My wife was extremely happy with the professional workmanship and quality of work they have done! She said you are unable to tell the vehicle was ever hit and did a great job finding someone to hand paint the pin striping to match as well. Huge shout out to CARSTAR for amazing work! My wife wishes that she could give them 10 stars for going above and beyond!Here is a before and after:

Their kindness and amazing service department was such a gift. From the moment I walked in to the office,Johnnie helping me in every department I needed to working with insurance to helping me rent a car.I needed to return because of a small issue in which they took care of promptly.I will continue to go for service there and recommend anyone looking for service for their car to go there, they will not be disappointed.Kathleen wood

Johnny the manager and Lisa the office Manager are THE BEST. Bring any body work that needs to be done here to these folks, as they know what they are doing, are industry professional and courteous well. Either one of those two aforementioned traits are near impossible to find this day and age, and they have both and YOU as their customer at the core of how they conduct business. Thank you so much for all your help and care you take of myself and my wife!

Carstar (Raymonds of Antioch) did an excellent job making my car look as good as new. From the first phone call to picking up my car they made my experience pleasant. The estimate from the body shop manager, Johnny, was spot on. He did a thorough job walking me through the process. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The repair work was done beautifully and on time and the car was even detailed. 5 stars for the crew at Carstar!

The person I set the appointment with on Monday was fine, but the person I spoke with on Wednesday didn't listen to what I had to say got defensive and made it seem like I wanted to argue with him. So nope, I didn't use this place to get my car fixed. I just wanted my car fixed, and he was really making it difficult.

Johnny was amazing to deal with, and just an overall good, honest businessman!! These guys did a fantastic job fixing my car ... $6500 worth of front end damage and you'd never even know! Working with them and my insurance company was SO easy ... highly recommended!!!!

Andy S. was extremely helpful with the entire repair process. CARSTAR kept us informed during the entirety of the repair, and were very cordial in the pickup and drop off of the vehicle. The staff was very good at fixing my car. They also kept in informed through text about how my car was doing. The staff is also very friendly. As a thank you. CARSTAR service was fantastic. They kept me updated on the progress. The service was done earlier than expected and the work was done well. Raymond Kia once was a good place to take your car for service. That is definitely no longer my opinion. They gave me a quote, then when my insurance company was involved, they doubled the cost, kept my car in hostage for 3 weeks to replace 2 tires, meanwhile I had to pay for a rental, and kept blankets and pads all over the back seat so there wouldn t be dog hair from my service dog. When I went to pick up my car, where I always had, at the service department, and I took off all the blankets and pads I had been using to keep the rental immaculate, and put it all in a plastic bag and went in to get my key. I was told by the person at the counter named Alex when he told me I had to drive it to the body shop and I said that I just took off all the protective pads and I didn t want to get any hair in the back- which he then said that they could take care of it at the body shop, no problem. I now find out not only did they not vacuum it, they took pictures of the hair for Enterprise and now Enterprise charged me an additional $150 to vacuum all the hair in the car from the ride around the block to get my car from the body shop. When I called Alex at Kia, he said it wasn t on him if they didn t do it at the body shop and then had the absolute nerve to hang up on me!!! I will NEVER use or tell anybody else to use that Kia dealership or the Enterprise down the block that I believe they probably do this all the time and split the money between them! That is my honest opinion of both terrible crooked companies!!Service: Tires

Was in a fender bender late last year. Carstar Raymond was great, they really did get my car back to how it was pre accident. I have had my vehicle repaired several times at Raymond Collision Center. The service has always been impeccable. Katey has continued to exceed expectations throughout the entire car repair process, from estimate, to dealing with the insurance company, to answering any and all questions about the process. Its a rare these days to be able to have such a worry free process getting your vehicle fixed. I recommend Raymond Collision Center one thousand times over for any bodywork needed.

Don't use this shop. They damaged our vehicle and will not admit to the damage. Brought in car to have front bumper fixed and the back came out damaged. They denied any wrong doing even though there was fresh spay paint of a diffent color all over the back bumper.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Took my car to get my rear bumper fixed and my and my rear axle they offered to fix my cv boots on my car and when I got it back they were ripped they did a poor job they didn t put all the clips back on my front bumper and also I had a performance cold air intake that went down to my fog light on the left side and they didn t screw it on all the way my car had a check engine light on because of that I didn t trust to take it back there since car repairs are not cheap so I took it to another shop in Schaumburg and they fixed everything they told me whoever did it just rushed it and I have pictures to prove it too. Will definitely not come back.

Have had the unfortunate of being hit a few times , by a deer, rear ended, etc. Bruce and Katie have always been courteous, quick and kept us well informed on progress. The main reason is their work is top notch and their paint matching and blending is superb.
