We bought brand new tires off of Walmart website and brought them in to be put on. We had a small Chevy cloth bag that held my wheel lock and had it out and ready for them to use, didn t get the bag back. It took 2.5 hours and no one else was getting services done. We were told one hour, then hour and a half then two max. Got a message they were done and they weren t. We go to check out and total is around $724, they tried charging me for tires I already bought and brought in. Which took more time to fix. The next day we noticed my wheel center cap wasn t put on. One of my tires PSI was over by 13. AWFUL, will never ever go there again for car services. I would rather spend 3x the cost and have it done by someone who knows what they re doing and pays attention to detail.

If you value your life please do not use this store for any work done on your car. If you do you will be putting your life and anybody's life who is in your car at risk. I recently had all four tires on my car replaced at this store. This past weekend my husband was replacing the brakes and after jacking up the car he was able to loosen the lug nuts on three out of the four tires with just his hands. When Walmart replaced the tires they didn't tighten them enough which put my family's life at risk. I will tell everyone I know not to go to the auto center in this store as it is the worst tire and oil shop around.

We received a call that our vehicle was done and ready to be picked up. We then waited for an hour and a half for them to figure out the paper work. The "mechanics" had no idea what they were doing.

All of can say is thank God they have a mechanic Zack! I went in for a repair, no one working was doing anything besides Zack one man tod me to go inside to register, then sent me outside then after 30 minutes more of waiting told me to go back to the register to check in , only for the mechanic Zack nothing would be getting done in the entire shop..

We had an appointment for 10 am, showed up ten minutes early checked in. We were told they'd text us when finished. Walked around the store for over an hour. At 11:15 walked back to tire center to see if it was done since the garage was empty and they just then pulled out car in to do the tire when we asked if it was finished. I don't know what the point of making an appointment was if they were going to just let it sit outside for an hour while no one else was in the garage.... they didn't finish putting on the new single tire until 12 noon, so two hours wait for one tire. The auto area employees are incredibly short staffed, Incompetent and need to work on their time management, competency, and customer service.

Scheduled a oil change at 6 showed up door was locked so I called and the guy said they were closing up shop and the only certified person they had wasn t there

Had me drive an hour there. Told me they couldn t help me. They agreed to change my tires. Waited for an hour and forty-five minutes to say they couldn t get my tire off. I called the next day and manager, Mel, was rude. Zero accountability. Avoid this place unless you want your afternoon wasted.Service: TiresService: Tires

Bought tires. Can't get in to get my tires rotated. They won't let u make a appointment and they want you to wait 2 3 hours. Most people domt have that available to wait that long. They say come in am first thing. The mechanic says he had to wait for another mechanic who was a hour out, but they had a brake job thenService: TiresService: Tires

Forgot to align my car when my tires were installed. Didn't bother taking it back because the service was completely horrible. Everyone in the waiting room were rolling there eyes!

I really do like coming here, even though it is first come first serve, and staff is always courteous. Came in for oil change and 4 tires shortly after Center opened. Was told it would be 30 to 45 minutes and that they would text me when ready. It has now been about 2.5 hours, and was just told it would be "a longtime". I understand being short staffed, but realistic time frames would be appreciated. I work too . Would have been ok coming back another day for tires. Better communication going forward, folks, that's all.

Do not even attempt to take your car here for anything. Tried a few weeks ago and they said they wouldn't be able to an oil change even though it was early afternoon and they didn't close until 6. Tried again for tires today got there when they opened they said they technically open at 10:30 and are only working until 1 even though the hours say 10-6. They obviously don't want the business. They also had the audacity to say they work on a first come first serve basis...while we there first thing when they supposedly opened! Do better!!!

I've never experienced any problems taking my truck here for oil changes or what may be in between. Of course, they have to up sell things. Some things are necessary for our vehicles.. air filters, etc. Tires were just done a couple of days ago.The guys have always been courteous & since I like to joke, I will throw one out there to see if I get a laugh. My uncle does the same thing.It is amazing, the number of other customers I've seen while waiting for my vehicle, that will stand & argue with whatever management personnel they can get their claws into for the possibility of "maybe" conning someone into giving them what they want.. be it free money discounts or whatever. I give the management credit.. for dealing with grown children every day that comes through your bay doors! Props to you! You deserve it!Consider this Walmart, for your customers that have problems waiting for their appointment Or because things are backed up in general.. could let them know that things like that wouldn't happen if you didn't have the business coming in & that there are standards. All cars & trucks get the same treatment, regardless. Might work, maybe not. Sure would be nice if it did

I was helped tremendously. I had no waiting time on this Tuesday around noon. I had an oil change but the air filter was out of stock. Will get it on line.All personnel were courteous.

