4/29 Inspected for a brake line leak. Put a hole in my rear passenger floorboard from a miss placed lift foot brace. They put my car on the rack, then parked it in their lot. Never asked me anything. Never showed me anything. Mechanic snickered and said " you need a full service shop ", then turned his back to me and ran behind door.To owner - I invite your " mechanics " to watch a 63 yr old retiree replace this brake line in my driveway. ( both sides completed myself 5/4 and found hole in floorboard while bleeding lines ) Your incompetent and lazy, and apparently don't need a new customers money. Your employees are not qualified to work on vehicles or public service, AND YOU have my phone number and address, feel free to call. You can walk to my place from your shop. I await your call. ( your business has earned my life expectancy for 'bad word' of mouth until then -- about 30 years )

On my way home to Mo from IL I got an alarm on my car that my tire pressure was at a 12 psi. I knew this was a very fast leak because it hadn t been that low earlier. I got stressed that I wasn t going to make it home. I called Plaza Tire in Anna and asked if they could take a look at it and he was so pleasant and said yes bring it by and they d take a look at it.I stopped and met Kenny who I believe is a manager he was so nice. I could tell he was in the middle of like 5 different things do I asked him and he shared that there were only two of them there and he was trying to get a bunch of stuff done and help customers.Soon after he came out and told me tire was shot and not repairable. He thoroughly explained my options and I decided that purchase two tires. They got me right in even though there were also other customers as well.Afterwards I commented how impressed I was with Kenny s excellent services given how busy they were and all the chaos going on. He made a light hearted joke and said that the customers are why they are there. He was a lifesaver as I was so stressed about how I was going to get home if they hadn t gotten me in.If you have any needs I would give this place my business any day!!Jeffery

Been coming here for years and I m very disappointed, they wanted $230 to put my used tires on. Manager had a poor attitude upon my arrival! why?? Ended up saying the tires that my dad just took off his truck that morning that were 50% tread were not any good and that the tires were to big for my truck. Went down the road 3 miles, got tires put on for only 100$, no questions asked!!! I won t be back to Anna, IL plaza for certain. Also by the way the tires fit my truck perfectly fine and look great!! No rubbing. very poor service and attitude.

Friendly folks and good service. Had my truck aligned in under an hour. A little pricier than some of the local shops, but they were able to get me in same day as opposed to having to schedule a time a few days to a week out. They also offer a lifetime alignment - twice a year or every 12,000 miles. Hard to beat that.

Had four wheel alignment got charged $140+ and truck still pulls to left hard going down road very dissatisfied customer so now have to spend money somewhere else just to fix what they didnt

I ve been going here for years. They always do a great job and are always very friendly and honest. I was having some problems with my vehicle. Kenny Penrod got me right in. They found out what was wrong and fixed it in a short time. I would definitely recommend Plaza Tire to anyone!! Lisa

Jorge was very professional and knowledgeable and hooked me up with new rims and tires the same day. Brian was speedy and friendly with the tire switch and rotation. I am very pleased with the work they do.

Got new tires put on. The tires are great and look as expected. However they didn't balance my wheels right. They chose to put stick on weight instead of static weights and now my vehicle shakes so bad you can't stand to drive it and of course they close early on Saturday, so I couldn't take it back and now must wait until Monday to see if they will fix the problem.

My tire monitoring system needed service in my 11 year old vehicle. Plaza Tire in Anna, IL, had the parts in stock and fixed the system while I waited. Great service and peace of mind concerning my vehicle.

When my 81 yr old mother & I had a flat 5 miles away they sent a courteous young man to change our tire n get us back on rd even tho our tires weren't under warranty. We'll be giving them our family's business.

Repaired a bad alignment and balance tires. Now it rides like it should. The other repair shop did not do this right.

Wish I could rate no stars. Went in to do an alignment on my jeep today and was told it was gonna cost $180 which is $50 more than the normal price because I have a 2in lift which is ridiculous and then when they went to inspect it they said that I needed to replace parts that had just recently been replaced and even tried to replace my rear shock because it wasn't the same as my other rear shock (same type just different brand) and they were gonna charge me $2200 for it.

I have been doing business with Anna Plaza Tire for over a decade. I keep coming back because they have quality tires, excellent service and they treat you right. I had a recent experience that again affirmed the honesty and integrity of this business. I would highly recommend you see Kenny and George at Anna Plaza Tires when you need tires or the other services they provide!

If I could give them a 0 star I would. Needed a new valve stem put in my tire they had time before they closed up for the day and they wouldn't do it cause they would have to stay over thanks alot for the help be the last time I come to you guys for anything

I called at the last minute and Kenny was very helpful and worked our car in for an alignment and two tires the same day. As always they were very professional, and did excellent work. It was done before the time it was promised. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
