Yesterday, I visited Firestone Auto Care for service on my Camry, and I was particularly impressed by the excellent service provided by Ravi and Paul. They not only performed the service efficiently but also took the time to explain everything in a clear and understandable manner. Their attention to detail and customer communication made the entire experience very satisfying and reassuring.

Had a great experience recently. They diagnosed what needed to be done, but also pointed out things that I should look into for future visits. Freddy did a great job explaining options and was thorough with the inspection. Will definitely keep going back.

This morning after long Thanksgiving weekend, I had an excellent experience at Firestone with their wheel alignment service. The staff/manager went above and beyond to accommodate my urgent need after I changed tie rods. Despite not having an appointment, Freddy, the manager, tried his best to squeeze me in and, although there was only one mechanic available, I was pleasantly surprised that Ravi, the mechanic completed the job exactly on time. He not only ensured a perfect wheel alignment but also took the time to educate me on the process and suggested improvements for optimal results.Ravi's dedication, transparency, and customer focus truly set him apart as the best mechanic I've ever encountered at Firestone.

Been coming to this Firestone since the one in south AH closed. I like all the managers but Paul is crazy good! Super knowledgeable and explains everything up front while also updating you along the way. I trust these guys. Highly recommend this Firestone. Thanks, Paul!

It was -5 degrees outside, my tire was almost flat and wouldn t fill with air. I showed up here and they were completely swamped with cars that needed to be worked on. They were very under staffed but all working very hard.I thought I was going to have to leave my car over night even though I needed it for work the next day. Thankfully Matt took a look at my tire and said he could squeeze me in and have it done in 45min and that s exactly what happened. Matt saved me and I can t thank him and the staff enough! I ll definitely be coming back here whenever my car needs work!

I don't know much about mechanics or pricing, but I do know customer service. Much thanks to Paul and crew for doing their best to keep the customers calm and informed as the computers crashed.

We arrived at our appointment time for a regular oil change on a very common small sedan and were told to give them an hour and a half with no further explanation. So we left came back only to be told that the service for the oil change itself takes 1.5 hours here. Absolutely ridiculous, horrible communication and very slow service times. Every oil change I have received in the past from other locations have taken less than 20 min total from start to finish. Not to mention we can see the staff smoking in the garage where the cars are being worked on. Not a fan of this location won t be coming back.

Highly recommend next time you need to have your vehicle serviced. The staff (Zala and Joshua) were overly accommodating and got us in right away for a vehicle issue during a holiday weekend. We have been going to this place for years and they never fail to please with excellent customer service. Always honest and a neighborhood shop you can count on.

We needed a battery like many people at this time of the season. We were cordially greeted and given an estimate of the time and cost of the new battery service. The time turned out to be shorter than originally stated and the estimate was correct. A Very positive experience.

Damage my brand new powder coated wheels just by installing new tires on them on 09/20/2022. I ve been a customer for a long time and never had problems before but not this time. I ve told them at drop off to be careful not to sketch them and they ignored my message!!!! Be aware going to this location!! Amateur work will not go back!!

Google won't let me have more than one review on this business, so this is an update to my previous one. I brought my car in for tire service today and spoke with Paul. He had my car pulled in right away and the technician began to work on it. It was ready in less than an hour, during which time I had the opportunity to converse with Paul between his interactions with other customers, and to observe him interacting with them.From my previous experience at this location, I know that this is an honest shop, and today's visit reinforced my high opinion of the people who work there. This was the best experience I have ever had at an auto service business, and it was because of the people who work there, Paul in particular. He is a credit to your company's good name.Prior review:I have purchased tires at this location before and have been very happy with their service. I made an appointment for today for a tire repair. The car was pulled in and serviced as soon as I arrived. I asked Nick, the technician, about a rattle I heard and he offered to try to locate the source of the noise. He found it right away and we ruled it out being anything serious. My car was ready to drive away less than a half of an hour later with a repaired tire.Armando was friendly and helpful, and having a technician like Frank work on my car and instill confidence in the repair is priceless. I will only go here for tires in the future.Service: Tires

I've been going to them about 6 to 7 months I never had a problem until yesterday I had an appointment at 3:00 p.m. for a Ev inspection on a Tesla model same routine that I've been doing for 6 to7 months. I was met by the store manager Freddy who tried to convince me that they do not do ev inspection he was very rude confrontational he had a bad attitude he tried to tell me this is how the car business work. When I have worked in that same exact business for 6 years. He gave off that he doesn't like women's vibes

Our go to place for all the car repair and inspection work. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Always great service and budget friendly pricing. They have key drop facility , in case you have to drop your car after hours.

Super arrogant front guy. I made an appointment for 12 a week before and shoed up 15 minutes early. He said it will take 1.5 hours to 2 to het it done. I left and came back after 2 and half hours and the car was still sitting outside. When i went inside he said it will take more time and asked me to take the car if i cant wait. I took my car and left without getting the work done. Dont know how to talk to people and have no idea what customer service is. I would not recommend this place for any service. Save your time and money going to a another place.

Today, September 30, I had my car's oil, air filter, and TPMS sensor changed at the Firestone store on 3431 Arlington Heights Road. It was a pleasure to work with Fred; he is incredibly kind and helpful when it comes to billing and getting the work completed with payment. Fred is also very knowledgeable about the work he performs, so his courtesy is greatly appreciated. I am grateful and fortunate to have had the work on my car done at Fred's store, and I heartily recommend them to everyone. Thank you, Fred. Good work.

I was out of town on Thanksgiving weekend got a nail in sidewall needed a new tire. The people working there got me in fast so i can get back on the road. Thanks again for the A+++ service , not many places like this around anymore.

Threw a set of tires on for me and the install was very quick and the price was right. They did quote some things that I assume were quoted just because factory recommends them at the mileage for my car. They did inform me that my brakes needed changed (pads and rotors all 4 tires). I knew this already and did the work myself.

This is where we take our car first for repairs. They are very honest and let us know if we are better served at the dealer. Every repair they have performed as been top-notch. My car has a quirky tire sensor for air pressure which can be problematic in the very cold weather. I can call them and they will happily add air to the tire with a smile! I totally appreciate that. They understand customer service.

I went it for a business transaction, it s not for my personal vehicle. But the experience from calling, to dropping off the vehicle and picking it was sensational!I wish I could help this business more.Will be back for anything I may need in the future for personal or business.Very well recommended!
