One of the employees by the name Derek at the Anna location likes to harass and threaten customers at other businesses and children, when calling the office to report him doing it on company time they say there is nothing they can do or give some other form of excuse. It s been an ongoing issue regarding this employee for about 2 years now harrassing people while on company time and they allow that type of behavior when they say there isn t anything they can do. Its very bad for business!

My husband locked his keys in his truck and one of Brad's employees was here in less than 30 minutes even though we told them it wasn't an urgent situation. They tried to contact one of their employees who was already out on a call in order to save us some money as well. They were prompt and professional and according to the reviews of locksmiths in the Marion and Carbondale areas Brad's saved us about $150 by using them. We have also used their towing services in the past and their rates are reasonable and again they were always prompt.

This is a great place to get your vehicle fixed. The prices were more than reasonable. I was also very excited to see not only did they fix my car, they washed it & vacuumed out the inside. Very thoughtful! My car looks great on the inside & outside & you can't beat the price they gave. I highly recommend Brads collision works.

Do NOT get your vehicle towed by them!! They damaged my car by letting the front end smack the ground while unloading my car from the tow truck. I ve tried to contact the owner but he s always busy according to whoever answers the phone. $125 should ensure my car gets from a to b safety but apparently not.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

They were very nice and professional! I hit a deer, and they made my car like brand new again! When I got it back, I didn t like the new headlights, and they were happy to switch them out for brighter ones. I hit my first deer ever and in my Jeep; I had heard and read great experiences with Brad s. So, I called them and I was reassured of every step of my repair and quality of the work before I even had it dropped off at their shop. On the call I was up front of how particular I was about repair work and about different noises and colors matching up after the fact and their was zero hesitation to still take on the job. I was spoken to professionally and not rushed. I felt so confident after that call I would have my Jeep towed to Brad s that day. They finished ahead of estimated schedule and with honest work. I have no doubt in my mind they will always stand behind their work. Great experience and hopefully I won t have to use their services again, but, we know how deer are around Southern Illinois. I will refer them and keep them in mind for any future unexpected repair work.

I will not be using this business ever again. I waited for over 9 hours for my vehicle to be towed and then was charged $225 to be hauled 20 miles . Poor service and overpriced compared to several others

My truck broke down while I was on a cross country move, trailer and all. The guys made sure our trailer was safe where is was then had my husband, dog and me to an excellent mechanic within minutes of getting the call. Brad s rescued us when we were stuck in a very stressful situation! Highly recommend trusting these guys with your vehicle!

I never post reviews on anything, but I had to make an exception. I bought a truck that broke down in the middle of my 4 1/2 hour drive back home. Not only did they respond quickly, Alec and Nathan helped fix the issues and stayed until it was back up and running. I feel very blessed to break down when I did. You don't get service like that very often.

I would recommend Brad's to everyone. Alec and his helper we're so knowledgeable and helpful and knew just how to pull my new RV up our steep driveway and safely under the power lines for a reasonable price.. Thanks Alec!

Vrru friendly and cated anout my friend who has not had his truck for quit sometime. Always took my vehicles to Don's Auto Body but I would have no problem doing business with Brad's Collision! Thank you Brad.

This is the second time we've had them do body work on our vehicles. They did a fabulous job and when my husband picked up his truck he was happily surprised that it was completely clean inside and out, and it smelled good!Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Struck a large raccoon on my way home from work one night. I had damage to the front bumper, radiator, condenser, and other parts behind the bumper. Brad's Collision got it all fixed and it looks new again. Thank you for a great job.
