Some time ago. They removed an old alarm system that was not working and installed a new alarm system on my Honda Civic. They also replaced a passenger window control switch inside the door. Very satisfied with the quality of work and price. Just recently, I had an issue with the remote not functioning correctly. Lucas the owner reprogrammed it at no charge. Now that s customer service!! Thank you again!

Good, customer oriented service. Even if there are small issues/misunderstanding - they do their best to resolve it. My friend recommended them to me and I will recommend them to my friends and acquaintances. They deserve all 5 stars.

I brought my truck to this shop at it was recommended cause they do electrical work on cars as I was having electrical issues.after talking to the owner of issues I was having I asked him is this something you can fix, he said that s what we do I was like great and I told him it was possible one of two things I thought was the problem bcm or side blind spot modules. He said don t worry we will check it out. I also told him since the cascade of electrical issues happening at time of drop off it may not start after turning it off. Also I informed him there was a concent message that was displayed of service side detection system. Fast forward 2.5 weeks yes two and half weeks I was told truck is fixed and cost 1500 and was told that it was a bad ground behind dash. I was a little concerned cause I was also told that service message was still active. But I trusted them that s what it was. Truck started right up and the next day after getting car was the same exact thing was happening so I brought back to shop and I talked to actual mechanic that worked on my truck the first time and apparently he was only told that the truck wouldn t start and didn t say anything else that led up to that. He did say they tried replacing the body control module (bcm) but that didn t work so after running a computer scan with multiple miss communication problems and explained to him like heavy rain, dew, or after car wash this happens but not all the time so I told him I think it s the side detection module or both getting moisture in there and he was in agreement so I ask for price and was told owner would let me know. Meanwhile waiting for quote the modules are on national back order for about 900 bucks for both and 300 labor install and program. With back order on parts I asked if I get used will he install he said yes. Unfortunately we got a lot of rain and I couldn t get truck started to get it to shop the owner said don t worry I ll send a tow truck. Thinking ok he s willing to work with me in getting this fixed. I showed up at shop the next day to see how things are going and modules were already installed and truck started right up and he was trying to program, I asked him where is laptop and he said I should be able to program from this, a red flag went off in my head as I ve done a lot of research on programming of bcm and blind spot modules and you need to connect to gm servers to program. At the end the owner told me he couldn t program them cause they were used. At this point I was completely frustrated and just wanted to get my truck and leave. Paying the final bill not only did I get charged the whole 300 dollars to install and program module he charged me 130 for tow truck. I had my mechanic who really doesn t do electrical stuff on cars pulled both modules for a visual inspection and reinstalled in under 30 minutes and he said it took his mechanic over 2 hours. When I got home I found a mobile shop that would come out and program car modules. Mostly he does work for shops that replaces them but don t want to pay for subscriptions for different manufacturers and I watched him do it and asked him would a bcm (body control module) be done that same way, he said yes, the shop you brought your truck to had no knowledge of programming these parts as you can t program these on any even the best scanning tool without using manufactures software. I would never recommend this shop to anyone as they charge me 1500 just to tighten a ground nut if they even did that. As far as they said they tried a new bcm and didn t work, it needs to be programmed and they obviously don t have stuff to do the jobService: Electrical repair

I had an issue with my remote starter ( was installed somewhere else) I took my vehicle to them. They fixed it within an hour or so. The guy didn't charge me anything, he said it was easy fixed.I do appreciate them..Highly recommend ( affordable price and great customer service)- Sarge.Service: Electrical repair

Lucas installed a remote starter on my Audi eight years ago. The unit developed some problems after I tried to replace the remote. I went back to Luca. Even after all the time, he remembered me and my car and took care of everything. He tracked down a replacement, as it's been long discontinued, to save me money. I got my windows tinted and a remote starter installed here. Great service, fair pricing and super fast! Lucas and his team did a great job and were very helpful in deciding what tint percentage and what type of starter would work best for my car! I would definitely recommend their services and will definitely be returning for upgrades or regular service. Best customer service out of all the shops I've ever taken my car to!

So many things wrong with my experience. 1) I had an appointment at 9am, they told me my car would get looked at quickly. The check engine light was on, so all they needed to do was run diagnostic equipment. After no word from them for a few hours, I called to see how it was going. They still hadn't looked at the car. After more back and forth, they looked at the car 30 mins before they closed. So I waited over 7 hours for them to even LOOK at my car.2) They told me my problem was the evap system, which didn't make sense to me since I just passed my emissions test the week prior. I ended up paying over $200 to get it fixed. No problem.... If that had actually been the reason for my check engine light.3) I received my car back after 3 days and the next time I drove it THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WENT BACK ON. I called to let them know and brought my car back. After another day of waiting for them to even look at my car, they tell me the gas cap is loose and needed to be replaced. Which is like a $20 fix... Then they tried to tell me that the check engine light went back on because I got gas after receiving my car back from them and didn't put the cap on tight enough. Which I didn't do. So either they are incompetent and couldn't figure out the problem to begin with or they scammed me. Never going there again.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

CarMania Auto shop is highly recommended. I met Lukas and his Team couple of years ago through my old mechanic, I never looked back since then. They are very professional and courteous. Phenomenal service yet again!!! My entire family has at some point taken one of our cars to Lucas. Very competitive prices and very good quality mechanical work. I went in today for my appointment at 3pm for my jeep compass alarm and autostart with luca. Let me start by saying they go above and beyond. Best experience I ever had. This is the definition of customer service. And the thing is they ate honest and good prices also. Was a great a help and help me activate my alarm again. Thanks car mania highly recommended.
