I put in an order online, but it didn't go through, so I needed to do it in the store. Mark was very understanding and helped me choose a better product for my car and told me why it was better! This store is conveniently located and Mark was kind enough to apply the current discount for me! I love coming in for items I need and saving money through coupons and the latest discounts in the ads!

Needed a part and they were here. Found it to be priced much higher than most other NAPA stores, but they had the part, and they were the only ones local...

We were in a bind and were looking for a light and this company went above and beyond to help us out (Specifically Mark). Called back in a timely manor and worked hard to track down one that would work for us. Very grateful for them today!

Call the Napa store in Amboy very friendly people, if you don't see what you want ask them. If they don't have it there there's a chance they may be able to order for you.

I asked for parts to be ordered to be there at 330 and waited for 2.5 hours after ordering to be told they were NOT ORDERED. Not cool
