From start to finish I really enjoyed the level of customer service that they provided for me. The testing showed all possible issues with my vehicle which included pictures and a video. I was extremely happy with the quality and efficiency of the work performed and would definitely recommend taking your vehicle in for service to this location.

Cassidy Tire fit me in before the holiday rush for 4 new tires. The tires I had chosen were out of stock and they gave me a better quality tire for the same price! I also went to the wrong location that I had made the appointment and they were super flexible and accommodating by getting the tires delivered to the location I was at. Highly recommend!!

Kevin at the Niles store and Eleazar at the Arlington Heights store are absolutely fantastic! They are professional, knowledgeable and totally focused on customer service. I have been taking my cars to Cassidy for over 20 years and have always been glad I did. Eleazar and Kevin continue to deliver on the high expectations they have for themselves, their teams, and Cassidy Tire. I strongly encourage anyone who need tire service to stop by either Niles or Arlington Heights - you will be taken care of by the best!

Excellent customer service. They got me in immediately when I had a flat. Were honest that the tire was irreparable and gave me a very fair price for a full set of all wheel drive tires. Tires were there the next morning and vehicle was done that day. A wonderful experience.

I got 2 new front tires in about an hour and a half. Drove away and my tire pressure light came on. I pulled over and checked the front driver side tire pressure and it was at 35 which is perfect, then I checked passenger side and it was at 48. Max is 50. I had to let 13 pounds of air out and find my tire pressure reset button to get the light off my dash. I don t understand how a tire shop doesn t know how much air to put in a tire. And the cashier said the guy doing my tires has been working there for 20 years.

Have historically always had a good experience at Cassidy Tire but my last visit was not so good. The quality of the tires purchased were fine, but the customer service I received was awful. I was basically called a liar after one of the tire sensors was damaged during tire removal/installation, saying I brought the car in with the sensor already in that condition when it was working just fine prior to the work being done. I was charged an additional $80 after having already paid over $1,000. The manager didn t take responsibility at all and chose to lose a customer over $80. Unfortunately I won t be able to support this local business anymore and suggest anyone else thinking of having their tires replaced there take my experience into consideration and look elsewhere.***Update to previous postAfter posting this comment, I did almost immediately receive a call from Richard at the corporate office for Cassidy apologizing for how I was treated by the local Cassidy shop and I was issued a credit for the $80. I think the corporate office was quick to recognize that it's not worth losing a customer over this small amount of money and potential new customers because of my review regarding the poor customer service I received. Not sure if I'll visit this location in the future, but I'm at least glad that they made the effort to make the situation right.

The staff here is the best around. We bring in all our company trucks, and all our employees get their personal vehicles serviced here. We have had nothing but great experiences with Patrick and the rest of his team. Definitely deserve the 5 stars!

Great Cassidy Location. The manager Patrick is one of the best guys around with a great attitude, far from the usual attitudes you encounter at other places like this. These guys are honest with fair prices. If you need tires or repairs this is the place to come to.

We've brought our car to Cassidy Tire, not for tires, but because we needed breaks.They did a great job, no complaints so we decided to keep using them.We ran into some front end issues with the struts and they replaced them. Unfortunately there was a lot of noise from that area after the replacement.I decided to bring the car to a different shop because of another issue and they stated the struts needed some work.I ended up bringing the car back a couple of times to Cassidy to look and eventually warranty the struts out and replace them with a different brand.Normally reading this you would not think I would give them a good review, but I wanted to call out Patrick specifically.We was willing to work with us, extremely patient and honest. I appreciate doing business with an honest person and I would not hesitate to bring my car back.

I have used Cassidy Tires befor and once again it was a great experience. Couple days ago i call them to quote tire replacement for my trailer. Today i arrived for my appointment and 30 minutes later it was done. Very good job and professional service. Will keep using this place A++++

Came here after other mechanics were unable to help. The guys here fixed me up right away and I didn t even have an appointment. The people here care about their quality of work as well as the people they are helping. Definitely will be coming back here.

Disappointing customer service. I called to setup an appointment for a full tire change, and I was told that they could come pick up my car and made an appt for during the week. The time came and went; I called and they said they don t offer that service and they had no clue what I was talking about. I shared the name of the person who had set it up for me, they said they were going to look into and call me back. No one ever got back to me.

I had a great experience at Cassidy Tire and Service. Patrick greeted me warmly and explained that he would try to repair my tire, but due to the angle, he didn't think it would be possible. He called me later in the afternoon to confirm, and I went in the next day to have a new pair of tires installed. The service was quick and efficient, and I was on my way in no time. I would definitely recommend Cassidy Tire and Service to others.

I was really pleased with the service at Cassidy Tire in Arlington Heights. I was greeted in a friendly manner, the work was described in detail, I was told how long it would take (and they were within 5 minutes of that estimate) and the results were explained to me.I highly recommend.

I ve had to visit Cassidy Tire and Service three times in the last six months. The first time, I pulled up after work around 5:15 pm after my tire pressure light went off, the evening before I needed to head out of town the next morning. I was pretty desperate after calling and popping into multiple shops before then. Cassidy closes at 5:30, but Patrick took a look at my car, told me I needed a new tire because of a nail, and although by that point it was 5:45 and after closing time, he and another employee kindly got a new tire installed, allowing me to still make the trip for a dear friend of mine. Five months later, my tire pressure light went off and I ended up needing a new tire again for the same reason. Patrick let me know that the tire had a warranty on it for a year, and so my bill was just for the labor and taxes and etc. Quite frankly, I had completely forgotten that the tire had a warranty, and so Patrick could ve charged me full price and I would ve paid it. I deeply appreciate and value integrity and honesty behind one s work, and so I knew at that point I was sticking with Cassidy. A few days after I got that tire replaced, my low tire pressure light went off again, and Patrick got me in right away and reset the system in my car (my tires were fine), allowing me to proceed with the move I had planned for that day. My experience at Cassidy has been almost alarming at best- it s rare to see professionalism backed up by great work, and so I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. Thanks for all of your help so far!!!

Patrick and Mike's team are great! Always willing to get the car in and out of there fast, answer questions, and explain what needs to be done where I can understand. Highly recommend!

Fantastic service! I had a leaking tire, was able to promptly get it fixed for a reasonable price. Two days later, the tire was still leaking air, and they did a second check on it and found something they missed. Honorable company that will make sure the job is done right if it wasn t done the first time.

I called 7 different places and was getting the same we don t have any tires available speech(all tire shops) but when I called Cassidy Tire. They not only had the tires available they were able to have me come in right then without an appointment! I dealt with Patrick and he was very professional and informative the entire time I was there. Me and the little black spark thank you guys! We ll definitely be back for any tire needs

Cassidy Tire and Service in Arlington Heights is Hands Down the BEST place to go in the area for service to your vehicle. Not only is everyone absolute professionals but they are nice and pleasant all at the same time, where else can you get that? A knowledgeable bunch for sure. Arlington Heights on-site Manager, is Patrick. He is the BEST!! Will explain things out if you don't understand, takes the time with his customers like people used to do back before all the hustle and bustle!!Highly recommend!!!
