Had a excellent experience with Arlington Collision for the repair of my 996 Turbo which unfortunately was forced off a icy road due to another at-fault driver and hit a mesh fence damaging the headlights, fenders and soft top and had extensive paint damage. Mark and Tom where wonderful to work with during the repair process and great advocates for me in dealing with the at-fault drivers insurance company and consulting me every step of the way on parts decisions we had to make based on availability since this was a 20 year old cr. They ensured only OEM parts were used in the repairs and fought hard to make sure no corners were cut to fully restore my 996 to like new condition and looks amazing. I would absolutely reach out to Mark & Tom if you have any repair needs especially for a high value exotic car or even your basic daily driver car repairs as I saw first hand the amazing attention to detail and customer service they provide. Tom and mark, you guys have been nothing but the best. I appreciate all your patience with me and my phone calls that I have been consistently calling for you guys. You guys have been nothing but wonderful to me and you guys did not just a great job but the best job I have ever possibly seen when it comes to fixing someone s vehicle and get it back on point, you guys took care of the vehicle properly painted the vehicle, even better than what it was and realigned all the trunk and all of the quarter pedals exactly to how the OEM set up was. what s even better is that they took the proper time and not just gave the vehicle back just for the sake of it they probably welded the quarter panels. They properly took care of every single issue the vehicle had and they triple checked it before they gave the vehicle back to me to make sure everything was exactly the way it was supposed to be that right there shows how great the customer service is really with you guys and I think you guys deserve to be the best shop in Illinois itself. I ve never seen a shop have proper communication proper work on vehicles you guys have literally done it !

Arlington Collision is a Very professional body shop that brings damaged vehicles back to their original glory. I'm very impressed with the work they do. In my case the car looks better than it came from the factory. I will definitely recommend Arlington Collision to anyone in need! You will not be disappointed. It feels good to come across people that care this days. Thank You Arlington Collision and keep up the great work.

Great costumer service and detail work.I bought used car with some minor scratches and some small part to paint.They did excellent/detailed work.Now my car looks brand new.

repairs look good but if they say theyre going to call you back, they wont. this is the second time theyre working on my car because they missed something the first time, and the second time around has taken weeks longer than it should ve because they have not called me back on three separate occasions that they said they would. i just wish that i wasnt left driving a car that couldve been fixed a month ago.

They were so professional and nice all the way from the estimate to the pick-up of my car. When I picked up the car they even cleaned my floor mats. I highly recommend them!

I came across these guys after visiting a couple of other shops for body work and they were very accommodating, kind, warm and professional. They took into consideration my situation and gave appropriate attention and care. I was in a terrible situation feeling discouraged and finding these guys gave me a real peace of mind. I needed to have a rear bumper cover replaced on my Golf. They did good work, and did it quickly. It's nice to have a solid body shop near home. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I noticed sratches and scrapes on both the driver side doors ofmy car from an unknown source. I brought my car to Arlington collison for an estimate. I was greeted by Tom who waswonderful and he examined my car, Tom recommended the areas should be buffed out. Thankfully, the damages weresuperficial. I returned the next morning , Tom on his time,did the work at no charge! My car looks great again! I highlyrecommend Arlington Collison Co. for auto repair work! A few years ago, Arlington Collision did some bodywork on my car (I backed up - twice! - into stationary objects, resulting in a dented back quarter panel). They did an amazing job of fixing my car and making it look like brand new - couldn't believe it was my car when I picked it up. They worked well with my insurance company and made it a great experience overall. Because of that great experience, I recently stopped in to have a loose bumper fixed. The repair only took a few minutes and they didn't even charge me! My car is 10 yrs old & turns out there's a bigger problem underneath the bumper, but as long as I don't back into anything - or no one hits me - it's good for now. :-) I was extremely impressed with their level of customer service and highly recommend them.Service: Body & Trim

Had a great experience here when I had to get my car repaired after an accident. Tom was friendly, attentive, and very patient as he outlined their process. I also got a rental car from the Enterprise they work with, which was very convenient. My car looks as good as new now---even a bit better thanks to the new paint blends! Would definitely recommend them and use them again if needed.

Had my car taken to Arlington Collision for hood replacing, both my passengers doors needed replacing and for a new windshield and passenger window. They were awesome! They were able to get it done in less than two weeks. Tom was very pleasant he answered all my questions and kept an open line of communication with me. When I picked my car up it looked brand new they even touched up a few areas that were not on my claim (very appreciative for that). If I ever need any work done on my car I will be back and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Very satisfied customer!!!

These guys did a great job getting our Subaru back to good as new condition. Not the cheapest option when we compared repair places in the area, but the most complete, doing the job right the first time. I'll bring other cars here when the unfortunate need arises.

I took my car to Arlington Collision Company after getting in a car accident. Tom took care of everything including setting up my car rental. He was great throughout the entire process, communicating regularly to me while my car was being fixed. There was also some issues with the other person's insurance and Tom went out of his way to help me resolve the issues even though it really had nothing to do with the Arlington Collision Company. Now that is fantastic customer service!

