I brought my car here twice a 2015 Chevy Cruze. First, I just needed the batter changed. First and foremost, the owner is nice but he should not be working on newer cars with new technology. He can only work on older cars that has no computer.Back to the batter changed, after a while my car would not start every once in a while, when I press the start button. I brought it to 3 dealerships, and they could not figure it out. Finally, I went to the chat forums of Chevy Cruze owners, and 1 person had a similar problem. He stated that when he himself changed the battery, he did not know that it is connected to the computer. Sure enough, when I brought it to the dealership, they found that the mechanic who changed the battery did not know that either.I gave him second chance, My window on the driver side stopped working so I brought it to First Point thinking it is simple.After he changed the window, a couple of days later it stopped working. So, I brought it back , I said maybe you forgot to connect the wire? He said with confidence oh no. Therefore, he ordered another part and changed it. Called me and said it was ready. When I picked up the car, I tried the window in front of him and guess what? Ii did not work.So he said I have to order the original part from the dealership. You think the 3rd time is a charm?He called me back complaining that he spent 4 hours on it and could not figure it out. He thinks that the wire needs to be replaced or the control module.I said at this point I do not believe you. You ruined my vehicle, I would take to the dealership before you ruin it further.As I am writing this, when i press the lock button on my key fob, guess what?? I will not lock, and the lock button unlocks by itself. Furthermore, the computer says the door is open when it is not.Take your chance with this guy. Newer cars are synonymous with technology. These old school mechanics need to educate themselves or get left behind.If you have a newer car, do not take it to First Point!!!Services: Auto battery replacement, Auto power window repair, General repairs & maintenance

Juan is very kind and was able to get me an appointment last minute! He did a full pre-buy inspection in only about half an hour and it also wasn t much money. Lastly he wrote up everything the car needed and I was able to use that in negotiations at the dealership. Thank you!

Juan Carlos did a good job and price was unbelievable.. sway bar links front and back.. been back again 3/25/19 wheel bearing done great price.. and fast work I couldn't be happier...