First off website says they open at 7am however no one showed up until 915am. The worker then tells me my boss says he was tired so they will show up at 9am. Mind you it opens at 7am. Then the worker taking care of me looks 100 percent not ready for work and says he has to go change. They take my order tell me 30 to 40 minutes to change tires. Two hours later not finished. This is the most unprofessional place of business I've personally encountered. Many clients here waiting are experiencing the same whether they leave a review is up to them but many complaints are being made by all. Horrible to say the least.Service: Tires

Normally I would not rate Walmart auto care one star. This is due to them not being professional and being able to staff enough techs to get the promised work done in a timely manner. I had an appointment for my 4 tires to be installed Monday morning. Upon arrival they were closed. Tuesday morning I went back and they were closed and said they would re open wed. Wednesday I went back and they were closed again but Texas were there so I got the work done on Thursday after a Hassel of scheduling. On top of all this my front right wheel was not put back on all the way and came loose miles later on the highway luckily I cought it before loosing a wheel and dying at 75 miles an hour. Prior experiences were great and I'd give 4 stars not this time at the begining of 2022.Still claiming COVID responsible everyone needs to stop with this COVID BS and get back to work

DO NOT GO HERE! Been here in the past and it was okay service. Went there two weeks ago 1:30pm on a Monday, 5 cars lined outside we were told to wait til 3pm because there's nobody working. Called them again today spent 40 mins on phone called several times and no one in automotive is working again. I'm pretty sure there are employees but as far as working employees I don't know. Don't believe me? Go ahead and waste your time.

I'm a single old lady and when I have problems with my tires I always go to Walmart auto. If the tires are low in air I'll come over there and they check my tires with no problem and are very polite and take care of me.

I have gone to Walmart Auto Care Center twice within the last week to try to get my oil changed. Both times only one person was working and according to the gentleman there he can not do oil changes by himself according to Walmart policy. Very disappointed. I will be taking my business elsewhere for all my vehicle maintenance from now on. I give Walmart Auto Care Center a 0/10.

I ve only had a good experience here once. Every other time I ve been here the customer service has been non existent, no one wants to help and they re poorly staffed. You get told one thing on the phone and another when you come in. I ve been here when the manager didn t show up on time to open, and the. Started yelling at his employees when he got there which was very unprofessional. Tonight I called because I needed a tire replaced and was told I could bring my car in. Once I got there I was told they didn t have time to do it so I went elsewhere (Mavis right by Menards) and had a super experience there. Needless to say, I will not be back.Service: Tires

$58 tires(good deal) $20 tire mount, even tho the rims were off the van already. With fees and everything ended up at $176. They forgot to call me when the tires were done. Then I had to wait inside at the register for 10 mins before somebody showed up. Then I had to wait in the shop for 5 mins for somebody to give my tires to me. It might not seem long, but when you are just sitting there and nobody is around, it's frustrating. Will not return here for tires.

This auto place is the worst. They have the worst setup for how they do things. We walked in the garage and got completely ignored 3 other people walked in after us got helped first. Then when we were finally helped we were told it would be 2 and a half hours before our car was even touched. We wanted a simple oil change. When we told the guy we were here before everyone else he huffed and puffed and started making a big deal about squeezing us in for a simple oil change. He was very rude and very unprofessional. They don't deserve that one star but I had to give them something to leave a review.

This place should be shut down. They put 8.2 qt of 5w20 in my 4 cylinder that takes 4.8 qt of 0w20 (says it on the cap). After all said and don t they still gave me the car back about a qt low. Service manager is a joke, he clearly doesn t know anything about cars if he puts the amount of oil that goes in a truck into a 2.5 liter engine. How do you miss the fact that you are putting double in what you took out.

Nobody staffed in the evenings. Will fudge battery tests with their equipment so that they don't have to redeem on warranty. How do you get a good battery test when I got one bad before and one after at two other places?????

They dont take appts-wanted oil change eas told it'll take 1hr(saw 5 cars b4 me)..to my surprise it was less than 1hr and the price was great since mt car takes synthetic. Will diffently go there again

Worse place I know of ! My brake line is broken could be because it's a older truck but no one says sorry! Instead some guy with a bald head starts saying we didn't do it. Walmart don't care about people. They shove it to a claims department. But worst of all they know the brakes went out but don't tell you someone could have gotten hurt. That's wrong on any Count

Refuse to work with the customer. I asked to make an appointment and was told they are very busy and its first come first serve. I understand; but then don't tell me you close at 7 and but stop taking appointments at 2. I'm going elsewhere.

This place says its open til 6 pm but closed at 3! Over 3 other people looking for automotive accessories and NO one to be found. Dozens of employees in the store but NO one to help in Automotive. Online says open til 6 pmService: BatteryService: Battery

I called the night before to find out what time the service department would be open, was told 7am. Showed up the following morning at 7:30am to replace a flat tire and no techs on site (therefore no service) until 10:30 due to everyone calling in from partying the night before (4th of July). Extremely unprofessional.
