They are Professionals. Awesome bodywork, perfect colour match on PITA 3 stage white pearl. I ve gone here twice. If I have to I ll come back with no hesitation.

Roman, Andrew and team are always wonderful to work with. They've been taking care of my 2008 Mercedes for about two years and I've always been pleased with the service and work performed. I worked with Andre and his team to repair a major scratch on my passenger side door. The shop I was originally referred to wanted to scheduled me for 2 months later. After speaking with Andre, they took my car in 2 days later after insurance approvals came through.Their team was thorough with their repairs and even left the inside of the car cleaner than they found it. I was impressed with the speed of the turnaround and they even threw in an extra small repair at no charge. I am now ~1-month out from the date of repair and have had not noticed any new or lingering issues.Highly recommend their shop!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

While the other body shops said It will be months before we can get parts , Arlington Hi Tech said Bring the car over and I ll make some calls . (Side note: my car is a 2010 in a generic silver color, no bells and whistles like the new cars.)After the initial evaluation and the shop made calls to find parts, my car had an appointment the next week for the repairs!Drop off was easy peasy (there s even an Enterprise within a 10 minute walk but that s another review) and when the shop said they will have the car a couple weeks they called 2 weeks later and said She s ready for pick up .The work they did was spot on and the car looks better than it did when I got it (certified pre-owned) from the dealership! They absolutely took great care in the body work and went above and beyond my expectations!Highly recommended shop, great customer service, great work, reasonable prices, and great communication from the shop!

I tried t his place on the recommendation of a friend and it is just terrific: Great work replacing the driver's side door on my almost-brand-new car - you cannot tell difference between the original door and their work. Work was finished in fewer days than quoted so we could have it for the weekend. Excellent communication - it was a complicated situation but they kept me well informed and were easy to get hold of and responsive to all my questions. Found parts in a few days by marking calls when other shops said parts would take at least 6 weeks (!) because of supply chain problems (but they were just looking up timeframes in a national database). Extremely friendly and professional. Price was competitive with other shops but service was the best I've ever had in all respects. I wouldn't take my cars anywhere but here.Service: Body & Trim

So blessed to have Hi Tech in my town. These guys have worked on 3 of my cars. 2 Benz s and a Beamer. They do amazing work, you ll never know you were in a fender bender or accident if you chose Hi Tech to work on your vehicles. Fast, efficient, and cheap but high quality work. If you want your car to remain in good condition and without scratches, never bring the car here, after polishing I was left with many traces and many scratches .... I do not recommend ....
