I have gone here a few times and they have always given me great service. They answered my questions and pointed out possible issues. They take the time to go over everything. But are usually quick and though.

My boyfriend sent me here about 2 years ago for an oil change and this is the only place I will take my car since that first time. If i stop by without an appointment I expect to wait (no worries since I didnt make an appointment) but they are always quick and have me done in no time! Their staff is so kind. Today I stopped by to get new wipers and the gentleman that helped me was super kind.. I just want to say thanks and anyone needing a trustworthy spot..this is the place!

Unfortunately, an experience with an employee named Chris has knocked my experience down to 2 stars. It would have been 5. I was told one of my license plate bulbs was out. I asked if the quote included both bulbs being replaced since my experience buying auto bulbs was that they usually come in a 2 pack. He said, only one would be replaced. I approved the repair. While I was sitting down in the waiting area I could hear Chris mocking me about my question about replacing both bulbs and laughing to Matt, who I think is the manager. I got up and told Matt I heard what was said and that I was offended and no longer wanted the bulb replaced. He said something reprimanding Chris who then scurried to the back of the shop. The oil change was completed and I paid for the service. Matt was extremely apologetic and everyone else I dealt with that day was courteous and professional.

Every Valvoline I have ever been to is extremely well run and maintained. The service is always quick and reliable and very friendly. They were out of air filters for my car and the gentleman went down the street and grabbed one for me cause I was in a hurry. Never have anything but nice things to say about these guys. Well done.

Is a great place for an oil change. I have been going to this place for 3 yrs and never have any issues. They are always helpful when I need other minor things done. Like bulb replacement or wippers. They dont push me to buy other things, they just simply state their concerns and we go from there. I like this place a lot and recommend it to everyone.

Fast, friendly and professional. This is our go to oil changing place and we have been using it for years. (Since it opened I think) We have never had an issue or problem in all those years. Add to that they are really good at pointing out issues or concerns even if it's not something they repair. I appreciate that and it builds trust.Service: Oil change

Best place to get your oil changed and get all fluids checked. They only recommend what is needed. It is your choice to do services or not.

Went for an oil change and was told the filter was fine and when I asked if they could change it anyways I was told it's an extra $30... 3 stars for friendly and fast service but after being in the automotive parts industry for a decade they should either tell you that before they pop the hood or have it listed somewhereEdit: the tech didn't mention the name of the filter just that it looked "pretty good" if the filter was changed then I have absolutely no complaints!I am a "just" reviewer

I come here for most of my oil changes. I get in and out quickly. It s close to my home and office. They don t lie to me, and try to sell me stuff I don t need. They catch when I have a burned out bulb or some other service I was unaware I needed. The price is reasonable, and they even let me use an expired coupon. How s that for service? Well, I ll tell you. It s awesome!

I was very happy with the service I received. The prices here are better than Mavis. The guys were very friendly, very professional, very helpful (I left my iPad and pocketbook in my front seat and Mickael was kind enough to go get my things for me). The shop looked very clean for a place where engines and oil and exhaust, etc., are going all day. Matt (the manager) was good at explaining the difference between the three kinds of oil and did not pressure me on which one to choose (I got the synthetic mix). Steve took the time to show me my air filters which were FILTHY, yet still didn't pressure me to get them replaced. He let me know they could be replaced right away or I could get the parts myself and bring them back and they would replace them, which I would have gladly paid for, too, but, the old filters were so YUCK!, so I had them replaced today. I really appreciated Steve's "no pressure" approach. They gave me a nine dollar discount even though I didn't have the coupon for it. They cleaned my windshield and topped off my coolant. Very impressed with the thoroughness of their service.I have found my new oil change place!!! Thanks very much Mickael, Steve and Matt! Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

If you need your car serviced, come here! They're professional and will come out to you in the waiting room to explain what needs to be repaired / serviced / fixed. The service is extremely quick (unless they're busy of course) and all of the mechanics treat you like a person. If you have a question, they'll answer it until you fully understand. They'll even explain what will happen to your vehicle several thousand miles down the road if you don't have it repaired / serviced / fixed. The owner is also top notch and extremely personable / professional. I've been getting all 3 of my vehicles serviced here for 3 years and will continue. Their prices are competitive and the service is outstanding!

Review edited to add further detail / no information removed - I don't like to give bad reviews, but feel that I should warn people about the work that is done here. We have personally dealt with broken parts (ON VAN), bad transmission flush (ON SUV that cost us a new transmission. Check your records again because you absolutely did do the transmission flush on a vehicle we still own), failure to put things back on properly (ON CAR oil pan CORRECTION to "compartment cover" it was a plastic cover the technician couldn't get secured on and so broke it off), and failure to install things properly (ON VAN even windshield wipers, how hard is that?). We kept going there because we're loyal, but we've paid for the last repair elsewhere because of their work. The staff is very nice when you go in, BUT don't assume things are being done properly because of it.

Great service, great people. Tell you things that need to be done and show you your oil compared to new when trying to have you change extra fluids. Very speedy as well. Would definitely come back. Prices are pretty close to Jiffy but without the hack job work.

Everyone was nice and helpful. Super fast service went in when they opened at 8am was out by 830am. They weren't pushy asked if I wanted additional service I said not today they said no problem. I will definitely be back.

Quick, thorough, never pushy with selling additional product. Always higher in price, but I have never once had a problem after coming here so I continue to come here, even though I moved and make quite a drive.They are separate from most chain valvoline places, but go online, and they always have coupons valid available. They will even check most things for you at no extra charge, if you ask.

Brian was so helpful and the customer service at this location is next level!!! I came in about 1000 miles early for my oil change and he was so kind to let me know I didn't need one yet but checked my fluids and my tires at no charge! It's so difficult to find an honest mechanic these days but Brian was truly one of a kind! Thank you Brian!

Avoid this place like the plague. They rip female customers off. They gave my girlfriend a price and afterwards charged her an extra $20 for an oil filter. They then tried to claim to me it was because they needed a special filter (which they had in stock) and then tried to tell me it was because of labor.

I walked in not one person wearing a mask they were working on a red ford in back lot when I pulled up I went in they handed me a mask to put on but none of them wearing a mask and when I said something he told me I could leave so I did, if they are not wearing a mask why should I I will never bring any of my cars back here which they have done all of them before now I will find a new oil change place ..

Called around everyone 2 to 6 hour waits on a Saturday for oil change, n this place got me right in , with a coupon... even decided to get trans fluid flushed,.. cuz of the good service. 1st time here n will come again.. please say recognize your staff on being 100% professional, and speady.. thank you 10-17-2020

I went here on Saturday. I've been thinking about the way I was treated since then and decided to write a review to alert others. I was told that If I didn't get the full synthetic oil change they would make "notes" and my GM warranty would be voided. This is completely false. What as shady outfit they're running. I won't go back and I will tell anyone who asks me where to get an oil change not to go here.
