I want to share my experience at Mavis tire. A very caring young man named Robert gave me plenty of options to think about on the care of my tires and replacing them. I was well informed and he was very helpful in making my decision to come back and use the services provided by Mavis. I know nothing about tires!

Needed to get my brakes inspected and decided to give Mavis a try. I am new to the area and have horrible experiences at other companies' shops. By far the BEST place to get work done. I was greeted by friendly staff. Everyone was very communicative and knowledgeable. They showed me what was wrong and gave a detailed explanation to what was going on. They even help me arrange a ride home so I didn't have to wait at the shop. The store manager Anthony was great! Honest and very helpful. When I came to pick up my car. Emilio ended my experience with phenomenal service. Will definitely be back and absolutely recommend

Stopped in to get heat shield fixed without notice. Mark was the mechanic who did it and he had us in and out within minutes. Would highly recommend! Excellent service!

I spent most my morning dealing with Walmart tire I had an appointment and got nothing done it was a waste of my time so I called Mavis they SAVED me because I needed my tires on badly and all I can say is they are fast I m so thankful for the work and information provided. Anthony is very professional, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. THANK YOU AGAIN

Wow! This is the 3rd time we have visited. The first was for a nail in the tire. They drove me to work (5min away). The second time was for tires. They are efficient and polite. The 3rd a screw in a tire. Got me in and out in 40min. Very clean establishment. Love this place

Had an Amazon order for 4 tires and installation. I arrived for the appointment, and they were a bit shorthanded. They got my vehicle in as fast as they could. I had brought some new TPMS sensors and asked them if they could install them. I asked how much, and they said that since the tires were already off, they would install them no charge. I thought that was extremely nice of them. Usually shops would charge $20 a tire. Install went smooth and got me back on the road. Would definitely use these guys again.

Antioch Mavis is terrific! I have had a few flat tires the past couple months and they have repaired each one and been incredibly efficient and professional. Everyone that works there is so kind and I am very thankful!

Brought in (2) vehicles today that had nails in tires. Rob was friendly and extremely helpful. I also learned they do oil changes and were able to get that taken care of for us as well. Highly recommend and thank you Rob!

The best service I've ever got hands down comes from this location!!! I live 45 minutes away and will not go anywhere else to fix my tires!! Anthony the store manager is the GOAT!!! of customer service!! Mavis needs to give that brother a raise and fly him around the country to train all mavis employees!!! I will always come to this location period!!! Get Anthony a number 23 jersey that spells G.O.A.T on it right now!!! Keep thinking I'm playing about this brothers next level customer service skills!!! Go in and find out for yourself that I'm telling the truth about this location! You will not be disappointed!!!

Had a bolt in tire, they gave me more than one option for the repair. Also doing my oil change and repairing my tire at a very reasonable price. Plus everyone here is helpful and polite.

Stopped here to get a tire put on today, the manager that helped us today did an absolutely amazing job. Got us in and out at the end of the night when we were in a pinch with no appointment. Needed a tire installed and they made it happen. Great job from the team over there in Antioch. I could not be happier and will For sure return with future car maintenance needs. Thanks again much appreciate the professionalism and above and beyond customer service.

Unexpectedly Needed a new battery today , Anthony the manager was amazing!He was transparent with the prices and how long it would take.Called as soon as it was done, and what we were quoated was the price we paid.I highly recommend!

I started coming here to the Antioch location a couple of years ago and I never go anywhere else. There is even a closer Mavis to my home but Anthony and his team are amazing every single time. They are friendly and professional and honest with what they find (or don t find) and explain thoroughly. They don t pressure you into anything, but let you make the educated decision after taking time with you. Anthony is always great with his customer service and friendliness, and I will never go anywhere else. Check them out! You won t be disappointed!

We are a local company called monster tree service of lake county and we bring are tires and personal vehicles to The staff and team members at Mavis tire in Antioch Illinois they are always friendly,courteous and great at communication the manager Andy always takes care of are tire needs in prompt time. I would highly recommend Mavis tire to anyone.

Made an appointment online to come in later in the day for a tire repair. Anthony called shortly after to let me know they had capacity to get me in now if I didn t want to wait. They fixed my tire and got me on the road ASAP! Very friendly staff! I highly recommend!

Mavis has been my go to place for a few years now. They're quick with service, are up front with you with pricing, and aren't trying to make as much money off of you as possible. Anthony, the manager, is the man and will work with you as far as getting the cheapest possible price on your repairs. Also, all mavis locations have free air, which is always a nice plus.

Returned 5 times!My experiences at the Antioch location was horrible after replacing 4 tires and wiper blades.My second trip back to Mavis, explaining something is wrong, my tire indicator dash light keeps signaling a tire problem. The employee said, I need to go to vehicle settings and recalibrate it and he showed me how. I said if this was so easy, why wasn t this done before? He said he didn t know why and that I could do it myself. WHAT? I drove a few blocks and had to turn back again, third time. The tire indicator re-appeared.I made the employee check the air. He noticed a wrong tire had been put on, didn t Mach the other 3.They also could not find my name in their system and I had to show my receipt to prove that I had the work done there. He looked for a replacement and said he needed to go to Round Lake and get the tire that matched my other 3. He stated that the mistake was made because of mis-labeling. I asked for the manager, I was told his name is Anthony and that he is out and that he would call me.Never received a call.I came back Nov. 20th (4th time and still no call from Anthony) and while they were replacing the tire, I noticed another tire looked odd, lopsided. I asked for the manager again, he was in the garage harnessing a baby to his chest and seemed unconcerned with the issues at hand.I was told the metal valve stem was faulty on the other tire and they needed to change that out. I was lead into the garage and told this happens every now and then.Thanksgiving day noticed very loud noises coming from back end. Brought my car back in Friday, (5th time) and they said It was my breaks. I wanted to view them removing my tire, I was sure the metal was bent behind my wheel. Anthony would not escort me into the garage. Though, there were employees standing in the garage that could do so and his baby was allowed.I had enough, I told Anthony, get my car out NOW!My response to employee who pulled my car out, why was I not told I needed breaks when they changed all 4 tires? I was told wiper blades. His response, I don t know, they should have.Needless to say, this was an awful experience, never received a call from Anthony who I was told would call me. He never apologized for the mistakes or for the multiple times I had to bring my car in. A few of the employees at least had shown concern and seemed to understand that I was making multiple trips and was inconvenienced. Thank goodness I didn t have my breaks done here.Please go to professionals!!

Update: (7/1/23)I will always say this, this is my favorite shop! Come in, speak with Anthony! He will get you and what your cars need done and treat you with great customer service. Thank you to the easy going, honest, and friendly technicians as well. All your car needs I cannot stress enough, come through to Mavis in ANTIOCH!

If you are a woman, do NOT COME HERE. Will NEVER be returning. Anthony the manager is totally useless and completely rude. I have never met a more incompetent human in my life. Every time I took my car, I left with new issues. Awful experience, and they tried to take advantage of me.

I had some difficulty finding the exact tires I wanted for my 09 Cadillac CTS but Anthony at Mavis worked with me and we got the right set up. They were extra careful with my painted wheels and got the tires mounted without a scratch. All the staff were easy to work with and polite. Will definitely be back for my next set of tires!