I had some bad luck and hit a pot hole. State Farm sent me here. They were super professional. My car as it turned out needed a new strut. My car was completed sooner than they estimated. This is my review at Arlington Collision Center. I was referred by a good friend. Then I found out, in the end, I actually went to the wrong place. I was blind about their background and work. I found this all out when I got the car finished.This is my review of their shop.There was about 10k worth of damage on the passer side, had a driver t-bone at a four-way stop sign. � �I had them do work, they worked very hard on getting EVERYTHING for the car OEM. �I had a special edition vehicle�and they were aware of it and told me I was good hands.Tom and Mark were very helpful with me about the process,. Sharing and advising what stages of the repair that was going on. I m little nuts about my car, so I did email them a lot about status and parts and stuff. They were very cool about it.At the same time, I had some small dents on the roof and driver side, so I opened my own claim and they were able to get those�fixed�as well. �It's been a couple of weeks now since �I �got the car back. I �had HUGE concerns, the car wasn t going to be�the�same ..They did an amazing job, the advised 3-4 weeks for it to be complete. It took a little longer for parts being stuck in Customs, not their fault. I couldn t be happier with the turnout, I highly recommend this shop anyone that has major damage on the body or needs paintwork. Five stars from me. �I m also local and live down the street from this shop as well.

I had a 2016 Nissan Sentra with bad front end damage from an accident, they towed the car, gave a quick, accurate estimate, and when we asked for aftermarket parts to bring the cost down they did just that. The car looks and drives brand new, great paint job, service was excellent, price was more than fair. Highly recommended in the AH area.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had just recently bought a new car and then got in a 4 car bumper to bumper accident not too long after where I was not at fault. I had front and back damage and fluid leaking from my car, right away they got me a rental car from Enterprise that got delivered right to the shop. Tom and his team were able to work with the other drivers insurance company to get me the best quality OEM parts instead of aftermarket parts! They could ve just used aftermarket parts, but they knew it would not be the same as OEM parts due to the fitment and quality. They went above and beyond my expectations of any regular auto shop. Tom kept me informed, walked me through the whole process, and asked for my permission on everything throughout the whole process. They even cleaned my car (inside and outside) so it looked just as new as when I first got it! I would definitely recommend anyone to come here! Thank you so much for all your help, I definitely will be coming back for any future work!

Amazing service!! We took our BMW to Arlington Collision to get fixed. We were so happy with the results and how easy Tom made for us. He called a rental car (Enterprise) that came to pick me up and we left the rental car at Arlington Collison center the day we picked up our car.I ll absolutely use them again!! Special thanks to Tom that made my life extremely easy and painless.

I was seriously, shocked when I picked my car up from Arlington Collision! First of all, Marek ( I'm not sure if he's owner or manager) However, he was amazing! he kept in touch with me consistently to give updates on my car. Not only did they do the most fantastic job on the body, but they detailed the whole inside of my car too! It smelled like cherries, they shampooed the rugs and seats, cleaned the inside of the windows and made it look brand new. The best part was, that it literally drove better than when it was brand new! I can't rave enough about this place. I'm telling you, if for any chance you need work done or know someone that does, Arlington Collision is a must! They are truly honest, nice, polite and efficient group of people! I just can't say enough good things about them, especially Marek! Awesome job, guys!

I popped in for a free estimate early on a Saturday and had a fabulous experience. Mark immediately gave me a free estimate and after deciding I wasn't going to move forward on the repair that day, he offered to buff the area and touch up the paint that very morning... at no cost! Talk about going above and beyond customer service! Thank you AC! Please consider getting any work done there; I know I will!

Both my car and my brother's car were taken to AAC after significant accidents, as well as my fiance's car for mechanical issues. All on different occasions, and with each case the service was excellent. The owner dealt directly with me and was very pleasant and professional. The service was well priced for first class work. I recommend Arlington Auto Collison for anyone in need of car maintenance and repair.

Professionals. My car was repaired on time and as expected. They partner with Enterprise so renting a car was easy and, they even coordinated with them. They went the extra step of washing and vacuuming my car too. I had a great experience and would go back.

This place made my car repair process so easy. GO HERE. They work closely with the large insurance companies as well as with Enterprise; this is really a one stop shop. Got my car back looking brand new and there was plenty of communication throughout the process.

I wasn't hoping for much, because I have particular cheap insurance company, but this Body Shop exceeded my expectations. They have fixed my car even faster than was promised. I will recommend them to be a good choice .

I was sceptical when I brought my daughter s car in after she was hit. Tom said I ll never know it was hit after they were finished. I m OCD when it comes to my cars and look for any imperfection. When I picked up the car, my scepticism vanished as Tom was true to his word in that I could not tell the car had been hit. My deepest thanks to Tom and the team. They even gave me a touch up bottle of paint! Highly recommend this group if you ever need a repair.

If you need a body shop, these guys are the best. I am always extremely satisfied with the results. They do an excellent job and really treat the customer great. This is the only place I will take my cars and truck.
