10 out of 10 highly recommend taking your cars to Dependable. I take both my work and personal vehicle s to Joe for everything. They always do a great job, get the problem fixed and in a timely manner. They definitely don t cut corners at this shop. Great customer service and always for a fair honest price!

Fantastic service! I came in with a coolant leak in my F150. They had to replace all 8 coolant and oil lines connected to my turbos. Other shops were charging twice the price and also couldn't guarantee when they could get me in. Joe said come in Tuesday and he'll have it done by Thursday. They didn't complain about not having enough time to work on my job, (which was very time consuming) and they got it done at the price they quoted. Plus they fixed other issues I was unaware of without charging extra time. I highly recommend these guys. In fact I'm not taking my truck anywhere else ever again!

Dependable Auto is THE BEST! We are new to the area and were referred to Joe and his team by a neighbor. He was honest kind and very knowledgeable! We needed our heater core replaced which means the entire dash had to be taken apart and put back together. He got it all taken care of in 2 days at a very fair and reasonable price, I might add. He gave my husband a ride home from the shop and then picked him up when our vehicle was ready. I began referring to him as uncle Joe ever since because it felt like family was taking care of you at dependable auto.

I think this is my first review ever. As I am new to the area, just moved from North Carolina I was searching for a trustworthy mechanic. I started with the shops that had the most reviews and highest ratings. I called two of those shops first in the Surrounding area, and got quoted an Estimate for what needed to be done. I saw this shop and even with the low amount of reviews I decided to give it a call and see what they had to offer because they were local. They quoted me almost HALF of what the other two shops quoted me. I was in and out and the work was done perfectly. They could have up charged me and even said the work took longer than what it did. But as soon as it was done I got a call that my vehicle was ready. Also they offered to shuttle me to and from my home if needed. (Maybe that s not a typical service) but it was offered and appreciated as I m a single Father. Thanks guys. You will have my continued business.

I own a company with multiple vehicles and have been taking all of them including my own personal vehicles to Joey for a long time. Best mechanic I have ever used, won t go anywhere else! He s very honest and won t sell you something you don t need. I have never had to take something back because it wasn t done right or needed additional work . That in-itself is amazing!

I would agree with the previous 5 positive reviews. My 5 or 6 repairs by this shop have been done very well at a very affordable price. I wish the shop was closer to my house, but the quality service always renders quality results for the distance involved.
