Had to have my car towed there for service. Jordan the tow truck driver was a really cool person and took care when loading my car on the flatbed. Customer service on the phone was A+. They were super busy due to this cold spell we're having but still were kind and professional. Prices were good too. I price matched what they wanted to charge and they were good to go. Got a free oil change too. Nobody likes going to the mechanic but these guys made the experience as good as it can be. They even offered to deliver my car back to me. Definitely will use them again!

He stole my good brand battery and placed some of his store battery in it's place and claimed the car eas like that when I left it. His battery is junk. I had a receipt how I purchased a nice battery from Auto Zone a year earlier but still he stole mine. I don't know what to tell you more, this is plenty.

My car broke down waiting in a pharmacy drive through. Luckily, 2 men pushed my car out & notified All About Automotive, which was right next to where I broke down. Lucky again. They had my car for 2 days, Nick super helpful, great communication. My car is an '07 Lexus & have always taken it to Lexus for whatever it needs. I've had some questionable car repairs prior, so I just felt safe w/Lexus & complacent. Plus they gave out loaners.But I am SO impressed with service @ All About auto. & they are so close to my home, I'll be back. They also gave me a ride home & delivered my car back to me. Everyone there is very nice & accommodating. Don't hesitate to bring your car to this establishment.

Fair price. Dependable. Good workmanship. They are BUSY!! So plan ahead. I have known the owner and mechanics for almost 10 years. What does that tell you in the car repair business. Great people!

All About Automotive came to my rescue when my care stalled and left me stranded. The tow truck showed up sooner than expected and the driver was extremely helpful and nice. Not only did All About Automotive fix my car, but they also delivered it to me when it was done!! I compared their price to a couple of other places and found it to be quite fair.

I recently needed a new alternator after my car died on the highway. I called AAA to tow my car to my dealership, but they informed me I got a discount if I go to AAA affiliated garage. I spoke with Justin the dispatch manager about All About Automotive and he broke everything down for me. I was handed over to Nick for my car work. Nick was very informative, kind, and fair. He kept me up to date on everything that was going on and even helped find a less expensive part to help me with the bottom line. For a very stressful day, both Nick and Justin went above and beyond with their communication and customer service. I will be a repeat customer from here on out. It's hard to find honest guys that are real and upfront in the car repair industry. Still was painful paying for everything but I am confident I made the right choice going with this shop.

I discovered All About Automotive when I needed my car towed through AAA. Since then they have helped keep my 20 year old car running. They tell me what repair is urgent and what I should keep an eye on. My only complaint is that they continue to reprint their suggestions on every receipt. More than a year ago they said I needed a new battery. The battery was less than 3 years old and still covered by a limited warranty. I had the battery checked at 2 different places. Both said it was fine.

This shop is targeting women who have AAA with a tow truck scam. Along with this shop, The towing company, insurance company, AAA are going to be all investigated . Someone's up to NO good and I'm going to put an end to it. They are targeting AAA drivers and If it goes in there shop to get fixed, it will never come out. If you ever do get your car back God only knows what they did or didn't do in the 38 days they have your car. If your tow truck driver recommends this place don't listen to him. Run for your life and find another towing company and mechanic. Otherwise, they will make your life miserable and you'll have to hire a lawyer like we're going to do. See you in Court.

I needed a tow from my house to a mechanic. The manager suggested that I use his services because I could get AAA discount and a free oil change. By the late afternoon, I called the office and they didn't know my car was even there!!!! The man I spoke to was incredibly rude and said that he doesn't have anything to do with the tow side of the business. He said that he is short staffed and doesn't have time to look at every car in one day. So I suggested that he call his towing side of the business and explain to him not to suggest anymore people to leave their cars at your garage. Such rudeness and disrespectful service! Never go there for mechanical problems but for towing, they're fine.

I cannot say enough how much we love the guys at All About. We have been coming here for the past 4-5 years and they have serviced our car faithfully and with transparency. You definitely get what you pay for and forming the friendships that we have with Chris, Jorge and Justin is uncanny. I can t imagine taking my business anywhere else.

