Me and my family have been going there for years. Honest and trustworthy for any kind of car services. When the dealer couldn't figure out what was wrong with my car after multiple visits, Ivelin found the problem in just a day. We bought two vehicles from him too for my wife and daughter. .Highly recommended.

Had a very positive experience working with Ivelin at Arlington Imports. We had shopped around a lot for a third car for our teenage drivers. We didn't want to spend a fortune but wanted a safe and reliable car. Ivelin sold us a 2009 Honda CR-V and the whole process was very smooth. Since it was a used car we asked if our own mechanic could do an inspection on it, and he did not hesitate to turn over the keys since he had confidence that the car was in good shape. He even replaced one of the tires he thought was a little worn as he knew we needed it to be safe in the snow. We felt we got a fair price - much less than a dealer, and comparable to private party pricing but backed with more confidence as we know he has a reputation to uphold.

I was a little hesitant about purchasing a vehicle that was two hours away from me. Matt communicated very well and answered all of my questions with complete honesty. He let me know everything that was wrong with the vehicle (which wasn t much) before my drive there. I appreciate his honesty and patience. Matt and Ivelin made the whole transaction process a breeze. I would highly recommend them over any other private dealer. They have a highly satisfied customer who will recommend everyone to them!

I recently traveled from NW WI to IL to purchase a used Yukon from Arlington Imports. So worth the drive!! Lower mileage truck, better condition and the owner was very professional. No run around like with big dealers. I would recommend everyone buy a vehicle here!

I bought a car there in 2017 and have taken it there for service as well. Excellent prices for vehicles and repairs. Great customer service. I highly recommend Arlington Imports.
