Amy IS MY FAVORITE! Fast, efficient and friendly!! I know if she's there I don't have to worry about my transaction. All the girls there are just as good but Amy remembers my last name change and can always find me in the system:)

Amy was an outstanding help yesterday. She not only assisted with a fax that I needed, but provided me with information on steps and necessary paperwork to recover a title for a vehicle. She was very sweet, patient, and went above and beyond.

I ve been trying to get a vehicle registered and each time I go here they send me away with a different document thats needed. When I return with said documents no one knows why I filled them out because they are not needed or not acceptable. This has happened five times for the same car now. Frustrating to say the least.

Deceptive fee schedule. States $15 for License, $20 for expedited plates. Business tried to charge me $95 for services. That is nearly as much as the plates themselves! Lady stated $15 for each piece of paper and 35 for a temp plate. Then would not give me the paperwork I signed! Save yourself some time and go somewhere else.

Attendant stated that exchanging $35 euro for USD would require me to pay. How does that make any sense? Attendant refused to share the table of rates to expedite the process as well. Either she was horrible at math, or the fees are outrageous, or both. Attendant stated she needed my ID before she had even told me what the rates were. Not sure if the service was awful because of her attitude or lack of intelligence. Needless to say I left without providing any revenue to the business.

DON'T EVEN WASTE TIME EVEN CALLING HERE LET A LONE GOING IN THERE.I Called to find out the cost of plates n title transfer Then shan seemed extremely high I said excuse me to ask what their fees where and HOLY YOU KNOW WHAT !!!!! THE RUDE PERSON when I asked their fees Reply was" WHAT " Really !!!!!To many other places to give my money but this DISGRACE TO Antioch.I dont even give them 1 star But had to so I could warn anyone who is interested in the places they spend their hard earned money.

Went here in September for boat registration with DNR. Paid them to do it to save aggravation. Well today October 30 , I got ALL my paperwork returned to me from DNR because I didn't sign it ! Well why didn't you guys ask me to sign it ? All this wasted time because of neglect on your part. Paid for your expertise which I guess is lacking. Now I gotta sign and remail.I couldn't give less than one star !

Currency exchange would not exchange four $20 bills and 2 $10 bills for a $100 bill why are they called the currency exchange if they will not exchange currency will not be doing business with them ever again

They literally have a girl who works every so often looks like she just rolled out of bed and came in she can t count or do math she was there this morning at 11:30am 12-28-2022 literally better off driving the extra mile this place is barely even worth it anymore get your employees a calculator

This place was the best service I have ever experienced in a currency exchange they where fast and officiant and polite I will never go anywhere else highly recommend the staff for being good at what they do!

Smells like weed Everytime I go in there and the people are always rude. And I they talk to each other and not to there customers and eat chips in the window then touch your money. This place is poorly managed and sucks