Used AAA to get a tow truck to tow my Tesla to a charging station and they dispatched me Rob. Rob was incredibly friendly and true professional. Rob came to my location within 30 minutes, charged my Tesla enough to get it started and on the truck, towed it to the supercharger, and it was wrap. Whole process took less than 45 minutes, when in the past with other companies it took 2.5 hours. Once again, can t praise Rob for being a professional.Service: Battery

VERY UNPROFFESIONAL AND DISHONEST COMPANY!This company was contracted through AAA Roadside assistance to tow my Sprinter Van, driver hooked it up and loaded it on the tow truck. My vans rear tires were barely sitting on the edge of the tow bed, and front of the bumper was hitting the lights on the front of the tow bed. Driver was getting ready to leave when i noticed above mentioned. Stopped the driver and pointed out, he was like "oh wow yeah i cant drive it like this" like he didnt see it when he loaded it and secured it. While attempting to backup the vehicle from the tow bed, he forgot to unhook the front chains and the damage from the pictures attached happened. I pointed out the damages and tooked the pictures, he saw it and took the pictures as well. When he finally unloaded the vehicle i asked him about the damages and he just said "yeah just call AAA and file a claim" which i did. Now they are claiming how the damages were already there and how they took pictures of the van before loading it, which they didnt, i was there the entire time from before he came, up until he left. They dont want to pay for the damages that their driver did. Perfectly white exposed metal was from before, as they say. Not like the metal will corrode after being exposed to the outside elements.I hope the owner or whoever handled my claim can sleep at night, knowing that they damaged $60K+ vehicle.VERY UNPROFFESIONAL AND DISHONEST COMPANY!

I was taking my son car camping around the country and we broke down in Arlington Heights. After speaking with Scott (amazing person with great integrity), Adam (a mechanic's mechanic) and Chris, the owner, I think we are going to have a great experience. They searched the country for an ECM and they even called a rental car company for us. Thank you All About Automotive.

I dropped off my vehicle, the manager called me with a quote, the price was right, he gave me a discount and I gave the OK to proceed. Do not go here for any automotive repairs they charged me close to $600 and didnt fully resolve the issue. Definitely don't reccomend!

My car died on the expressway while taking my son to school. I called AAA for assistance and they came out to tow me. The driver, Robin, was so helpful and even offered to drop my son off at school on the way. Once at the facility, they got me taken care of right away and were so kind and helpful with my car issue. This shop has very knowledgeable staff that can diagnose any problem, even problems that other shops can t figure out. They can even deliver your car back to your house.

These guys saved me when my tire had a slow leak. They took me with no notice, but we re still able to quickly and soundly repair my tire. They really went above and beyond, they made my week! I m very happy I was able to take my car to All About Automotive!

Warning- Don't waste your money-I can not describe how unprofessional, dishonest and unethical this place is. My car had water leak issue identified by manufacturer during a service. All about auto manager Jorge diagnosed the vehicle and delivered a 15 minutes lecture that Mercedes has diagnosed the problem wrong and there is no leak of the water pump. i kept saying that water pump is the issue and it needs to replaced, he compelled me saying that the diagnosis s totally wrong and the thermostat needs replacement and guaranteed that any issue with the water system will be covered by 24 months warranty and charge me about $1672 for the repair which was not needed. the car had the same issue plus strange pungent odor after five days of repair and they have refused to repair after keeping the car for 3 days. I would advise every one not to use this facility as these are a scam and extremely dishonest.Service: Auto water leak repair

My Honda Pilot was parked outside and rodents ate all the cables and the car was inoperable. All About Automotive picked up my car (Tow) from the driveway and fixed it. They kept me informed throughout the process, sent me pictures and turned around the repair really fast. Stopped randomly at this auto shop for an oil change. First time here and had an excellent experience. They were able to service me promptly and got me out as quick as possible. They were also honest in regards to the work they did and did not try to BS me into buying other stuff i didnt need. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone . If you are looking to get honest and good service, this is the place to stop at when you are in town.Service: Oil change

Great customer service! Mechanics are hands on with the staff as well as their environment. Scott from the front desk is so polite and trustworthy. I d call ahead to make any appointments just so yo save time and some gas money. Great staff and awesome environment

labor costs, shop fee, disposal fee are outrageous. $779 for spark plug and cable replacement which didnt even fix the problem of my car not starting. They would not guarantee their work and wanted to charge more money to figure out what was wrong with my car. All About Automotive, a Triple AAA business, came to my rescue when my car stalled in the right-hand turn lane of a busy 4-lane road. As they towed the car to their shop, I was shaky and concerned about it, but they were kind and professional.The people in the front office were respectful and helpful, not just with me but with others who came in or called about their cars. The mechanics found the problem with my car and they went overboard to get me back on the road safely.If you are in Arlington Heights and its surrounding area and are in need of a mechanic try All About Automotive.
