They were awesome, took very good care of my car, oil change, changed filters, checked fluids and filled what needed to be filled, made sure my tire pressures was right. Excellent service at great prices for all they done. I highly recommend them.

I was so happy with my service at Charlie s and let me tell you why!I was driving from Houston to Chicago to visit my parents for Christmas when my oil change warning came on while passing through Anna. I technically could have been fine to complete the trip and do it when I got there, but I decided to stop here because it appeared to be quick. Spoiler alert - it was! In and out in half an hour. Charlie and his staff were so incredibly kind, knowledgeable and caring. They changed my oil and cabin filter, topped off fluids, and checked my tires for me. I felt so much peace of mind being in the middle of a long road trip. They even taught me how to change my engine filter myself (which I didn t realize is so easy!) and told me I could get a replacement filter for my car on Amazon! That meant so much to me that a car repairs place would teach me how to do something that easy myself instead of insisting I needed it done by them immediately (like most places would have done). I had my dog with me and they even let us sit in the car while they worked! Oh, and they helped me scrape off my old registration sticker that I couldn t get removed. When I tell you they were so kind and went out of their way to help me, I mean it. I am so happy I decided to stop there and it s a shame I don t live in the area - otherwise I would 100% go back there! Thank you all for being so nice :)

Anna IL, Charlie's Fast Lube customer.I'm in and out within 15-30 min. Depends on if I'm getting a oil change or getting a top off. The manager (Shane) let me know that I have an oil leak, and he was able to point me to an affordable mechanic to get the issue resolved. I'm currently waiting to hear back from the mechanic. I was told ahead of time there's a bit of a wait-list, but he's the most affordable mechanic in the area. I know the Staff at Charlie's will keep my oil topped off until I'm able to get the issue fixed so I feel at peace as I wait.The fact that I never have to worry about buying any type of fluids for my vehicle, because of their top off services is super awesome. That alone is a no brainer No more carrying bulky/leaky containers of fluids in my trunk!I can hit the road knowing my fluids are filled, my tire pressure is good, and that I'm welcome to stop back in any time. If I need a top off, oil change, you can find me at Charlie's every time!They also have many other services they can provide, they clean out the motor, transmission, and they can even rotate your tires. Just ask them what they would suggest, and if you can afford it, then do it!Your car will thank you later. Yes, it costs extra, but their suggested services are things that they can physically see that your car could benefit from getting done. I try to follow their suggestions for my vehicle because I know they have my vehicles best interest in mind. My son knows them as the car doctor

Efficient, thorough, and professional. Shane was awesome and provided me with great service and maintenance recommendations without being pushy. An overall pleasant experience that was way cheaper than some of the bigger chains like Jiffy Lube, Firestone, or Midas.

Very happy going here. Fast and efficient service and they topped off all my fluids. They also gave me a list of other services I can have done at their shop including the prices which is amazing. Very polite and courteous. Definently recommend.

When you don t have time at home. This is the place to go. Employees are very knowledgeable of automobiles and with the recommendations to keep you on the road. They are courteous while speaking to you about the services and with each other. In the shop. Thank you

I felt the main employee was pushy on trying to get me to buy things I didn't want. He seemed to get frustrated when I said I didn't want it. He also acted like I didn't know how to take care of my car. Because the windshield wiper fluid wasn't blue he questioned me about it as if I had put something wrong in it. I use to enjoy getting my oil changed there but I don't think I'll go back.

In the middle of a roadtrip the dashboard started lighting up and Charlie s shop came in as a godsend. They were so nice, quick, and attentive! They were awesome in a pinch. If I was closer I d come here all the time. If you re in the area check them out!!

We were on a family vacation and end up with a bad oil filter from a recent oil change. Found them after a quick search and i am happy we choose him. He took care of the issue and even took the time to wipe up all the oil he could find on the underbody of my car. If we lived closer i would bring my cars here every time. Top class service and super friendly.

Stuck the wrong oil in my 2014 fusion and impacted my oil drain plug in on my 2000 Tahoe so I had to tap the hole and put a bolt in so I could drain the oil myself. Will no longer be going to this location for any further service.

These guys went above and beyond. What superior service. So thankful to have a business like this in our community. Josh is pretty top-notch! He and the guy underneath, who I never saw, worked so well together. They kept the shop tidy as well as the customer service waiting area. Although you likely won't have to wait too long. The staff here are great! They remember my name and make me feel at home. They check everything, and give you a check list of their diagnostics. They also offer a top off service for free between oil changes! They are awesome!!! I would recommend them to anyone. They don't take a long time, and you sit in your car as they preform the work.
