Had the best experience here! The customer service was 10/10 specifically Martin made the process efficient but also pleasurable. My car looks perfect after repairs and the repair was done in such a quick timely manner, I highly recommend this place.

I had an excellent experience at the Palatine�Gerber location and highly�recommend them. Robert E. is highly�knowledgeable and works really well with customers. I had already gone to a Honda dealer who told me they could not help me, and I needed to see a body shop. Robert was able to look at the issue with my car right away and knew immediately what needed to be done. I stopped in unsure of what I was going to learn but walked away a happy customer with my expectations exceeded. Thanks Robert.

Can't get through to anyone, calling local number transfers you to a call center. They apparently randomly transfer you to a store in the state you are in. That store gives you yet another number to call which then goes to Voicemail.s/ TREMENDOUS Customer Service /s

One of the best customer service I have experienced in years. Friendly & patient with all my questions. After a day I had more questions & they were just as friendly & patient in answering my questions.Evey couple of days I would get either a call or text, giving me a status on the repairs. This was really helpful in planning my days & rental needs.Because they're in partnership with Enterprise Rant a Car, I was able to drop off my rental w/them, at the same time I picked up my repaired car. Thus saving me time & an extra trip.The repairs were perfect. You can't even tell that the car was ever in an accident.

I had the most positive experience at Gerber yesterday. Martin and Rudy could not have been more wonderful. Courteous and kind (what you need after having your car badly damaged). Martin actually contacted Enterprise to get a car for me, and mind you, that is the job of my insurer. He did it without being asked. Prompt, honest. They made this weepy consumer smile. I took my SUV to their shop and the service and attention from Martin, Rudy and Jamie was second to none. My vehicle was ready before the delivery date and they even took care of the pickup and return process of the rental I had during the week. We took our Sedan to Gerber Arlington for repairs after a small accident. Martin and Rudy were very welcoming. I went to Gerber Collision last Friday November 1st, 2022 due to my front bumper being pulled off. I made an appointment for 4:00 pm. When I got there they realized I made it for the wrong location. However, the attendant there was very nice and was able to assist me. He said he would take pictures and then give me an estimate. We went outside, as he looked at the bumper as it was taped on, he said, "let me take this in to the shop, if you have a few minutes." I said, "of course". Within 7 minutes he had my car back out fixed! They put 2 of the clamps back on along with cleaning off the rubbed paint off the side panel! I took out my credit card and said, what do I owe you? He said, " don't worry about it!" Not a big deal! So, this man along with Gerber didn't have to do this, but it was an amazing gesture and a quality place to get your car fixed!Service: Body & Trim

They were and are friendly to deal with .Everything was explained up front.I received status updates along the way.They also finished 2 weeks ahead of schedule(minor damages)Also my baby was hand washed and detailed!Can t wait for my next fender bender! Terrible service, Kyra and April were so rude and uncooperative, April was very aggressive and was all in our face, she was loud and mean. We just wanted to be able to come get a car because of an appointment we made and she was the worst possible. She made jokes and was rude and would whisper and say things while walking around. I hope someone can be contacted about this and help this because this service was more than awful

They actually care about their clients. Work was completed in a timely manner and was exceptional. They helped to make sure I had a rental. And I had surgery the day after picking up my vehicle. 2 days later I got a call Wishing me a speedy recovery. That was awesome and over the top and made them number 1 in my book.

Excellent so far. Brought car in for estimate on fixing minor body damage. Estimate was promptly done, employees I had contact with were all friendly and answered all questions thoroughly, drop off date for the repair, plus rental car, promptly scheduled.

As one who can see the difference between a good painting job and not really, I expected much bettet from gerber. Also did not clean the interior after their dirty hands inside the door and on wheel, not vacuumed, just outside wash(thanks for that) . Not happy with the service overall, again because its Gerber.

I enjoyed my experience with Gerber Collison & Glass of the atmosphere inside from the staff making me feel like family and not just a customer from the time of my estimate, bringing in car for service, call from management to inform car will be ready for pickup much sooner than than I expected and the day I picked up car. The car was ready and completely repaired with a brand new bumper in 3 business days. I am very pleased and satisfied with the quality and service I received. The new bumper and paint matched so well there is no evidence of repair work ever done. I highly recommend Gerber Collison & Glass for service to any customer in need of car Collison and Glass service. I will never use any other company for Collison repairs!!

Needed to bring in my vehicle for some body work and everything went smoothly. I worked with Ashley at the store who was awesome! Her communication throughout the process was great. Always letting we know what step we were at in the process. I would highly recommend.

Estimate was off by over 25% plus took 10 days to have my car repaired vs 4 they said.Repair came out looking good but a week later my car still smells like the workers cologne or the cleaning product they used.I give this place a 3 out of 5 leaning towards a 2; You get spammed with emails of them begging to rate you afterwords.

The Arlington heights Gerber is absolutely amazing. Their work is flawless and their customer service is bar none. Tommy and his whole team took care of me in a way you wont find at your average body shop. I will be back here if ever I have to have body work done and I would recommend to anyone looking for a great experience, flawless repair, and amazing pricing.

Tommy, the manager was very helpful. There was some miscommunication/misunderstanding when I was fixing my car, but he was willing to go out of his way to help me. I am happy with the service, and I will definitely go back to this Gerber collision in future.
