about the cause of the delay, we had to get details from insurance & then the auto shop accepted fault- the kicker is that when i drove off the lot about a mile away from the shop, lights came on & my tire back tire was deflatedMoral of the story- i'd pick a different spot. I recommend Denny G's in Des Plaines - professional, efficient, and fair.
